@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@VodafoneUK The maddest thing? There's no way the engineer needs to come into the house. I have a BT Openreach socket, barely 2 years old, if any wiring needs doing, that'll be at the cabinet down the road. Why they're forcing me to stay in is anyone's guess. Maybe they're just sadists.

@VodafoneUK I’m not sure if you have been seeing my messages? Can you also confirm if it is normal for your customers to have 18 days downtime (and still counting) from wifi, and still not know why or what the problem is? Or when it will be fixed? #vodafone #wifi

@VodafoneUK So I could have taken my step daughter to school this morning? She was crying after a stomach migraine in the night. Told her I have to stay in because I can't afford to pay a fine right now. I've had no message from any engineer. This is how you treat your new costumers? Nice.
