@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@VodafoneUK Out in DN22. It would be helpful if the app just stated there was a general issue rather than going through all the usual rigmarole to be told the internet connection is fine when it obviously isn’t

@VodafoneUK no broadband again. This is the 7th time in 8 months. So been with out broadband for 2 months in 8 that’s 75% availability. Not bad for a 15% increase in charges. Totally unacceptable Vodafone should be ashamed

@VodafoneUK Regret switching to you. Service out in SK10. Problems since day 1. The £120 gift card that was promised has never materialised, and four months into my contract you hike the prices.

@StevenLammie @VodafoneUK We’ve been told exactly the same thing that we’re not in a contract. Ours is renewing tom & they won’t honour the agreed contract (dated 22/3) & that we have to go to a lower one or pay much more for a higher one.The CS person doesn’t seem to be “aware” of this nationwide problem

@JuanSoloTGA @VodafoneUK Mine is back up in East Kilbride. It was down from 8:45 to 10am. Only After finding out about on Twitter that they’re was a nationwide issue. FTTP was showing connected but nothing was working.

@VodafoneUK It has been down for 3 hours now, on average we pay 29 pence per hour for this service. 3 hours and counting it has been down for... I want 87 pence off my next bill. Minimum.

@VodafoneUK BH1 down via @cityfibre. To anyone else browsing these comments, see if you can go to 1.1.1.1, Cloudflare's WARP seems to bypass this problem atm
