I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. OldTory (@old_tory) reported@VodafoneUK Simple really. Provide a telephone number on your website where one can talk to a human being who has the authority to resolve very simple issues. Not rocket science. I guess ‘chatting’ with an algorithm in a loop for an hour incurs huge costs for the customer but little for VF.
