Not the 1st time @VodafoneUK have taken money out of my account. Phoning to rectify these mistakes are unbelievably frustrating & mostly a waste of time.I was told my account was credited & wouldn’t happen again,#wrong 😡 The customer service is a joke. #Vodafone @VodafoneGroup

@VodafoneUK Hi. Can I raise an official complain about this Wilmslow store. I went for swim swap and they gave me some card too. But later when they found out about this issue , they have cancelled the sim swap and left wrong notes on account. I didn't not expected this customer service

@VodafoneUK worst network out there. Had online chats and calls with several consultants who gave mixed messages but assured nothing was owed after receiving messages demanding money, despite being set up on a direct debit which comes out each month. 1/10 service steer clear!
