@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

We was threatened with debit recovery agencies after refusing to pay a bill that was £2k (which was incorrect) This is the go to strategy for Vodafone to hit vulnerable customers hard no compassion at all, awful business.😡

@justthevax @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK they are more than happy to pester customers out of office hours to sell you more stuff - but when you call them, they have nothing out of a bot service that ends up telling you something that you didn't need to know and the thing you need to know is still pending

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I have played a similar frustrating game with them, it's policy - but around the same time I dealt with another supplier who were the total opposite, really switched on to these issues, and gave a full refund. I won't plug them but they have a big venue that used to be a dome!
