@VodafoneUK It doesn’t really fill me with much enthusiasm given the network for me is fine as it is, hence why I got my phone deal with you. Im disappointed as I know I’ll be paying more for very little change or improvement to my service. I won’t be the only one thinking the same either!

@VodafoneUK I’ve run out of patience tbh Jay! I’ve dealt too many incompetent staff & even one who refused to give their name, before shoving my call back to switchboard! I’ve explained the same issue to over 6 different staff since Friday, on hold for hours & no closer to a resolution!
