    @VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

    Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK your online chat service is useless! We were informed by yourselves that our broadband needed upgrading! We have tried to rearrange a new appointment but have given up! Wasted day!

    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    @Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

    @BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

    @ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

    @Crownyy93 @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup This is BEYOND shocking. My service provider after the 1st call helps troubleshoot then shortly after if all fails, sets up a professional to come to my home lastest 2 days later. This is very upsetting to read about!

    @VodafoneUK Can you look at recent transcripts? I am still currently trying to sort my contract but it just feels so complicated, and I get really bad anxiety dealing with things like this. I just want to leave and there are just fees on fees to change. Every time I try I feel like I can't

    @CiCi_Coleman @VodafoneUK Same problem for me this week - first he told me to enable mobile data so we didn't lose the live chat... well duh! Then he had me take the socket apart at the wall and asked me to change the filter. I had to check I wasn't being punked, but he told me to mind my language -awful!
