@carolinebiggsy @BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK I had to change to this and they’d still take a ‘one off payment’ they were the worst ever 😫

  • megangilmurray Megs (@megangilmurray) reported from Eastry, England

@BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

  • MJHaney Matt Haney (@MJHaney) reported from Herne Bay, England

@ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

  • _anysomething Laura Sutcliffe (@_anysomething) reported from Deal, England

Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

  • KarrieKitchen Karrie's Kitchen (@KarrieKitchen) reported from Sturry, England

@VodafoneUK No internet and your online chat telling us there is a three hour wait for support.

  • MJHaney Matt Haney (@MJHaney) reported from Herne Bay, England

@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

  • RichardPorteous Richard Porteous (@RichardPorteous) reported from Deal, England

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@VodafoneUK Have no data connection on my phone. Was told info would be sent and hasn't. So I'm paying for a service you are not providing me and I've been told I would be called back and I haven't. Do I just not pay my bill this month?

  • Eques4 Frank Parker (@Eques4) reported

@darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK The idiocy of the right writ large: Laughing at Jeremy Corbyn for wanting to do something that would help them.

  • Sebmeister Sebster™🇾🇪🔱🔰 (@Sebmeister) reported

@darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK Assuming that’s a genuine image of your current internet socket I would advise you to seek help as that’s a danger Corbyn promised free fibre broadband for every home It would look nothing like that! If that’s how you roll your sockets than you might be a few connections short.

  • teacherjo13 Miss A (@teacherjo13) reported

    @ConnorProsser1 @VodafoneUK Don't expect a solution anytime soon - I've been waiting a week. Keep being told 48 hours....

@VodafoneUK I've had a notification that I have won a prize through VeryMe. Now the app won't open, is this a known issue?

  • NickInEngland Nick Ellis (@NickInEngland) reported

@VodafoneUK What is going on? I placed an order to transfer fibre broadband which you confirmed with a transfer date of 14th. Then you rang me a week ago to say there had been a problem porting the number and it would be the 18th - fine. Cont...1/5

  • strawhatlz Stawhat Lz (@strawhatlz) reported

@VodafoneUK look here i dont pay cash money for my internet to go down thats ******* stupid and poor service when **** like this happens customers should get a reduced bill as the service has been lacklustre

  • TobyFagan Toby Fagan (@TobyFagan) reported

@VodafoneUK No phone call as promised on Saturday, yet again! For a multimillion pound company, you’re customer service is skills are horrendous. I will be moving from you when my contract for broadband is due for renewal in August.

  • Eques4 Frank Parker (@Eques4) reported

@darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK I stopped using Vodafone when they cut the amount of data on my usual Pay-as-you-go internet payment by a third without telling me. Exactly the sort of shoddy, profit-driven behaviour you would NOT get with a nationalised internet service.
