Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

@ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@VodafoneUK So today at a @VodafoneUK store an employee has told me that they have implemented a new system that has teething problems hence why my primary number has been cut off the last 8 days whilst simply asking why my smart watch couldn’t receive calls. What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@l_herdman @SkyUK Avoid @VodafoneUK, poor signal and it took several calls and many hours spent on their online chat to fix their previous mistakes and over charging. I was seriously considering billing them for my wasted time.
