    Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    @VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

    @BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

    @VodafoneUK the online advisor said there is no form to submit a complaint and no way to get a reference number and I've just found the complaints form hidden within the Vodafone website. Very poor service being lied to. And no call back as promised to discuss my complaint 😡.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone. Just like last month my Vodafone home broadband isn't working. Been like this for 3 days now. Had the same issue blast month spoke to someone from India I think and was told I'd pay only £12 this month and my bill came at £25. Can someone msg me to sort this.
