    @TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. The lady on the phone told my mum her date was wrong 🤔 Awful company

    @VodafoneUK really disappointed to be leaving after 16 years. Customer service not interested in keeping my custom. Wanting to increase my bill by 12% to stay. Shocking at this time. Sad to be leaving but hey I’m sure my custom will be welcome elsewhere 👋 👋👋

    @VodafoneUK the most expensive and worst network in UK and maybe Europe. 5G in my city centre Edinburgh and now Manchester the worst. My partner has Vodafone too and it’s the same issue. Horrible!

    @VodafoneUK I think you’re missing the point here. I know these responses are automated I’m more frustrated at the fact that it’s been over a week & I was told it’s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer you’d think I’d be told correct information when I upgraded

    3- @DPDgroup_news even though I called and wrote to complain immediately. It's been 6 days, no response yet. I created my complaint record through Vodafone Richmond branch. Even though the Vodafone official called the DPD, they did not even give him enough information @VodafoneUK

    .@VodafoneUK - Woeful service! Can't get hold of an agent. Broadband I need for work keeps cutting out. Was promised someone would ring me about issue which saw me without internet for 3 days last month. They've also not compensated me for the outage, despite saying they would!

    @VodafoneUK There must be something wrong in the network. KY12 9EG. I cannot take my call forwarding off, despite trying the numbers given to me by your offshore. I use this service all the time and my personal phone is now stuck on forward to my work phone. Please look at this.
