Vodafone Issues Reports Near Birchington-on-Sea, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Birchington-on-Sea and nearby locations:

  • richardtorble Richard Torble (@richardtorble) reported from Chestfield, England

You know it’s bad when you need to make a complaint about the complaints department. Just when you think you’ve reached the absolute bottom of customer service along comes @VodafoneUK to prove me wrong. Never in my life have a complaints department been so incredibly rude.

  • _anysomething Laura Sutcliffe (@_anysomething) reported from Deal, England

Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

  • MJHaney Matt Haney (@MJHaney) reported from Herne Bay, England

@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

  • richardtorble Richard Torble (@richardtorble) reported from Chestfield, England

@CeriJane @VodafoneUK We have exactly the same problem. Complaints departments are supposed to be helpful and understanding. @VodafoneUK are rude, unhelpful and uncaring. Everything you’re not supposed to be.

  • KarrieKitchen Karrie's Kitchen (@KarrieKitchen) reported from Sturry, England

@VodafoneUK No internet and your online chat telling us there is a three hour wait for support.

  • MJHaney Matt Haney (@MJHaney) reported from Herne Bay, England

@ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

  • Angies30 Angie Prescott (@Angies30) reported from Deal, England

@PaulBorley @VodafoneUK **** your contact, make up a story and get rid

  • richardtorble Richard Torble (@richardtorble) reported from Chestfield, England

@CeriJane @VodafoneUK They are an absolute joke. I was shouted at (!) by one of the team. Awful. Just awful.

  • R3S1DENT3VIL Craig Richardson (@R3S1DENT3VIL) reported from Margate, England

@VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

  • megangilmurray Megs (@megangilmurray) reported from Eastry, England

@carolinebiggsy @BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK I had to change to this and they’d still take a ‘one off payment’ they were the worst ever 😫

  • TattooedAndBald Scott Tulloch (@TattooedAndBald) reported from Canterbury, England

@VodafoneUK @O2 Why is 3G/4G always so terrible in the Canterbury centre area 😡😡😡

  • RichardPorteous Richard Porteous (@RichardPorteous) reported from Deal, England

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

  • megangilmurray Megs (@megangilmurray) reported from Eastry, England

@BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

  • AnnieChappell13 Annie Chappell (@AnnieChappell13) reported from Hackington, England

@benfitter @VodafoneUK @PaulCrisp_1 O2 could do same in CT2 area plz! Never mind free broadband pledge from Labour , a decent mobile coverage pledge would get my vote

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • rmgoulding Robert Goulding (@rmgoulding) reported

@VodafoneUK @bornablade How about an ETA to fix? Nit even aboe to use hotpot on vodafone either as that is broken too! I've never had a bb provider have downtime for so long. How do I exit my contract?

  • haruma haruma (@haruma) reported

But, at least, @VodafoneUK will eventually raise a ticket to their tech team. Too bad they say they'll send you an SMS with the reference, but they won't. #feeltheconnection

  • spdconsultancy Simon Davis (@spdconsultancy) reported

@VodafoneUK Last night and again this morning. A chat advisor said it had been applied and that there was a siebel issue. I've now received a text saying it's been applied and the my vf appl reflects this too. I guess the backlog has caught up.

  • rmgoulding Robert Goulding (@rmgoulding) reported

@VodafoneUK @bornablade How about an ETA to fix? Not even able to use hotpot on vodafone either as that is broken too! I've never had a bb provider have downtime for so long. How do I exit my contract please?

  • Tamina84 Dr. Natalia García Bonet (@Tamina84) reported

10+ hours talking and chatting to @VodafoneUK for the resolution of an issue they created and the advisors keep talking in circles and not offering any real solutions. This is a form of torture

  • SeorasDrum1 George (Seòras or Jørgen) Ferguson 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@SeorasDrum1) reported

@VodafoneUK Internet is garbage... It doesn't do what is promised. Seeking to cancel.

  • chrismldavies Chris (@chrismldavies) reported

@VodafoneUK hi I made an order yesterday had a text today saying it’s been cancelled but it’s not saying that when I use the order tracker, please can you help

  • haruma haruma (@haruma) reported

One cool thing from @VodafoneUK: if you raise an issue on Tuesday, they'll have you running in circles until they notify their tech team on Friday. But beware, it may take 72 working hours for them to do anything. So, goodbye to your internet for another week #feeltheconnection

  • yorkspride National conservative ✝ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧 No DM's (@yorkspride) reported

@ItsJustaRide @VodafoneUK Broadband is down for sure, not so sure about 5g etc

  • bigsteeeeve New leaf (@bigsteeeeve) reported

@yorkspride @VodafoneUK No, you've misunderstood.. Their customers would not be able to read twitter because, err, the network is down so its futile vodaphone sending out a message to say the networks down, people haven't got a network that's working to view it..
