Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve been trying cancel my phone lines with you since November as that’s when the contracts ran out.. you still haven’t done it and keep sending me new bills…. Now £900… for reference I’m not paying them and nobody will speak to me until the bill is settled..

@VodafoneUK Why can't I cancel One Number? Online you are told to ring 191. Then after ringing and asking to cancel the automated response tells me to manage it online. The levels of frustration are through the roof.
