I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Shame because Virgin flights are our absolute go-to because of their quality and service. Would be good if those levels were carried through all businesses that carry the same name.

Dad never missed a bill but they said he had exceeded his limit. When I complained their rep shouted "It's for their protection". Virgin Media are scum.
