You know it’s bad when you need to make a complaint about the complaints department. Just when you think you’ve reached the absolute bottom of customer service along comes @VodafoneUK to prove me wrong. Never in my life have a complaints department been so incredibly rude.

Oh dear @VodafoneUK - So that’s EE, o2 and now SKY all doing deliveries for same model in under 10 days!!!!! NOT the 7 weeks I’ve currently been waiting... Still a loyal customer though! Bet you would chase me for late bill payment😡.. DON’t ask me to DM you again please!!!

@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

Seriously how difficult can it be for @VodafoneUK to sort out an issue with direct debits that they set up! An issue they created back in July with misinformation and it’s still not resolved but it’s my credit rating that gets a hit. Tried ringing and get no help at all!

Apparently it’s up to me to tell the debt collecting agency to ask them to stop bombarding me with messages etc…..which I have now done three times. Hence why I’ve asked @VodafoneUK to step in! A situation they caused but won’t fix. Zero customer care for £180pm

Since Saturday I’ve heard *nothing* and STILL can’t work! There is clearly a network routing issue.
