    To all following the @VodafoneUK #Vodafonedown saga, no broadband since Friday, no engineer looked at it until Monday, Thursday b4 we get an update (not a fix) cancellation process started, but only when I can phone, phone ruined in the process. Thanks @VodafoneUK

    I am so disappointed in the customer service I have just received from @VodafoneUK therefore I have ended my contact after 16 loyal years I expected a better service and deal. I wouldn’t recommend Vodafone UK.

    Why can't @VodafoneUK get things right!! On top of rubbish BBAND, they messed up our phone tarrifs 3times and now after 3 goes of the sorting the FREE entertainment package, they charge me for it and it STILL doesn't work!!😠 #time4achange

    @VodafoneUK - I go live today with my Broadband & have just opened the box to get the router out. I do not know if this was part of the design brief & customer experience you planned, but my - the smell! It is like a new magazine, new car, new book. My first experience is wow!

    @muzicbrew @VodafoneUK Past 2/3 weeks now, every evening drops top 2/3 mpbs. They don’t even bother replying to me anymore. There app saying I’m getting speeds of 50 odd. Which I never have. It’s fraud!

    @VodafoneUK tomorrow marks 2 weeks as a broadband customer, 1 day service, 3hrs on hold, 4hrs web chat, 4 broken promises (+1 pending). To top it off £26.42 bill paid!

    After giving @VodafoneUK one last chance after they breached GDPR we went into the shop to open another deal and the women in @intuTrafford was ridiculously rude!!!!! So glad we are getting rid of Vodafone after 8 years!!!!

    @VodafoneUK Keeping connected I don’t think so can’t even process a simple SIM card request . Your customer services is diabolical 3 weeks with out a sim , which has resorted to me calling a colleague to call you and still not active. I have had to go and buy a pas as you go sim

    Kinda bummed the only @CityFibre retailer in Milton Keynes is @VodafoneUK who’s broadband “support” team is beyond useless. Prepping myself for a few more hours of calls trying to convince them I don’t need an engineer for a line that’s already installed and working 🙄

    There’s nothing I love more than waiting for @WeAreOpenreach to come and activate my @VodafoneUK broadband. It’s a shame that @VodafoneUK customer service is shockingly poor, and lied to me on more than one occasion

    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK I left Vodafone. Worst company ever for customer service.Hours spent trying to resolve issues. But they probably pay peanuts to staff abroad. Texts sometimes took hours to arrive.
