    @Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    @VodafoneUK I bought a £10 big bundle SIM card in WH smith, the bundle was not added to the sim, I went in store and they could not help, spent 45 mins waiting for online customer service and they could not help, now online for help and no one available

    Is every phone network just as bad as the next? Had terrible experiences with @O2 previously, moved to @VodafoneUK who seemed ok for the past couple of years but have been a nightmare this week. In the middle of an upgrade I’m considering cancelling but are they all the same?

    @VodafoneUK the apps not working, might be worth raising as an incident as it’s been down since this afternoon - 6 hours later not working for me and by the looks of it half of the British public. It is a widespread issue.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Stace but still on the phone to your advisors. Call length 1.17 and counting. Doesn’t appear anyone has a solution to me being data less despite upgrading to an expensive new contract two days ago. Terrible experience with multiple advisors and no solutions.
