    @VodafoneUK Haha, honestly, that ship well and truly sailed. Worst one was being passed from advisor to advisor for 4 hrs on Thursday before being told you couldn't help. I'm actually happy for the overpayment you took not to be refunded just as a reminder to me to never, ever use you again.

    @VodafoneUK I have DM'd, I replied at 0905 to the advisor and since then I have had no reply or even acknowledgement that my replies/details have been seen. Your customer service over the last week has been appalling. I've gone from a happy customer to one that won't recommend you to anyone

    @VodafoneGroup @SearleMelanie @VodafoneUK Tried talking to Vodafone total useless looks like I will need to go to offcom just so I can get my PUK CODE unbelievable customer service total disgusting. Please think of the other big companies before you go to Vodafone as EE BT and sky at leased treat you as a human

    @VodafoneUK husband has been on hold now for 1 hour and 17 minutes, trying to get your mistake corrected. We will be sending you an invoice for out BT call charges. Appalling customer service 😡 Thank god we left……

    @VodafoneUK wondering if you could sort this problem, I had £15 of my money taken when trying to buy a big value bundle when the app decided to crash and the payment went through but I didn’t receive the pack! I’ve been into the vodafone shop twice and nothings been done

    If anyone is on @VodafoneUK and has a data breach, be warned, they will tell you their non-existent fraud team (I’ve been told by a former employee) found no fraud and they can’t cancel the contract EVEN though they added a 3rd party to my account without my permission.
