Matt Haney (@MJHaney) reported from Herne Bay, England@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Paul Ryan (@pjryan51) reportedGiven up on Vodafone after 15 years. All network providers in UK are a bit of a disaster at the moment but @VodafoneUK seems to have all bit given up. No coverage, can never speak to anyone , price increases. I honestly think in UK we'll soon end up paying £100 a month for a faceless AI "assistant" to offer corporate apologies for no service while still holding you to a contract and charging for non payment back up by a court system that allows them to enforce fast track judgments !
