@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

Dear @VodafoneUK, my forthcoming bill shows roaming charges wrongly applied for somewhere I never visited! Spoke by phone to your support who told me nothing can be done until *after* you’ve billed me. This is not cool - how do I get these charges removed, please? 😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK Yes, the buy back price is awful! Don’t bother. Their trade in tool just doesn’t work! Apple Store have checked my phone and will give me their full price as trade in. Over £400 compared to Vodafone who offered £106!
