    @VodafoneUK I really didn't wanted to name the store but wanted to just feedback so that you can put some emphasis on this matter. However , after waiting for simswap to complete, only just realised from speaking to your customer service team your store have just make me suffer more.

    @nunosilvaramos @MishaalRahman @VodafoneUK It's clearly all a marketing thing, their cheapest 5G included unlimited data SIM only deal is £23/mo (not a bad price actually, as I pay £20/mo with @ThreeUK for 4G), but that's capped at 2Mbps. But then they can claim they have the cheapest unlimited 5G plan at £23 of course!

    Beware @VodafoneUK are still taking money out of my account 7months after me cancelling my account. I try to contact them, which is difficult when they have deleted my details, yet they still charge me £200 every month. I try to cancel DD, they want to take court action

    Spectacularly bad customer service from @VodafoneUK. Cancelled an order made weeks ago without telling us. When we chase up the delivery of our router they say “oh, we cancelled it.” Now they tell us we can’t have internet for a further 9 days. Avoid! #VodafoneFails

    @the_pieface @O2 is rubbish in a busy area. Football match for example, can’t use anything on it. Very poor. My work phone is @VodafoneUK and never had an issue there!

    @VodafoneUK Yes. I've tried resending the code multiple times. It sometimes (but not always) lets me enter a letter in the last box, but never in the first four.

    It's been 11 days since @VodafoneUK mechanical failure which has cut our wifi. Still no resolve, appalling customer service. After this weekend will start to look for another supplier and complain to the communications ombudsman.
