    @VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

    Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

    @ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    @Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

    @VodafoneUK surely this is fraudulent? he’s been trying for over a year to cancel this unwanted gift and send it back and he’s been charged hundreds of pounds over this time and is now being told he needs to pay even more to switch to a £0 contract - not even to cancel it

    @VodafoneUK far from good customer service. to get me help quicker, you try to send me a link via SMS to to a sim card that is in a router, and has failed so won't receive texts. Not sure how that is quicker than simply putting me through to real person on the phone.

    @VodafoneUK So I tried using the online chat to see if I can either change network or get a better monthly deal. The automated response was that the team that deal with that are closed but open Mon Fri 8am-7pm... I'm pretty sure today is Friday
