    2/2 also @VodafoneUK I heard the bell ringing in the call centre every time someone gets a customer to sign up for a new contract! There’d be no bells ringing every time someone’s phone arrives as promised!

    Most mobile providers now offer 'Internet calling' which means mobile signals via Internet. If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

    @VodafoneUK no broadband here west Wales either. I've done all the checks and restarted the hub. The network coverage check is not working and the assistance page says agents are too busy to help.
