@VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK have this ongoing ability to turn what should be a positive customer experience into a poor one. A simple upgrade now becomes a chore + none of their channel messages match - talk about being confusion. Such a shame as when they do it well, they do it well.

I called last Tuesday about not getting mobile phone allocations since this year (that comes with Vodafone one family medium). @VodafoneUK The fibre city man has already been out, and spliced the wire. He said it would be no problem. So do you not supply fibre broadband to a flat? I even spoke to someone on 2 different occasions, explained I'd need 2 lines. Both times was told it was no problem
