Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK my number ported to you 10 days ok, as of yesterday no one from an o2 line could call me. You’ve now deactivated my line and can no longer locate the number I’ve had for nearly 20 years. Your customer services do not know what to do @Ofcom

@AyoAmal @VodafoneUK I literally had the same problem yesterday. Press the download button and it looks like it's doing something but nothing happens. Had to go on my laptop and download. @VodafoneUK sort it out.

@VodafoneUK Hi, It seems I've been charged for data and I was not even sent the texts informing me that the data limit was approaching like I usually do! Also, the information on the My Vodafone was out of date as it showed I still have data remaining when I didn't. Please help
