@ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@VodafoneUK Hi Charlotte I have been speaking to advisors most days i have to keep repeating myself what the problem is and you do nothing the rude man (miles) at the cancellation department said there were no notes of any kind and I was lying and there's nothing you can do

@VodafoneUK How do you work that out my WiFi not been working for 6 months you have been told on numerous occasions my child is struggling to do school work and now have to pay £240 cancellation fee for something thats never worked we have lost our jobs thanks your a disgrace

@VodafoneUK while you are trying to fix my broadband, my 4g, and find out why I'm getting pestered off a debt collection agency for money I dont owe how about getting me my £25 pounds voucher for being recommended from a friend which we have both not received might I add
