    Hi @VodafoneUK can you please try help me fix the 4300 error on my app. Tried everything now from using 4G and wifi, delete and reinstall, customer service even reset my account to no prevail. Can’t see any data usage, plan info etc on the app and online. Been over a week now!

    @VodafoneUK I would advise anyone that wishes to avoid stress and poor customer support to NOT MOVE TO #vodaphoneUK. I payed for two phones and two contracts last week since then no phones or sims have arrived and my number has been cut off.

    @VodafoneUK customer service are a joke, I've had broadband installed with a deal for existing mobile phone customers promising a free 4k firestick and echo dot, don't bother, it seems to be a scam, well over 4hrs on the phone to them in over a month and still nothing #Disgrace

    3 month for @VodafoneUK to finally do what they needed to do to get wifi calling enabled on my phone. Having been lied to and patronised, the problem was at their end like I said it was in October. Shame the CEO had to get involved.
