Matt Haney (@MJHaney) reported from Herne Bay, England@ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

Matt Haney (@MJHaney) reported from Herne Bay, England@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. They have discontinued my service without any notice, breaching my legally binding contract & I have been repeatedly lied to by every single person I have spoken too! Don’t go near them!

Now months to wait to be connected again. I’ve been repeatedly lied too by everyone I spoken too today! Don’t go near them!

Then they say it’s only £8 a day.…but your unlikely to get that either as they force you to take a new contract out in order to restore any service!

They will give you notice if you need to change to fibre! They will ensure your service continues! All lies! Don’t believe a word they say! Avoid them!
