    Interesting that @VodafoneUK say OpenReach confirms a higher minimum speed than @SkyUK are advising I will get as a minimum. On top of that, @VodafoneUK’s own guarantee is higher again too. Maybe I should’ve gone with @VodafoneUK instead. Might cancel @SkyUK not even a week in.

    @VodafoneUK called 1.5hrs ago and was told a call back would be 25 mins, it never happened. Called again and told call would take 12-24mins to be answered. Now been on hold 30mins. #poorservice

    @VodafoneUK My wife has upgraded her mobile & contract and having issues with the SIM card swap started on 24/08/19. Today... still waiting for the swap to happen & now her old SIM is not working. We’ve contacted Market St. Manchester & no one’s returning our emails/calls.

    @VodafoneUK trying to use your app trade in service, but it won’t let me take a picture of my screen so keeps saying that it shows damage, despite the fact that I have allowed the app to access camera. Can I do this in store?

    @VodafoneUK right Vodafone broadband in kidsgrove,stoke on trent is half speed...infact its terrible. Online check says its good. In person: ping 34+, Jitter 175 =ms, download 11.1mbps,upload1.4mbps. Its suppoed to be much much faster.
