@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@VodafoneUK are no longer a member of @OmbudServices after they acted similarly, and in one case I know of actually sent bailiffs round to an elderly customer's house to extort money they weren't owed and the Ombudsman did nothing about it. #criminals

@imunderyoursofa @VodafoneUK Bloody hell! That's absolutely ridiculous! I've tried on 3 separate occasions today, once for 40mins, once for 2hrs 25 and once for 15mins.. my heart wasn't in it at that point. I'm wondering if I went through cancellations if I'd get a better service?

@VodafoneUK hi guys, i purchased an iphone8 which was paid off in full from a customer of your network, we were told the device is unlocked however ive just put an O2 sim in it and it isnt unlocked. Who do I speak to to have the device unlocked ? Like I said its been paid off.

If you need a business mobile phone with a large number of connections I would make sure you avoid @VodafoneUK at all costs absolutely terrible customer service when there is an issue!! #mobile #phone #poorservice
