    @VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

    Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    @VodafoneUK when you place an order Sunday with collect & collect for tomorrow, & now being told on that Monday it will be 1-3 days from now?! & delivery would of been Tuesday?! Think your getting a faster option & instead being lied to, & customer service is so unhelpful!

    @VodafoneUK You're the worst network provider in the UK. You missed activating my broadband by a week so you sent a mobile dongle to use in the meantime, now you want to charge £50 for it! Been on phone for hours with CS.. joining you has been a nightmare.

    @VodafoneUK Customer Relations hit historic lows at Vodafone. Could not resolve my issues amicably, complaints sidelined, service irrevocably horrendous, another loyal customer crapped on in the race for Vodafones riches. Unfortunately you’ll never be able to afford a soul.
