    Gotta give it to @VodafoneUK, the only company I know who can tell you there is no problem in your area, when neither mine nor my partners phones have any signal, and my partners broadband are down, and all there advises are either busy, or telling me thereโ€™s no issue, nice one

    @VodafoneUK I'm not sure... as far as I can tell it's a @virginmedia issue. But you may be able to help. No one on Vodafone can call our virgin landline. It just beeps or says the number and code combination isn't recognised.

    Hi @VodafoneUK is it correct that if my Home Broadband service is cancelled within the first 14 days that it gets disconnected 5 days after the cancellation request was raised, I called 191 to cancel yesterday (5 Nov) and they told me it disconnects on 10 November! Thanks. James

    @VodafoneUK 11th Jan I was told my request did not fit criteria! I canโ€™t see what it doesnโ€™t fit. It is 12 months since I upgraded my phone but I have paid for it on my contract.     @VodafoneUK DPD have messed up my delivery &returned my phone to you without attempting to deliver. Your customer services says my order will be cancelled when phone is returned! Now I'm waiting 48hrs for a manager to call me back. Not happy. Can someone contact to discuss please

    Another day in the UK using our wonderful phone networks. Today trying to download an app via the @VodafoneUK network. Size of file 39 Mbts Download speed 22Kbt/s (not constant speed) Time taken 45 minutes Result failed. Is there anywhere in the world worse than this?
