    @VodafoneUK Confidence misplaced Tim. I got it sorted myself with no help or callback as promised from said manager. Your companies overseas contact centres are appalling. All they seem to do is lie.

    @ScottyT9804 @VodafoneUK they have taken 10 quid off me for an old PAYG I hardly used, quoting their bundles or whatever. Not blaming the call centre staff I liaised with, but I've been told Asda to a PAYG and you don't need to unlock your vodaphone to use their network. Not confirmed yet.

    @VodafoneUK So, day 8 of elderly parent's lack of service. No landline. No broadband. No emergency communication. No empathy. No short term solution. Now definitely Monday. Which Monday??Sorry don't believe customer service at all!! Don't recommend. Complaint made and escalating
