@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

After a 1 month and a half ... nothing has been sorted .... They haven’t even chased anything up ... @VodafoneUK is most definitely the worst when it comes to service/sorting out problems ... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

@VodafoneUK was just about to upgrade, asked about not paying the upfront cost & was told that there was no way it can be removed. Is that definitely the case as I've got 4 lines with you & have been a customer for years. Where is the loyalty? Also told I would lose my discount?

@VodafoneUK Excited to see you again?! Went in store and staff were sat on their phones. We have 4 phones with you and have been with you for more than 10 years and yet cannot get any support in store. Utterly Rediculous. Think its time to start looking elsewhere.
