Matt Haney (@MJHaney) reported from Herne Bay, England@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. If you're lucky enough to get through to a person, it'll be an Indian who can barely understand what you're saying, & they won't complete whatever task is needed to fix your problem.

Then a complaint to Vodafone for compensation as their dodgy reporting may well have ruined your credit file

Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈

I'm still getting debt collectors from a bill that was supposed to have been written off 30 years ago when £400 of overseas calls in 2 days on an account only used for inward calls for 3 years didn't raise red flags.
