    Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

    @ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

    You know it’s bad when you need to make a complaint about the complaints department. Just when you think you’ve reached the absolute bottom of customer service along comes @VodafoneUK to prove me wrong. Never in my life have a complaints department been so incredibly rude.

    Oh dear @VodafoneUK - So that’s EE, o2 and now SKY all doing deliveries for same model in under 10 days!!!!! NOT the 7 weeks I’ve currently been waiting... Still a loyal customer though! Bet you would chase me for late bill payment😡.. DON’t ask me to DM you again please!!!

    @VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

    This is all after trying to do it online yesterday, but failing, then trying to contact you but no suitable menu options and no way of returning to main menu when you get to a dead end. Kafka would be proud of you guys. @VodafoneUK service for BUYING a product absurdly difficult,

    @Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

    @respros @NeilEvansRocks @VodafoneUK I have just moved...need to sort out the gas meter which appears to be in the wrong flat and has an amount owing on it. I am trying to cancel a telephone service at my old place. For some reason, none of this can be done on line.

    @vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

    @VodafoneUK Ten years I've been with your company. I spent 30 minutes waiting to speak about an upgrade today on the phone. No answer. You customer service is the biggest customer-winner for O2. Keep up this **** work.

    @VodafoneUK so last night I went to Manchester, on my iPhone 13 pro I was only getting 4g but on the network checker it said 5g was available. I checked the settings that Apple say to use and everything was set to accept 5g but I didn't see it.
