    Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    Not good @VodafoneUK to get customers to factory reset their router as part of the first line support process. Now I have lost my LAN IP pool, firewall configuration etc Wasting customers' time to streamline your call handling is not professional.

    @SamsungMobile #zfold3 has got to be the worst phone I ever owned. Weeks into owning this phone, charging port stopped working, have changed chargers twice, nada, now wifi button won't stay on since the last updates, only got this phone from @VodafoneUK in January.

    @VodafoneUK Everything sorted Now, but very disappointed that the online service,broadband upgrade did not work, for a big HI-Tech company like Vodafone, you should be ashamed. get it sorted and fixed Now. I did have to phone Vodafone instead, but I was so mad that I threated to leave.

    Public service announcement for anyone with @VodafoneUK Even if you have the spend manager set to zero non main account phone numbers can still add extra to their plan without you as the bill payer/main number being notified 🤬🤯
