Matt Haney (@MJHaney) reported from Herne Bay, England@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. No contact email, only a chat service which logs off after 8 mins whilst the handler takes ages to read notes! Not good! Also took my payment when I was told this wouldn’t happen?

Steve Rawlings (@steverawlings) reported@VodafoneUK My resolution is to tell everybody I can how abysmal VF customer service and accountability is. Having to wait more than 4 weeks to get broadband, not being communicated with and then being offered an insulting £5 a day for each day of delay.
