    @VodafoneUK what a total disgrace. IWatch contract ended on 18Dec and still your staff canโ€™t figure out how to switch it to sim only. Iโ€™ve called three times so far for this issue. Spent over 4 hours on the phone. Will have to call again yet. Terrible service!

    @TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. When my mum had told her the date of her own birth the lady on the phone told my mum her date of birth was wrong ๐Ÿค”

    @VodafoneUK help please: stuck in a loop being sent from phone to online chat and back again. I need to rearrange a broadband move but online say it can only be done on the phone and phone system says too busy to take call. As it stands weโ€™re going to be cut off on Monday-HELP!

    @LindsayH2607 @VodafoneUK They're awful! Fraud dept was ringing me yesterday.. They didn't. Now told I'll get a letter by Friday next week after they "investigate". Not sure how they investigate without speaking to me. Not sure why they lied about ringing me. Ultra shoddy ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

    We're out of contract (broadband) with @BT. They quoted ยฃ167+VAT for two lines into our church site. @VodafoneUK less than half that so we went with them (and v pleased with the service). However, can't fault BT for being VERY (too) persistent in trying to win us back.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my father in law died, I phoned VMedia to ask if the account could be transferred in his wifeโ€™s name. They said we couldnโ€™t. Said we had to cancel the contract, pay a hefty cancellation charge (something like 10 months of the contract owing) and open a new acc in her name
