@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

@OpenreachHelp Yes, mine can also get full fibre from every provider but @VodafoneUK it's an internal fault their refusing to fix for whatever crazy reason seems it would cost too much to fix for the benefit of service it could provide so they're not bothered about fixing have zero date to fix

Not usually this kind of complainer, but I'm genuinely baffled by my last two months of dealing with @VodafoneUK. Two contracts cancelled without notification; deeply difficult to talk to anyone; systems not working; my mam, for whom I'm sole carer, unable to contact me for days.

@VodafoneUK All I actually need is to get her another month of free unlimited data so she can connect to the internet! Sorry this is long winded - everyone I've talked to has been completely lovely under trying circumstances, but the whole infrastructure seems broken
