@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

You know it’s bad when you need to make a complaint about the complaints department. Just when you think you’ve reached the absolute bottom of customer service along comes @VodafoneUK to prove me wrong. Never in my life have a complaints department been so incredibly rude.

Hey @VodafoneUK I am very frustrated as I need to speak to someone about an issue I'm having. I need to unlock it for another network tried using online form 3 times but the code supplied each time didn't work. Vodafone customer service is shocking 🤯

@VodafoneUK worst customer service ever. Tried to upgrade to sim only after 20yrs of being a customer and nothing can be done. Spent over 2hrs this morning on phone for nothing. Looks like I’m going sim only shopping this afternoon with a new company!!!!

@VodafoneUK your online platform is a bad UX, e.g when i try to make online payments it always says "We're working to fix this", its been saying this for over a year. I also wanted to update my card info, that doesn't look possible either. #TogetherWeCan hire better developers!!!

.@VodafoneUK are you aware that there is no signal indoors in Longfield (DA3) the last few days? Impossible to make/receive calls or texts, one bar signal outside but not helpful at night. Lots of people on local forum complaining of same issue...
