    I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

    Disappointed in the service from @VodafoneUK - due to upgrade my sim only plan, can get better deals elsewhere but I’d rather stick with them, yet no interest in trying to keep me after YEARS of custom & told me how to get PAC code instead...

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @VodafoneUK I’ve chat transcript of upgrade where it shows the exact price which I should pay. I’ve all the proofs but they still overcharging me and not honoring the contract. I got no help from most of the advisors I interacted with. I interacted with more than 50 advisors.

    @VodafoneUK - Absolutely at a loss with how difficult you make it to settle a device plan!My grandmother can no longer hear so cannot speak to any of your advisors that keep fobbing me off.I have now tried FIVE TIMES! Each time I get passed pillar to post. Awful customer service.

    Day 15. At least @vodafoneUK now seem serious about getting this sorted, but apparently @CityFibre now say no update until THURSDAY. So that will be at least 18 days without an Internet connection at home. If fibre is this hard to fix every time, then I'm out.

    @VodafoneUK I am not dealing with any more bots. It is NOT acceptable standard of service to help people (other human beings) via a ROBOT. I spent 2 days last week dealing with your bots and your advisors (a minor upgrade from the bot frankly) and nothing was achieved!
