    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    @ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

    @Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

    @BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

    @VodafoneUK seriously wtf is wrong with your online payment facilities AGAIN??? I've never known a single company to have as many technical issues as yours. Usually either the website or app is down or both. 25 mins on hold just to pay my bill because the app won't let me.

    @VodafoneUK can I have some help please, I’ve tried ringing a couple of times but have given up after a 30 min wait.. I don’t ever get signal in my home, I literally can’t call anyone or receive calls & I’m sick of paying for a contract I can’t ever use

    Anybody else finding @vodafoneUK 's customer service beyond useless at the moment? Doing simple things well is far better than developing a complex offer and doing it badly.
