  • megangilmurray Megs (@megangilmurray) reported from Eastry, England

@carolinebiggsy @BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK I had to change to this and they’d still take a ‘one off payment’ they were the worst ever 😫

  • richardtorble Richard Torble (@richardtorble) reported from Chestfield, England

@CeriJane @VodafoneUK They are an absolute joke. I was shouted at (!) by one of the team. Awful. Just awful.

  • richardtorble Richard Torble (@richardtorble) reported from Chestfield, England

@CeriJane @VodafoneUK We have exactly the same problem. Complaints departments are supposed to be helpful and understanding. @VodafoneUK are rude, unhelpful and uncaring. Everything you’re not supposed to be.

  • AnnieChappell13 Annie Chappell (@AnnieChappell13) reported from Hackington, England

@benfitter @VodafoneUK @PaulCrisp_1 O2 could do same in CT2 area plz! Never mind free broadband pledge from Labour , a decent mobile coverage pledge would get my vote

  • R3S1DENT3VIL Craig Richardson (@R3S1DENT3VIL) reported from Margate, England

@VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

  • KarrieKitchen Karrie's Kitchen (@KarrieKitchen) reported from Sturry, England

@VodafoneUK No internet and your online chat telling us there is a three hour wait for support.

  • megangilmurray Megs (@megangilmurray) reported from Eastry, England

@BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

  • RichardPorteous Richard Porteous (@RichardPorteous) reported from Deal, England

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

  • _anysomething Laura Sutcliffe (@_anysomething) reported from Deal, England

Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

  • Angies30 Angie Prescott (@Angies30) reported from Deal, England

@PaulBorley @VodafoneUK **** your contact, make up a story and get rid

  • MJHaney Matt Haney (@MJHaney) reported from Herne Bay, England

@ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

  • richardtorble Richard Torble (@richardtorble) reported from Chestfield, England

You know it’s bad when you need to make a complaint about the complaints department. Just when you think you’ve reached the absolute bottom of customer service along comes @VodafoneUK to prove me wrong. Never in my life have a complaints department been so incredibly rude.

  • MJHaney Matt Haney (@MJHaney) reported from Herne Bay, England

@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

  • TattooedAndBald Scott Tulloch (@TattooedAndBald) reported from Canterbury, England

@VodafoneUK @O2 Why is 3G/4G always so terrible in the Canterbury centre area 😡😡😡

  • ItsADerpDrone Army Doge (@ItsADerpDrone) reported

@FLiXPony @VodafoneUK Everyone says they are the worst mobile operator and stuff like this is why. Take them to small claims court and make them defend it.

  • GarethRampton Gareth Rampton (@GarethRampton) reported

@VodafoneUK Are you aware of any visual voicemail issues today? I seem to have reverted to receiving legacy voicemail messages 🤢 rather that visual voicemail despite it being switched on. Have tried removing and re-adding

  • gendor Gerrit Niezen (@gendor) reported

@VodafoneUK Is there a way to see Vodafone UK's NB-IoT coverage? Also, how can I order an NB-IoT SIM? Does the Vodafone Smart SIM (also called V-Sim by Vodafone) support NB-IoT?

  • Antonyc1983 Antony Crawford (@Antonyc1983) reported

@VodafoneUK Can someone please help. Was promised a phone would be collected today and no sign. This is turning into a right pain for what is meant to be a simple process and cannot face another chat bot or phone call....

  • charreff Charr 🌈 (@charreff) reported

So, @VodafoneUK have once again sent me a £50 for my £25 internet service. I have rang you EVERY MONTH about this, have been promised EVERY MONTH that this has been rectified and it hasn’t been. Absolutely disgusted and no complaints email?

  • DrBaileyAdie Dr. Bailey Ashton Adie (@DrBaileyAdie) reported

@VodafoneUK Maybe don't advertise £30 off a @FitbitUK Luxe if you aren't actually providing a code for £30 off on the fitbit website. Price on the official website is £109 and your "special" site says £99. So that's only a £10 difference from the actual advertised price. #fail
