    @BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the reply. Running a check has brought it back to life again, but I have to do this far too often (every couple of days). Who can I speak to on the phone (not online chat) to discuss the poor service?

    @VodafoneUK And I have responded. In theory all you should need are the ticket number and landline number to track me down. It is not difficult if you are motivated to provide the service you are promising me here.

    @VodafoneUK I have now gone overdrawn thank to you and your website and app not working which I use to pay my bill before the direct debit that I don’t want but you force me to have comes out. Is it not wrong to force people to have direct debits or charge £5 on every bill
