@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@VodafoneUK Simple really. Provide a telephone number on your website where one can talk to a human being who has the authority to resolve very simple issues. Not rocket science. I guess ‘chatting’ with an algorithm in a loop for an hour incurs huge costs for the customer but little for VF.

@VodafoneUK Yet again, just got a text telling me I will be charged for a an overdue payment. Unbelievable have a direct debit set up. The FSA really need to look at how vodaphone behave and treat customers. Don’t choose vodaphone is my advise. They cannot manage finance.

@VodafoneUK My broadband service is down since last Thursday after the planned upgrade to CityFibre network. Incident FLT11628327 was raised promising that I will be advised when an engineer possibly from CityFibre will visit to check. No updates so far.

@VodafoneUK Today is yet another problem. As I said I will respond Monday. Check our account , plenty more good reading with even promises it’s sorted from directors office. Vodaphone really do need investigating by the FSA as sure we are not the only ones. Even had a debt collector letter!!
