@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@VodafoneUK worst service I have ever received for a customer for over 10 years just trying to upgrade, spoken to 11 people to get an issue resolved and due to your staff incompetence it still can’t be resolved until next week that will be nearly 2 weeks without Data !!!!!!!

@VodafoneUK hi do you know when you get the signal sorted out in the post code WF3 4FY it's been little to nothing since February 20 so really your failure to even improve the signal speaks volumes as how you view your customers I just want my fone to work

It’s bad enough @VodafoneUK usually put their prices up by 1.4% every year, but for them to jump to 8.2% this year??? Pure greed. Will be going somewhere else as soon as my contract ends in June.

Just when you think @VodafoneUK can't treat you any worse, the 4g service in the area goes down for over a week, when you call to find out the issue the handler can't answer, says will be ok in 5 days and that the fraud team will contact you in 48 hrs???? What fraud???

@VodafoneUK has the worst customer service I've ever come across. Never known such bad service in trying to cancel a contract. Obstructive behaviour both from the online system and customer service.

@Rhianlovesbooks @VodafoneUK I'm on on Vodafone but no problems but my mums iPhone has now decided not to recognise numbers in her phone book when someone rings her.the solution was to delete her phone book and start again.the numbers came up unknown or +44 in front of the number.try that Rhian
