@VodafoneUK My wife has upgraded her mobile & contract and having issues with the SIM card swap started on 24/08/19. Today... still waiting for the swap to happen & now her old SIM is not working. We’ve contacted Market St. Manchester & no one’s returning our emails/calls.

@nunosilvaramos @MishaalRahman @VodafoneUK It's clearly all a marketing thing, their cheapest 5G included unlimited data SIM only deal is £23/mo (not a bad price actually, as I pay £20/mo with @ThreeUK for 4G), but that's capped at 2Mbps. But then they can claim they have the cheapest unlimited 5G plan at £23 of course!

This was NOT made clear to me when I signed up and it was certainly not made clear to me that my current provider would it me off instantly leaving a massive (nearly 2weeks potentially) gap in service) not pleased @VodafoneUK, not pleased at all

@VodafoneUK Hi. Took out two separate contracts, a few days apart, last month. Without me asking, you automatically merged them into One account. I spoke with 191 last month who said they would 'split' the accounts after the billing cycle. This hasn't happened. Please help!

@VodafoneUK this is still happening. Had internet 20+ years and never had dropouts like this. My girlfriends works at home and I don’t, so I only see how bad it is at weekends. F1 race been on 27 mins I’ve seen 5 laps. I set up a thinkbroadband BQM and found dropouts every 30-40 mins

Wow @VodafoneUK after being a loyal customer for 11 years I have lost total faith in your services… after deciding to move to a different network you cut mine and husbands number off with no warning nor no PUK code.. my husband being a HGV driver became stranded with no network

@VodafoneUK Installing a raspberry pi script tonight to log how frequent the dropouts happen and how long until it self-resolves. I notice 30-35 new IP addresses a day on my Plex log files!! Only been here 3 months and want to cancel and move to the 900mb cityfibre offer, can we?
