@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@VodafoneUK This is getting nowhere. There is no "complaint form" in the link you provided. The only what I can find there is "chat to us", "call us" or your postal address.

@VodafoneUK I did that. It offers me a "chat" who refused to take my complaint yesterday, a call (I won't spend another hour on the phone), or a postal address. Again. Please share the email address of the complaints team.
