I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. That’s the fastest download speed I’ve ever seen on Vodafone 5G using my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I’m line of sight of the mast but still. Red circle on the photo. That’s genuinely into fibre broadband territory!
