@VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

@ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@VodafoneUK I bought a phone from Argos but it needs a Network Unlock Code. Argos sent me to Vodafone. Vodafone won't help because I didn't buy it from them. Argos won't refund me. I'm really sad and disappointed as this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

@VodafoneUK hi I have a problem with my phone. I thought I had renewed my contract but I had someone taken out a 2nd one. This caused 3 hours of phone chat and the only ‘solution’ available to me was to cancel my contract for the 2nd phone and have a pay as you go one 1/2

Hey @VodafoneUK why do you keep removing my trade-in discount off my account?? you’ve taken my old phone and now your trying to get away with no giving me my money off? I’ve had 4 people try to fix this and no one ever gets back to me. Customer service is TERRIBLE
