    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    @VodafoneUK why do you have to tell customers lies shocking customer service and staff telling you you can't speak to a manager and you have to wait 5 to 7 days for a response. It won't take me 5 to 7 days to cancel all my contacts.

    @VodafoneUK To add to this, on a live chat with support now and to cancel early apparently I'd have to pay the remaining months on the contract (understandable), but at the new monthly cost even though I've only just been notified about this? How is that fair?!

    @andyLNsmith @VodafoneUK @EE I totally agree! EE is the worst customer service ever! You're persuaded to take something for free but are actually being charged for it, and when you raise the issue they just say as tough luck, we have a signed legally binding contract! Can't wait to swap to someone else!

    Goodbye @VodafoneUK supposed 78mbs BB, often down to 5mb through over contention, hello @TrooliFibre .. I hope your good to your promises, and your router's WiFi is upto BT home hub standards, clearly #Vodafone 's routers aren't!!

    Just got an email from @VodafoneUK telling me my phone bill is increasing by 8.2% in line with RPI. WTF? Have people with other network providers had this because my contract is almost up and that is a big old hike?

    Update for anyone thinking of going with @VodafoneUK home fibre. All good when working but not if you need support, so far 3 hours yesterday of getting nowhere and 2 hrs on hold today. Always recommended them but no more. Worst service I have ever had! 🤬
