Megs (@megangilmurray) reported from Eastry, England@carolinebiggsy @BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK I had to change to this and they’d still take a ‘one off payment’ they were the worst ever 😫

Megs (@megangilmurray) reported from Eastry, England@BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

Matt Haney (@MJHaney) reported from Herne Bay, England@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

Richard Torble (@richardtorble) reported from Chestfield, England@CeriJane @VodafoneUK We have exactly the same problem. Complaints departments are supposed to be helpful and understanding. @VodafoneUK are rude, unhelpful and uncaring. Everything you’re not supposed to be.
-
Richard Torble (@richardtorble) reported from Chestfield, EnglandYou know it’s bad when you need to make a complaint about the complaints department. Just when you think you’ve reached the absolute bottom of customer service along comes @VodafoneUK to prove me wrong. Never in my life have a complaints department been so incredibly rude.
-
Angie Prescott (@Angies30) reported from Deal, England@PaulBorley @VodafoneUK **** your contact, make up a story and get rid
-
Richard Torble (@richardtorble) reported from Chestfield, England@CeriJane @VodafoneUK They are an absolute joke. I was shouted at (!) by one of the team. Awful. Just awful.
-
Richard Porteous (@RichardPorteous) reported from Deal, England@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing my my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

❌ David Taylor 🏴🇬🇧❌ (@Taylod61) reportedI’ve discovered why my posts are constantly going into my drafts box. My network is crap where I live. I’m not at home now so no problems. @VodafoneUK and no it’s not my phone cache etc. it’s a lack of network speed / capacity.
-
Barrie Stimpson (@stimmo64) reportedHi @VodafoneUK , I renewed my contract in January, and paid the said fees. Since then, every payment has increased from Feb to May. Will the price go up every month? Or will I find at some point it isn’t? PS, I’ve been with you 23 years, but I don’t think we’ll make 25. Poor.
-
iKyle 🇺🇦🏳️🌈#SaucyMinx (@iKyle2017) reported@VodafoneUK sent me a nice message 😡 my broadband contract is up, so now they’ll charge £52 a month for the worst service I’ve ever encountered, um NO! Don’t think so, finally I can leave this sorry excuse for a service provider!

✨Taryn H ✨ (@Taz_Pricey) reportedHey @VodafoneUK just a little customer feedback, when someone uses your online chat to upgrade their phone that is all they want, not pushed to get broadband, do you have an apple watch, do you need to upgrade your ipad. Pay extra to have them all connected! The pressure!! 🙃
