    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    @BigSighZ400 @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK Looks ok - builds on Three network, which I haven’t found to be great. No 5G either. A lot of data but Voxi offered uncapped video streaming. I’d probably still stay Voxi wins.
