Craig Richardson (@R3S1DENT3VIL) reported from Margate, England@VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated
