@VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

I’ve spent 12 days being polite… So I now officially declare that @VodafoneUK are a useless load of shite who can **** right off. Problem fixed after 12 days, 3 hours later, my internet has completely died again. Thrown the cunting thing at the wall and cancelling direct debit.

@WalkerMarcus @VodafoneUK I’ve had exactly the same problems with Scottish power, they messed my DD up and it’s apparently my fault and I can’t reset it up without changing tariff to 3x the price. It’s such a backwards was of doing things.

@VodafoneUK I transferred from Voxi to Vodafone. Filled in the form to keep my old number. Change supposedly happened over an hour ago. But now my old number and old SIM card aren't working at all, and the new SIM number and new SIM card are still active. Can you help?

@VodafoneUK I am trying to change provider (good new customer deal) but say they can't as there is a cease on the line. Vodafone say there is no issue with that but my new provider (Shell) say they can't change it over until the cease is removed. Repeat several times

1 year of utterly crap broadband from @VodafoneUK (max 10mbps) where I was blamed, BT openreach were blamed & my house was blamed, despite me telling them it was their router. Guess what, I got a new router from Zen and everything now works perfectly.
