@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@VodafoneUK a year and half on and numerous messages like this we still only have a 2 bar service due to lack of signal pole! Sort it out Hello. Great news - we've completed the maintenance with our mobile network in CM145BN, which means everything should now be up and running

I've been trying to reach Turkish customer service for half an hour, I've been trying for 4-5 minutes, it says click 8 to talk to the customer representative, I click. After saying wrong dialing, it hungs up on me. What a ****** service. @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK @VodafoneTR

@VodafoneUK Sorry but this isn't really acceptable. It took them 10 days to even come out identify the fault, now another week before someone can come and fix it. We have no recourse with them as we aren't their customer but we are yours. We're paying for a broadband we can't use and 1/2

@VodafoneUK I need to buy a mobile wifi hub from you today. Your website isn't working (I've tried 3 different browsers) and I've been on hold to your sales dept for almost half an hour. Sort yourselves out - this is pretty disgusting service.

@VodafoneUK - We are now on Thursday …. It’s either you sort this error made by one of incompetent agent or give me a new phone or terminate my contract …. so I can go to another service provider who is more reliable and helpful!!!!!
