I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Xtine 🌑 (@xtinexoop) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK 18 months to find a buyer for mums flat so we paying DOUBLE council tax (£400), standing charges for utilities and £270 a month service charge as her flat is sheltered complex - so £700ish a month for an empty flat with no services being used! Hopefully we'll complete soon.
