Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

@AmazonHelp Yes, the 3 firesticks were connected then when @VodafoneUK push the software update to help optimise my speeds they disconnect and say 'out of range'. I can hard reset and they reconnect again but I need the latest firmware as the upload speed isn't sufficient.

@VodafoneUK You told me on the phone "we took your money illegally but we aren't going to return it for a month and we don't care what you think. However; someone more senior will phone you back in 24 hours to tell you this again." Never happened. What makes you think you will do better?
