    @ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

    In Nov 2018 I got an iPhone XR from @VodafoneUK with unltd data for £36 a month. Nearly 2 years later the price has gone up to £51 a month for the same phone but only 48GB of data. If anything the price should have gone down 2 years later. Time to switch to Sky I think 🤔

    @VodafoneUK I was talking about customer service. Was told there would be 1/2 hr wait - and it was at least that. In the #O2 next door I get served fast.

    @Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

    @VodafoneUK This was supposed be a 24hr gap in service between switching providers-that’s all. Two WEEKS later ... Engineers sent out with wrong instructions. Being given a fake number to call (which she asked to be checked!) Being told of non-existent “outages” She’s in tears.

    @VodafoneUK No warning about advent calendar reward code needing to be used in an hour. Clicked on it to see what I needed to do and now the clock has run down! Rubbish!

    @VodafoneUK absolutely worse service and tech dept ever. Contacted 15/09 because app won’t work error 4123. After repeat attempts and having to chase up myself now over 2 months and still can’t fix it. Glad contract ends in December to cancel! #shocking #poorquality #badservice
