Matt Haney (@MJHaney) reported from Herne Bay, England@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. But almost the same situation too. I had a service that never worked cancelled and returned the router and then they claimed it was never cancelled.

The lady on the phone couldn't grasp she'd passed even though her contract had been terminated. She kept saying she'd been a Mobile Customer for 10 years, she would get a great deal. Useless
