Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@VodafoneUK no signal on mobile in the Sidcup area for 3 days now (all my colleagues have the same issue), in spite of the fact that the 4G icon is showing that it's working. Not really happy to be paying for a non existent service...

Our seller now knows of the complications and has given us 48 hours to FIX it. He has another buyer lined up and it looks likely that we'll LOSE the house altogether. 😭😭😭😭😭😭
