anthony heaney (@mancoutd99) reported from St Helens, England@VodafoneUK But never mind because it doesn’t matter that you can give my number and account information to a total stranger. Not to mention my banking details and also leave me with no network for 2 weeks 😡

-
David jones (@Davidlouijones) reported from Christleton, England@VodafoneUK I would advise anyone that wishes to avoid stress and poor customer support to NOT MOVE TO #vodaphoneUK. I payed for two phones and two contracts last week since then no phones or sims have arrived and my number has been cut off.

-
John Vanderwerff+ (@jvblueboy) reported from Birkenhead, England@bt_uk wouldn't give me their special offer open to new broadband customers. Loyalty counts for nothing. So am off to @VodafoneUK to take them up on their discounted offer. When will these companies ever learn to treat all customers the same?
-
The Birdman of Handbridge (@PapaJon1969) reported from Chester, England@VodafoneUK Your service is down, your call centre is down, your website is down. WTF I need to book a house move asap. How can I do this when I can't speak to you ? So fed up with this poor excuse of a service provider been loyal for years but enough is enough. Someone DM please

Jay Whewell (@JayWHEWELL) reported from Liverpool, England@DjLeeButler @VodafoneUK Lee you don't know the half of it Upgraded 12 days ago. Two iPhone 12s later which have been "misplaced" I'm still paying full wack for this new contract. I've been passed from pillar to post and given a specialist customer assistant. Craig (@Redveerenmus) reported from Eccleston, England@VodafoneUK Hello. It looks like there's a problem with our mobile network in WA10. Sorry for any disruption to your service - we know how frustrating this can be. Rest assured, we're working hard to get things back up and running as quickly as we can. This regular and annoying!
-
Cee (@carlakent1972) reported from Liverpool, England@VodafoneUK My monthly airtime bill has increased from £35.15 to £40.51. This is extortionate. How can you justify a 14 plus % increase? I have been a #Vodaphone customer for over 15 years. There is no loyalty scheme for long term customers. 😡😡😡😡
-
GARY JANES (@Backfromsydney) reported from Chester, England@VodafoneUK Seems Vodafone’s idea of customer service is just to hang up !

Ben Evans (@BenEvo7) reported from Northwich, England@VodafoneUK by far the worst company for customer service. 4 days of calling in to try solve my issue, every agent giving a different message and still I cannot log into my account despite false promises. Easier to get blood from a stone than fix an issue with this company 🤬

Tim Aston (@AstonTimothy) reported@VodafoneUK Hi, my broadband has gone very low speed and my app will not work. Can you help?
-
TransPennine 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈🇪🇺💚 (@ChantAngle64) reported@thewitchof653 @IsntWorkingPod @VodafoneUK They simply cannot stand the idea that the modern workplace exists to support all employees no matter what their circumstances. They have to paint a picture of disgruntled colleagues and unrest.
-
Heather and Patrick (@HeatheandPat) reported@VodafoneUK Absolutely disheartened by my experience today - can’t get to speak to someone who can do something - everything has to be logged onto the system in the hope they will pick it up. 30+ years as a Vodafone customer is likely to be coming to an end.
-
Gill R (@thespiralquirk) reportedDearie me @VodafoneUK: here's at least one customer checking when her contract's up as I try very hard to not buy good or services from businesses that demean women at the expense of men. Not to mention ones who believed every wrong thing Stonewall told them and have, apparently, completely missed the SC judgment in FWS. Catherine Wright is a she/her btw 🙄
-
Kirstie Allsopp (@KirstieMAllsopp) reportedAnyone else had a complication with their @VodafoneUK mobile & been advised by Vodafone to swap to @LycaMobile for 24 hours? 5 Months later my son is still trying to swap back, the whole procedure has been absolute chaos & taken up days of time. Never go near Lyca!

Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing my my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

BritainAnon (@BritainAnon) reported@ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!
-
Bri Hammond (@big1481b) reported@VodafoneUK avoid this company shambles no customer support lies and no internet
-
FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reported@ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK B43 Birmingham dreadful service.
