@VodafoneUK the most expensive and worst network in UK and maybe Europe. 5G in my city centre Edinburgh and now Manchester the worst. My partner has Vodafone too and it’s the same issue. Horrible!

@TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. The lady on the phone told my mum her date was wrong 🤔 Awful company

@MarcusNawAh @VodafoneUK Exactly why I quit with them many years ago. Customer service was shocking. Went into a store to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel instore and had to be done via their online customer service team.

@VodafoneUK I have spent several hours over several weeks trying to resolve a simple yet apparently unsolvable issue.. I can’t access my account! Fobbed off with the same ‘wait 4 days and it will all be ok’ 3 times and had my service cut off whilst on a business trip abroad..
