@BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

Vodafone are a shambles, anyone else been receiving numbers from the same first 5 digits but when they call them back they say they haven’t called ? @VodafoneUK you might want to look into this !!!! Several other people have also reported the same problem !

@VodafoneUK Thanks Karla. When the original screen started to go berserk, it was in the middle of the first lock down. I intended to send it off to get it repaired, but nobody went to work as it was an "everybody in" instruction. So frustrating it was, I repaired it myself.

@VodafoneUK’s Customer service agent advising me “3 months left on your contract pretty much means you are out of contract and we will have to sign you up to a new term if you move houses”! What a joke! Would love to see what the response would be if I said that to them!

Just when you think @VodafoneUK can’t go any lower thay do - Letter to CEO complaining about overcharging and they tried to call me once and never tried again and so told me complaint has been closed and want me to call a number of their own CEO to reopen!!
