@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

@BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

I've just get a call from @VodafoneUK cancelling my fibre upgrade because @OpenreachHelp didnt want to put fibre in our building. So, they offer me fibre and now cancel it what they offer, who should I blame for this?

@roxie_whufc @Katied_25 @VodafoneUK Having the same experience and now they cut off a call when I've tried to cancel! I've rang the last 3 months where I've been double charged each time. Each month assured it will be corrected on next month's bill to which I get another double charge. Effectively stolen £60!

@VodafoneUK I’m on a loop as I can’t change my pin through the company ‘s website. Every pin I’m trying is rejected as invalid. Vodafone is a Shame. Don’t even think about getting Vodafone’s broadband service

Can anyone explain to me why we have a public body such as @Ofcom but they are not able to help when @VodafoneUK can’t provide a mobile service in our area, yet we pay for. When calling they just tell you lies. Service been useless since before June 2022, still not resolved.

@VodafoneUK I've regretted being an (admittedly small) investor in Vodafone for a long time, but since I became a customer I've regretted it even more. Your service is frankly shocking - trying to speak to a real person to change an account is like the holy grail. TObi is useless

@VodafoneUK Why is it your app never works when it’s time to pay my bill? And then you have the audacity to charge me an extra £5 late fee. It’s like you do it on purpose because every damn month it won’t work at payment time but works perfectly at all other times.
