    @VodafoneUK , hi this is second month and i suffer from same problem, i renew my big value bundle and i receive confirmation message but the bundle not active last month i spend more than 1 hour in your store to solve this problem

    @VodafoneUK what a total disgrace. IWatch contract ended on 18Dec and still your staff can’t figure out how to switch it to sim only. I’ve called three times so far for this issue. Spent over 4 hours on the phone. Will have to call again yet. Terrible service!

    @VodafoneUK mobile data network has been (still is!) poor of late. Not good enough for the money I’m paying. Highly unlikely I’ll renew when my contract is up.

    @VodafoneUK an elderly friend recently got an iPhone on contract from you. She has since been diagnosed with macular degeneration. Contacted shop where she got the contract but they said there’s nothing they can do as it’s just over 30days. She cannot use phone. Could you help?

    @VodafoneUK What you did in Hungary is a shame, in Debrecen, 2nd biggest city, you SWITCHED OFF TV service for ALL analogue TVs, that the old and poor have who can't afford to buy new TVs. You cheated them that a ''mediabox' will do, but it does not work! Now they can't watch TV

    @VodafoneUK #VodafoneTreats although I have stayed with Vodafone since getting my first phone but @Mairi49288914 left for another network . She needs a new phone and it would be brilliant to be reunited on Vodafone - she still has her original Vodafone number so is perhaps destined to return

    @VodafoneUK I’ve had a letter today saying I owe you £112.02 for a contact I cancelled over 2 months ago. After trying to get a pac code to change to voxi and having no joy I had to cancel the contract. Today I’ve been passed from Vodaphone to Voxi and 2 hours later still no joy

    @CumbriaCrack The immediate issue is getting proper throughput from the Broadband we have. Here in Firzington, @VodafoneUK "Superfast 2" syncs at a rock-stead 80Mb/s but throughput can decline to dial-up speeds.
