@TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. The lady on the phone told my mum her date was wrong 🤔 Awful company

@MarcusNawAh @VodafoneUK Exactly why I quit with them many years ago. Customer service was shocking. Went into a store to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel instore and had to be done via their online customer service team.

@VodafoneUK so my partner has 2 phone contacts , a tablet ,broadband and 2 smart watches. The watches had to be returned due to issues. This was 6 months ago , you e now lost them and the issue has not been resolved 😤 yet we still pay the bill 🤔please help 🙏

@RicRochardt @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup The sad thing is, I’ve had nothing but great service. I’ve been with them for 13 years (ish) and this is really the first time it has gone wrong. I upgraded broadband- service got even worse, upgrading phone, we will take the money but can’t supply the phone. Awful!
