    @VodafoneUK what a total disgrace. IWatch contract ended on 18Dec and still your staff can’t figure out how to switch it to sim only. I’ve called three times so far for this issue. Spent over 4 hours on the phone. Will have to call again yet. Terrible service!

    @VodafoneUK an elderly friend recently got an iPhone on contract from you. She has since been diagnosed with macular degeneration. Contacted shop where she got the contract but they said there’s nothing they can do as it’s just over 30days. She cannot use phone. Could you help?

    @VodafoneUK looks like I will have to contact @Ofcom today. I changed provider in Dec 20 and it’s taken this long to get you to cancel! You now owe me a refund of the rentals I’ve paid since then but it’s not forthcoming and I’m being fobbed off. Absolutely shocking service!
