    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    @ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

    @Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

    @VodafoneUK #VodafoneTreats being shockingly poor and not worth bothering about, followed by poor incentives to stay a customer with two SIM only numbers being out of contract and one pay monthly contract number reaching the end of contract in a week. Better deals to move elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK I spent over an hour on the online chat with a Vodafone rep, they were unable to help and then they just left the chat Unbelievable! How can Vodafone staff feel free to treat customers like that? Also after spending hours on the phone to no avail I have cancelled this NO service

    @VodafoneUK really disappointing the difficulty moving my eSim from one phone to Another, a bit of advice after 2 days and poor customer service I suspect it will be easier to change provider

    No surprise that @VodafoneUK don’t answer when you call, try to push you to their online robot, and even then get told it’s an hour wait 😡😡😡 I guess the quickest way to get their attention will be to cancel my D/D

    @VodafoneUK The screen being broken and the fact that I can't end the call. The screen is broken right where you would disconnect the call.
