Hi @VodafoneUK, I have an old handset that I bought from you on contract which I'd like to give to my mum. However it's locked to Vodafone and the Network Unlock Code request form on your website doesn't work (HTTP error) - can you advise? I don't have an acct with you any more.

@VodafoneUK I have emailed Mr Ahmed Assam with feedback about your complaints system. Your staff don't return calls except for the complaint advisor who only ever rings for 16 seconds then sends a text telling you when they will call again. It's impossible to speak to someone!

@VodafoneUK No phone call as promised on Saturday, yet again! For a multimillion pound company, you’re customer service is skills are horrendous. I will be moving from you when my contract for broadband is due for renewal in August.
