    @BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    @ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

    @Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

    So due to a lack of flexibility by @VodafoneUK my Ukrainian guest is left with choice between sim with no credit or sim with the wrong number. I know we can inform organisations of new number and I know in grand scheme of things its not the worst thing. 1/2

    @VodafoneUK @YouTube why aren't you playing nice with each other? I have YouTube Premium with my Vodafone plan, but it's been deactivated since 17/6 and Vodafone customer support have no clue when will it be resolved.

    @VodafoneUK The latency on the broadband has been dreadful lately. Called Wifi Xperts, no help. Used the online chat, no help. Is there anyone I can actually talk to that can help? A lot of other people experiencing same thing.

    @VodafoneUK @mst3kuk This has been down for some time, it is not really acceptable. Surely it would make sense to re-enable those accounts that would be quite easy to do. You can investigate the route cause after.

    @VodafoneUK why is it so difficult to speak to someone that can actually sort an issue? Customer service is shocking and now I am being told I will be charged over £250 to deactivate a service that hasn't even been activated 13 days from activation date. Shockingly bad service!!!

    But if we miss a contact that's going to make her life even harder. It's not like her life isn't hard enough . @VodafoneUK I've spent an hr with customer services, lovely but basically 'computer says no' If you're really supporting Ukraine then please help. #Ukraine

    @VodafoneUK Well 5 minutes waiting. I’m getting more frustrated with Vodafone. Vodafone it’s starting to reveal being an unprofessional company. I’ve been a customer for long time. This time because I decided not to upgrade to a new phone they took free roaming away from me.
