    Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    @VodafoneUK Network Coverage in KY2 5LT Kirkcaldy, Fife has been negligible to zero for the last 48 hours but Vodafone insisting all is OK. Anyone else found this sort of stonewalling?

    @VodafoneUK has possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. 7 different agents all promised to sort a missing data problem and all 7 have failed. I think a change of network is required.

    @TuckinFweeter @VodafoneUK yes, here too, same story. Their network coverage map is misleading, to put it mildly. They keep asking about your device, instead of looking at their network. I will reach Ofcom, if need be.

    @VodafoneUK Ticket number 259914. This is what you need to do. 1) You need to send her a 5G gigarouter thing by courier TODAY. 2) You need to figure out why your indian team cannot identify what happened and how they're going to fix it 3) You need to reconnect her line ASAP 4) Compensation

    @VodafoneUK I emailed you two weeks ago over a complaint that has been going on for over 7 months had so many phones calls internet conversations with you, I was emailed back to tell me would be sorted in 10 working days still waiting 😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK I only sent the complaint last night. Its been 10 days minimum (to my knowledge) with no data in Hackney Wick. I'll be put more at ease if I was told of what the issue is and a timescale of when it will be back up and running.
