Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

Hi @VodafoneUK since I joined VF a few weeks ago, if I send an SMS the recipient gets it 4 times. Very annoying Have reset network settings, restarted the phone... no change. Pls can you advise?

Hey @DPDUK if you have a courier due to deliver something is it possible to know an estimate on the day it will be due? @VodafoneUK are saying I will only find out 30 minutes before & there's no way around this? Not ideal for keyworkers & I've never known this to be the case.

@VodafoneUK We've barely had BB for a month. Four times the support tickets have been closed without a single response. We've wasted hours on support chat with the same promises and no progress every time. How do we get a refund and extra mobile data spend compensated?

@VodafoneUK I'll see how it goes. Basically nothing works at this point on any device, as per the screenshot, not even the support content is pulled through to the app. Everything stops even though the internet light stays on and the apps says all is good.

@VodafoneUK Your 4G has been down in EX5/EX14 for two days now. Nothing on website to say there are problems,I’m not the only one experiencing these issues. Any idea when this will be sorted please? It’s making WFH impossible, my boss is asking for proof which I can’t give them!

@choppy_1991 @VodafoneUK I am struggling with basic connection. The Vodafone connection dropped 10 times in last 12 hrs .. very bad service. Few month ago , I had 3 days of Compete blackout. No office work, no school work.. least Vodafone say they would do was to refund that month's billing
