I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.

I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.

Trains getting worse & worse from Waterloo. No reception on mobiles so can’t even check what is going on as the sw train app never works

My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more. They kept asking to speak to her and got angry when she couldn't remember her password. Utter scum.
