@VodafoneUK WORST customer ever, received a faulty phone and was told I’d have an exchange done, spoke to 3 different people being told dif things with the last person just shouting down the phone to me telling me simple thing is I’m not getting one. Horrendous customer service

@VodafoneUK My husband left job becoming self employed end Dec. He had to shield again on 4Jan. No income, shielding lifted end January unlikely. We both have birthdays in January and can't go anywhere or do anything. So it pretty much is the worst month of 2021 so far. 😕

@VodafoneUK Oh god I do! Been shielding on my own for what feels like a lifetime! My Dad died in July so never got to see him since Feb. Mum wasn't even allowed with him at the end! My fone ready for knackers yard, my birthday Sat and no-one can call. I need a #VodafoneTreats xc
