@VodafoneUK I am using the service (its there for emergencies, that is use) I have paid for credit (that should be mine for ever! I paid for it, its my property). You just mean if i dont use up my credit fast enough then i lose the number/service/all credit. Disgusting.

Tried to upgrade my handset with @VodafoneUK, told I'm locked into a 2 year contract. Lies! Mis-sold a PAYG deal that I could back up with the chat transcript. Nothing but trouble with cust svcs and now they don't send me the chat transcript. Complaint made, PAC requested 👋

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Is there a website that ranks carriers for customer service, coverage, charges etc? I'm also thinking of leaving @VodafoneUK after a dreadful experience with their (almost entirely automated) call centres.
