@VodafoneUK absolute joke! Persuaded me to upgrade yesterday rather than cancel and you fail to put it through correctly. Spoke to 6 people today and only the last person realised it hadn’t been processed correctly and now I’m not being offered the same deal.

So I contacted @VodafoneUK for an upgrade after 7 years of loyalty and they said your salary must have increased after 2 years, so you must be prepared to pay more on your phone contract. Just wow!! #rude #poorcustomerservice

To all following the @VodafoneUK #Vodafonedown saga, no broadband since Friday, no engineer looked at it until Monday, Thursday b4 we get an update (not a fix) cancellation process started, but only when I can phone, phone ruined in the process. Thanks @VodafoneUK

You get millions from your customers and give dreadful service and poor quality. Referring me to a robot app that does not even function properly is an insult.

@F1Smasher @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK The website started doing this last night for me, I thought it was because I was logged in on the MyAccount app, but now it is the same issue with the app and accessing almost all parts of your web site beyond the home page. The support page just keeps reloading.
