    @VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

    Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK The root cause of the problem is, no pics on Twitter anywhere. Your senior team should be on this, it’s clearly affecting a lot of people. There’s nothing I can do about it, it’s a problem with your tech.

    @VodafoneUK Your network is starting to become unreliable now. Again the signal have gone to almost 0%, previous Dec 2021 TWICE and now again today. Unacceptable level of service.

    So @VodafoneUK , it’s been 72 hours almost since the problem with images and videos first started, why isn’t it fixed yet? What’s taking so long? It should have been fixed by now. Absolutely appalling show

    Twitter pictures/videos haven't been loading for 4 days. @VodafoneUK saying on twitter the tech team are looking into it. I just spoke to someone on the tech team to try get an update and they weren't even aware of the issue 🙃
