@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@VodafoneUK 4/4 he then transferred me to a technical adviser and they once again said I needed to pay £2 a day. I argued this and he came back to me and said I didn’t need to pay as my plan started before august 2021. THEN said I needed to increase my spend cap?! Help please
