    Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

    @BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    Wow, I’m one to complain but @VodafoneUK have absolutely appalling customer service and blame so much on ‘tech glitches’. Why offer click and collect in store the same day when you then get told it’ll be 1-2 days to arrive in store…and is still yet to even be dispatched 🙄

    @VodafoneUK Considering your DM replies totally contradict the emails and information I have received across sales and customer services someone is clearly lying. I will be reporting all information to trading standards as you are treating customers with no respect

    @VodafoneUK Screen cracked within a week of Xmas with no way of repairing it. Paying monthly for a service that cannot be used.

    @VodafoneUK Appaling service. You are late 2 weeks with my broadband connection, now you are moving the installation date by more than 1 week again (I ordered this beginning of February) and your agents are asking me to pay a wireless internet (probably 4G). Disgusting!

    @HexyBastard @VodafoneUK I had to move away from them after 8 years being loyal customer... After talking to over 26 advisors over the course of 6 months and none was willing to give me a loyalty discount on a new contract i was forced to leave and never looked back since. Avoid them at all cost.

    Has anyone else had endless problems with @VodafoneUK First they screwed up broadband now they’ve overcharged me for mobile data despite spending 2 hours telling them and then agreeing it’s an error. Very fed up with them
