Most mobile providers now offer 'Internet calling' which means mobile signals via Internet. If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

@VodafoneUK Hi. Can I raise an official complain about this Wilmslow store. I went for swim swap and they gave me some card too. But later when they found out about this issue , they have cancelled the sim swap and left wrong notes on account. I didn't not expected this customer service

@VodafoneUK I’m always doing this. The coverage isn’t the issue Harriet, it’s the fact your 4G data service is always having issues. I also have bad buffering issues at times when streaming online radio. Your 4G isn’t up to standard, it really is as simple as that

For gods sake @VodafoneUK get rid of the customer services line's hold music that features WHISTLING. It's EXCRUCIATINGLY PAINFUL to listen to on a phone speaker, especially for someone with a hearing disability.
