    @VodafoneUK I was talking about customer service. Was told there would be 1/2 hr wait - and it was at least that. In the #O2 next door I get served fast.

    You know it’s bad when you need to make a complaint about the complaints department. Just when you think you’ve reached the absolute bottom of customer service along comes @VodafoneUK to prove me wrong. Never in my life have a complaints department been so incredibly rude.

    @ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

    @Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

    In Nov 2018 I got an iPhone XR from @VodafoneUK with unltd data for £36 a month. Nearly 2 years later the price has gone up to £51 a month for the same phone but only 48GB of data. If anything the price should have gone down 2 years later. Time to switch to Sky I think 🤔

    @VodafoneUK Ur team in Egypt is very poor technically… i was facing an issue wz my IPhone. And instead of directing me to a technical support, they kept saying it’s an IOS issue. I went through several calls wz Apple, who proved that it’s network related and not iOS.

    I hate paying for a service and not getting it, @virginmedia and @VodafoneUK has been down for 3 days. No wifi, no telly, no 4G, sometimes can’t even text or call because completely no service. Been impossible to contact my dad who I care for while working full time! What a joke!

    @saul_SJM @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK I have also experienced extremely bad customer service. But worst of all I have been lied on a number of occasions. The staff are too lazy to resolve problems.
