    @VodafoneUK shocking service. I’ve spoken to six advisors and still not fixed the problem. I have been a Vodafone customer for many years with 4 phones well no longer, I am done.

    @VodafoneUK This is a long running issue I’m afraid. I’ve had Steve from your directors office tell me I’ll never get more than 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange, but Openreach say it’s distance from cabinet and not exchange. I don’t think Vodafone want to investigate it really.

    Been on the phone for 28 mins so far trying to cancel my @VodafoneUK broadband. First person says I’ll have to pay £149 to leave despite them not meeting OFCOM regulations, then they back down and say they’ll waive the fee, then transfer me to 2nd Line regarding my speeds!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve logged an official complaint now. I’ve wasted so much time on here, your chat and (when i get through) to your phone team only to not actually get anywhere and get the speed I’ve been promised. Hopefully an official complaint will get someone to actually bother.

    Probably fair to say @VodafoneUK are by far the slowest to respond to anything on Twitter of the broadband suppliers I’ve dealt with. Really poor customer service which kinda matches what I’ve heard about their service before joining.

    @lloydy2410 @VodafoneUK My Son is in Belgium + due to appalling mistakes in roaming charges have wrongly charged £1500 for data, but have cut off his phone so he can’t contact us. I am also a Vodaphone customer was about to renew contract. Appalling customer service @VodafoneUK - sort it out!!!! 😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK Had a call from your broadband team earlier but I wasn’t at home so they gave me a ref number and a phone number to call you back. But your system doesn’t recognise my ref number and now I’m stuck in a queue just trying to speak to anyone. 10 mins so far. Poor.

    @VodafoneUK by far the worst company for customer service. 4 days of calling in to try solve my issue, every agent giving a different message and still I cannot log into my account despite false promises. Easier to get blood from a stone than fix an issue with this company 🤬

    So I contacted @VodafoneUK for an upgrade after 7 years of loyalty and they said your salary must have increased after 2 years, so you must be prepared to pay more on your phone contract. Just wow!! #rude #poorcustomerservice

    .@EE just been hung up upon by Dean! How professional is that? Anyone wanting to deal with EE should beware! Customer care is non existent and compensation after 4 months of not having full broadband is insulting as I’ve spent more @VodafoneUK going over my data allowance! AVOID!

    @VodafoneUK I was advised by on of your Agents to cancel my existing broadband contract and signed a new contract as YOU guys were having issues on your end finding my new address!!! I was assured at the time I would not incur any additional fees when I leave the country in a years time.
