@VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

Is there such a thing as a reliable ISP? My @VodafoneUK has been awful for months. I give up trying 'support' after a few hours of long breaks between messages and having to take photos of sockets (just accept I know what an Openreach socket is!). #Broadband

@TRAI My Vi number is 9798799999 which by the way is a VIP paid number. They restricted incoming 6 months ago and outgoing has been barred since a month. Customer care says that it has been ported to Jio. Both the companies have basically joined hands to steal it.@VodafoneUK

@Petrolhead_Rich @VodafoneUK In the 3rd pic they say it's a network issue too, looks like there's no communication between departments at all. Like.. just face it, there isn't sufficient network coverage and they need more masts /stronger masts that can push signals out further.

@elaine_f14 @VodafoneUK Kent is definitely having an issue! My data doesn’t work today and 2345 was asking me to “confirm my number” as if it didn’t know what number I was calling from?! Thou I’d been hacked/someone was trying to switch my number to another network or something.. They need to sort this
