Matt Haney (@MJHaney) reported from Herne Bay, England@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. I visited the shop, phoned and emailed them but they refused to acknowledge me in any way. I didn’t get a penny back, will never use them again. Low life thieves, please sue them.

I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.
