I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Ian (@ianjeffray) reportedI'd like to know whose fault it is, either @VodafoneUK or @Apple but there's (still!) no 5G coverage along the whole east end of the A71/Livingston, and I have to MANUALLY change the phone to use 4G. Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.

If you're lucky enough to get through to a person, it'll be an Indian who can barely understand what you're saying, & they won't complete whatever task is needed to fix your problem.
