    @muzicbrew @VodafoneUK It’s fraud, saying they are offering speeds when they are clearly not, iv gone to ofcom about it as im sick of it. And customer service is useless

    @VodafoneUK I have no broadband again for the 100th time since joining Vodafone. I have been on hold for 34minutes and yet to speak to a single person. The worst broadband service I have ever received!!

    I am so disappointed in the customer service I have just received from @VodafoneUK therefore I have ended my contact after 16 loyal years I expected a better service and deal. I wouldn’t recommend Vodafone UK.

    @VodafoneUK My wife has upgraded her mobile & contract and having issues with the SIM card swap started on 24/08/19. Today... still waiting for the swap to happen & now her old SIM is not working. We’ve contacted Market St. Manchester & no one’s returning our emails/calls.

    Another day of being on hold trying to get hold of someone @VodafoneUK 7 days and counting, and if you put a complaint in that's ignored too. I only want to change my address for broadband! God only knows why you can't do this online!! #shockingcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK tomorrow marks 2 weeks as a broadband customer, 1 day service, 3hrs on hold, 4hrs web chat, 4 broken promises (+1 pending). To top it off £26.42 bill paid!

    @muzicbrew @VodafoneUK Past 2/3 weeks now, every evening drops top 2/3 mpbs. They don’t even bother replying to me anymore. There app saying I’m getting speeds of 50 odd. Which I never have. It’s fraud!

    Do @VodafoneUK 5G Home Broadband devices have 4G/3G backup? Similarly, do your 4G devices have 3G backup? My home has always had variable coverage despite the surrounding area having a strong indoor and outdoor mobile signal. #5G

    @VodafoneUK Would be handy if someone actually advised that before asking me to make contact. The options now not working. What would be easier, is if Vodafone just properly enabled WiFi calling for me. It must be the SIM or your side as worked before and the phone you gave me is supported??

    Take my @SamsungMobile Fold to @VodafoneUK in #Chesterfield to be sent for repair as the fold protective film needs replacing. Got a call today the warranty is void due to internal damage and front screen crack! There was nothing wrong when I left it with the shop! #nothappy

    @VodafoneUK I did call and said the chat advised the website is all you can do. No suggestions, no retention team just sent me the code to cancel my contract. Can get same contract cheaper elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK are an absolute shower of thieves. Been with them going on 5 years and over the last 12 months the service has been terrible! Would strongly recommend for anyone to stay well away from them!
