@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

We literally experience the worst customer service with @VodafoneUK My time yet again wasted with DMs. Computer says no, even though they are at fault. As usual; no common sense. Definitely looking for new phone contracts, even though we’ve been customers for over 25 years.
