    @ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

    @Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

    You know it’s bad when you need to make a complaint about the complaints department. Just when you think you’ve reached the absolute bottom of customer service along comes @VodafoneUK to prove me wrong. Never in my life have a complaints department been so incredibly rude.

    @VodafoneUK Thank you. I don’t understand how my discount can end before my contract. How one customer advisor can state my bill will be one things and then today say higher. Plus not being helpful at all. Quick to take money but not customer service

    I would advise anyone looking for a new broadband provider to give @VodafoneUK a very wide birth.4 months after I should have been connected and still no compensation that was promised in writing.spent 45 mins on online chat today only to be told someone else needs to deal. Poor

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for getting back to me @VodafoneUK And it sounds good, which I guess is the point. But this is a repeat of last Summer’s SNAFU which took me ages to resolve, as it was a bizarre technical flaw, and you assured me then it would never happen again… #trust?

    @VodafoneUK 1 of 2. Hi. Had a signal problem - as verified by your network status checker - for about 12 weeks. Have called about every 2 weeks for an update. Reply is the same every time - its with a specialist team and will be fixed in the future. Latest date is 7th March.

    Businesses need to test things. See things through the eyes of a customer. For example @VodafoneUK Just helped me. Told me to Dm them. That’s perfect. Then select.. message an adviser from a long list of options. Problem is. You can’t scroll to that option. You lose the page.
