    @Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

    @ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    You know it’s bad when you need to make a complaint about the complaints department. Just when you think you’ve reached the absolute bottom of customer service along comes @VodafoneUK to prove me wrong. Never in my life have a complaints department been so incredibly rude.

    Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK bought a galaxy watch with onenumber through you tried setting up one number and talking to you 5 times but emergency calls only and no data connection. To top it all off cant even access my vodafone now? What's the point in paying the extra a month for onenumber?

    @VodafoneUK @alfiehewett6 @GordonReid91 System outage from 11th til 29th July no notification nothjng . That is a breech of your contractual obligations. You get millions from your customers and give dreadful service and poor quality. Referring me to a robot app that does not even function properly is an insult.

    @F1Smasher @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK The website started doing this last night for me, I thought it was because I was logged in on the MyAccount app, but now it is the same issue with the app and accessing almost all parts of your web site beyond the home page. The support page just keeps reloading.
