@VodafoneUK 1/2 Very fed up with your appalling service. Fibre dye to be fitted now on 3 occasions - first time arrived on wrong day. Second time - didn't show. Third time - you cancelled for no reason and with no notice. Result 2 days pay lost sitting at home waiting for you.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup your chat bot and customer service chat is an absolute disgrace, wasted so much time and the chat and it ended abruptly a few times. The fact that a customer cannot access their chat history blows my mind, do you realise how inefficient that is?

@VodafoneUK is there a good deal for existing pay monthly customers to add broadband? I don't want a fire tablet, and I can't get the voucher as an existing customer.

@VodafoneUK fourth call/chat in a week and another reassurance the issues with your router will be sorted and they immediately recur. If you can’t make a router work with android TV you need to change the router.
