Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@VodafoneUK So whilst supporting the Ukraine by donating funds to The Red Cross and again to Comic Relief in the same month via my Vodafone contract, you cut my phone service off on Saturday demanding that I pay £30 to reinstate it despite never having missed a DDM in 14months. Hello O2!!

@VodafoneUK garbage applied for a phone and was accepted payed upfront fee and then got declined, 4 weeks later and still no refund even though I spoke to live chat last week and they say will rush and get in 3-5 days
