    @BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

    Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK My mother 83 has locked herself out of her mobile & needs a PUK code. Shop in Norwich wouldnt help her as Im the acc. holder BUT they didnt ring me! The only way I can get the PUK is via 191 which Ive been trying all week only to get a recorded msg that you cant help!

    @VodafoneUK Some IoT devices require 2.4ghz, sounds like Vodafone don't expect to support those if I can't configure that? (I did have it configured via the web interface and they were available... It's only since I did a factory reset and used the mobile app that they've been disabled.)

    @VodafoneUK vi services is very poor service because I raise my complain many time but not provide a best service am facing issues internet connection regarding but vi team ignore my concern & complain that way I raised a complain in consumer court.......

    Just a reminder to never ever even think about getting @VodafoneUK internet if you can avoid it. I literally had a better connection living at my parents house 20 years ago than I do with these scammers.
