Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@VodafoneUK It presents as a UK mobile number, so Wangiri fraud doesn't apply. You seem not to have a simple solution to a simple problem. Why don't you just give customers a 'block this number' facility?

Never use @VodafoneUK for business broadband, their entire service is a disgrace. We have never received the promised speeds, we had to fight for the promo promised on signup, their live chat is agonising and the “we tried calling” texts are a complete lie. @VodafoneBiz
