Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

You know it’s bad when you need to make a complaint about the complaints department. Just when you think you’ve reached the absolute bottom of customer service along comes @VodafoneUK to prove me wrong. Never in my life have a complaints department been so incredibly rude.

@VodafoneUK When I took the contract out it was £35. Several rises over the last 24monthshave been ridiculous. Capping me at 2mbps is ridiculous. Charging me nearly £90 for an early upgrade is the worst though. You guys are not helping yourselves these days

@VodafoneUK my network has been shocking in LU74TB for three weeks now. You system says it is going to be like this until October 5th. Tobi, your online support is a joke. I can’t get past the automated 191 to speak to anyone. I need to speak to someone or I am cancelling my DD.

@VodafoneUK I have DM'd, I replied at 0905 to the advisor and since then I have had no reply or even acknowledgement that my replies/details have been seen. Your customer service over the last week has been appalling. I've gone from a happy customer to one that won't recommend you to anyone

@VodafoneUK Let's just say, the connection request at our new house which we ended up discussing with you over three or four weeks, culminating in a 4 hour webchat which you then decided you couldn't provide the FFTP service for, was done in 10 minutes with TalkTalk.

I have honestly never had to deal with a company that was more incompetent than @VodafoneUK Utterly shambolic, left hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, let alone the right one. It will be a cold day in hell before you ever see another penny of my money.
