    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    @VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

    Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK No issues with our broadband. We have been told by Vodafone the the problem is with masts in our area. We just want to know what the problem is and when it will be fixed. It's been going on for 4 months now.

    @VodafoneUK You have a premium product, fast data rates & I know some of your backroom staff, they are very good people. Your company is lettingbthem all down with a poor, customer facing customer service / support experience using cheap offshore call centres. Your brand deserves better.
