    @VodafoneUK Hi Evie, we have been through this and on your map it states we have full 4g, we have asked for an engineer to come out to prove we do not have 4h anywhere in the house but we have been told no. You are taking our money but giving us no service in our house

    Own home. We have asked @VodafoneUK if they would pay for WiFi so we can then use their network we also pay for and they have ignored our messages We asked to get out our contracts and all we were offered was £250 so we are stuck with no network in our own house DONT USE VODAFONE

    @JominGe00715465 @VodafoneUK I had exactly the same problem! In the end I had to visit two local stores (the first of which were all rude I walked!) just to be able to talk to get to speak to a customer advisor! I kept getting cut off from web chat. I’ve never experienced such bad cus serv!

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Why do you treat your customers like dirt and have an IVR that hangs up on them #poorservice. Its plain rude
