    9 days after a settlement reached with @CISASUK @VodafoneUK have not yet notified me they have implemented the settlement. Only a few more days before I refer the case back with further evidence of their appalling customer service. I rue the day I signed up with them.

    @VodafoneUK Yes I have and they couldn’t help me, I have to call back Monday. I don’t understand why you can’t contact the store yourselves and get this resolved .
