Scott Tulloch (@TattooedAndBald) reported from Canterbury, England

@VodafoneUK @O2 Why is 3G/4G always so terrible in the Canterbury centre area 😡😡😡

  • MJHaney
Matt Haney (@MJHaney) reported from Herne Bay, England

@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

  • megangilmurray
Megs (@megangilmurray) reported from Eastry, England

@BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

  • Big_Lapels
Big Lapels (@Big_Lapels) reported from Broadstairs and St. Peters, England

@VodafoneUK your online chat service is useless! We were informed by yourselves that our broadband needed upgrading! We have tried to rearrange a new appointment but have given up! Wasted day!

  • R3S1DENT3VIL
Craig Richardson (@R3S1DENT3VIL) reported from Margate, England

@VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

  • richardtorble
Richard Torble (@richardtorble) reported from Chestfield, England

You know it’s bad when you need to make a complaint about the complaints department. Just when you think you’ve reached the absolute bottom of customer service along comes @VodafoneUK to prove me wrong. Never in my life have a complaints department been so incredibly rude.

  • megangilmurray
Megs (@megangilmurray) reported from Eastry, England

@carolinebiggsy @BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK I had to change to this and they’d still take a ‘one off payment’ they were the worst ever 😫

  • KarrieKitchen
Karrie's Kitchen (@KarrieKitchen) reported from Sturry, England

@VodafoneUK No internet and your online chat telling us there is a three hour wait for support.

  • RichardPorteous
Richard Porteous (@RichardPorteous) reported from Deal, England

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

  • MJHaney
Matt Haney (@MJHaney) reported from Herne Bay, England

@ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

  • R3S1DENT3VIL
Craig Richardson (@R3S1DENT3VIL) reported from Margate, England

@VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

  • richardtorble
Richard Torble (@richardtorble) reported from Chestfield, England

@CeriJane @VodafoneUK We have exactly the same problem. Complaints departments are supposed to be helpful and understanding. @VodafoneUK are rude, unhelpful and uncaring. Everything you’re not supposed to be.

  • Angies30
Angie Prescott (@Angies30) reported from Deal, England

@PaulBorley @VodafoneUK **** your contact, make up a story and get rid

  • _anysomething

@VodafoneUK I’m absolutely disgusted and appalled that you’re giving free SIM cards to illegal foreigners while you’re charging me a British coin! You are a disgrace! I won’t be renewing my contract once it’s finished and I e been a customer for 20 years!

  • RogueOne18
    Rogue One (@RogueOne18) reported

Now for the ACTUAL truth… Vodafone doesn’t give “illegal migrants” free SIMs, it donates SIMs to UK charities who support asylum seekers ALREADY IN THE system. Claims it hands them out to people crossing the Channel are false. @VodafoneUK your legal team may be interested
