@VodafoneUK Hi. Can I raise an official complain about this Wilmslow store. I went for swim swap and they gave me some card too. But later when they found out about this issue , they have cancelled the sim swap and left wrong notes on account. I didn't not expected this customer service

Most mobile providers now offer 'Internet calling' which means mobile signals via Internet. If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

2/2 also @VodafoneUK I heard the bell ringing in the call centre every time someone gets a customer to sign up for a new contract! There’d be no bells ringing every time someone’s phone arrives as promised!

@VodafoneUK No lights have been changing colour from what I know of, the Wi-Fi on my phone seems to lag every now and then but it’s mainly my pc which constantly disconnects or has really bad drops, and one device is connected to Ethernet downstairs however it is not in use.

@BBCWatchdog Yes! Have found another provider and will be ending my contract with @VodafoneUK early as soon as its installed. Their service..or lack of..is appalling. Left for days without Internet, no customer support. Dreading actually trying to cancel my contract.
