    @VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

    Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

    @BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    @VodafoneUK ridiculous increase this month and for what? No increase in service value, no increase in speed, no doubt no increase in customer service quality, does’t meet expectations ! What’s the profit margin on broadband these days? I Will be leaving in sept #endof2yrcontract

    @VodafoneUK @AMDTiree not even able to offer that information. Another Tirisdeach was told on Saturday it could be 6 days. A lot of people, including me, relying on your 4G signal as their only internet access. You need a plan to communicate during outages like this and keep the info consistent. 2/2

    @VodafoneUK - shocking service as usual! Ordered a new phone yesterday, for click and collect, said it would be delivered yesterday- still not dispatched. All customer service agents said they couldn’t tell me. I’ll cancel thanks!

    @Flop0072 @EmmaRaducanu @VodafoneUK What wrong if she get wildcard ? 2021 for her first time in Wimbledon Emma also was given wildcard too she reach R4 so i don't know what is the problem if she get wildcard this year.
