@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@VodafoneUK 6 days later still no refund gang what’s the story here? First you never double charged then called a day later to say you did? Always good at taking money but never good at giving it back straight away.

Been trying to contact @VodafoneUK for four days straight now and not matter what day or time I call, I get told the lines are closed. And then you go online to chat and all you get is a robot that’s no help 🥴

Dear all at @VodafoneUK how do I speak to someone who actually knows what they are doing. Even writing to the directors office as resulted in further stress. 0118 is NOT a chargeable number. It’s an issue with YOUR systems (1/2)

@VodafoneUK @helentsmith That is great - I am shocked at how many need help. That said the WiFi went down today & there was a scramble to use data while I struggled to run a call & fix the problem.

@VodafoneUK I am not trying to be a **** here, but I am fed off by companies just giving **** customer service and not being called out on it. I had the same problems with @bt_uk. Unfortunately the help desk people are the face of the company so they get all the heat.
