I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Craig Richardson (@R3S1DENT3VIL) reported from Margate, England@VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

Matt Haney (@MJHaney) reported from Herne Bay, England@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.
