@VodafoneUK rang re son’s contract. Paid off phone 3 months ago, but of course no one thought of letting us know. Gone SIM only now, but no thanks to your poor Customer Service who seem very pleased to say nothing and take my money @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

  • UnifiedVale Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK Even though terms state free disconnect if they can't supply new house. Apparently another trip to a store who didn't know what to do and eventually refunded. Oh and prime contact... Total shit. Never been able to speak to "mine"

  • Anggarnett Ang Garnett (@Anggarnett) reported from Poynton, England

After 2 days of getting messages from @VodafoneUK promising to sort my account out and take the charge off and get back to me, it’s still on and heard nothing since yesterday afternoon. Poor Customer service

  • CharlySlade . Charlotte☁️ (@CharlySlade) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

So whilst other companies are doing all they can to help out whilst myself & millions of others are furloughed & taking paycuts, @VodafoneUK instead text to say that my plan will be increased by 2.5% from April. Thanks alot you snakes 🙂👍🏼

  • BallsallGaz Gary Hall (@BallsallGaz) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

I always think about getting fit but I always think I’ve got no time or not enough money. My son said to me yesterday I could go running or exercise in the garden, there’s no excuse really, then I saw #VeryMeRewards offer £1000 to start a new resolution @VodafoneUK. No excuse!!!

  • shenstock2005 Sarah Henstock (@shenstock2005) reported from Rochdale, England

@VodafoneUK I emailed the CEO of Vodafone and didn't get an apology. I was offered £30 in goodwill and told that they couldn't help any further. I said that at the end of my current contract I will leave Vodafone, Amy, on behalf of the CEO didn't try to retain my custom

  • kelly_lfc82 ⚽️❤ Kelly kop ❤⚽️ (@kelly_lfc82) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

@Rioghal @VodafoneUK Same here with 3 the signal is abysmal and is getting worse rang to complain and leave them but they said its cos they are installing 5g and will get betterin time, which has been a lie 😕 All good here thank you, hope you are keeping well too 👍🏻🙂

  • pauljbarton Paul (@pauljbarton) reported from Chinley, England

@OpenreachHelp Fixed on day 3 of no connection by @VodafoneUK (happy now). The fix was taking the cover off the open reach socket and using the test socket inside! Who knew!

  • UnifiedVale Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK I'm now on private fibre that is not a BT or Virgin service but rather kcom. My router and connection has been 100% since May. Only reboot was a fw update. And I've not had to call support yet. I gladly pay the premium price for a brilliant service.

  • shenstock2005 Sarah Henstock (@shenstock2005) reported from Rochdale, England

@VodafoneUK in my experience doesn't care about retaining loyal customers and thinks it is ok to mislead customers. You lost a customer who has been on your network since 1998

  • MDOG_Manchester Manchester Dining Offers (@MDOG_Manchester) reported from Manchester, England

@oneladyshow @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Honestly, couldn’t even send this tweet in city centre if I was on O2 Something about a mast being down. For three years. Simple reason is, they don’t have enough coverage here so they lie about it.

  • Chelle_belle_86 Chelle (@Chelle_belle_86) reported from Manchester, England

@VodafoneUK come on! New to your broadband service and it’s been out all day today. Not good enough

  • shinyperson Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England

@NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK You'd also call companies out as irresponsible if they allowed customers to get into financial difficulty by taking out service contracts they couldn't afford. That diligence is them being a responsible creditor.

  • shinyperson Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England

@NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK I can assure you, a five-year old issue on an improved credit report will not prevent access to service contracts. It impacts people who routinely, currently, regularly take out contracts for TV, mobiles, broadband etc and default on them.

  • TommySull1 Tom Sullivan (@TommySull1) reported from Mellor, England

@VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards My New Years resolution is to drink a minimum of 3 litres of water per day, which will ultimately entail more bathroom breaks.. meaning more opportunities to skive at work 😅😁😁😁 #WorkingHardOrHardlyWorking

  • petefletcher72 Peter Fletcher (@petefletcher72) reported from Oldham, England

@VodafoneUK poor timing to be sending out RPI increase emails for Your customers !! #CODVID19

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Hamzah_Bhuta Hamzah Bhuta (@Hamzah_Bhuta) reported

@VodafoneUK I thought so. It's quite relatively slow today. Hopefully you can fix this issue 😜.

  • ed_nugent Ed Nugent (@ed_nugent) reported

@VodafoneUK your customer care is both shambolic and useless. We have had our account with you for around 7 years. Things you won't or claim not to be able to do: Fix anything that doesn't work in your network, cancel phones, move numbers and in fact anything at all.

  • maryclement318 Mary Clement (@maryclement318) reported

@Captain_bajesus @VodafoneUK @three I was so upset when my account was wrongly suspended until I was referred to superb_cr4ks on Instagram and he was able to resolve the issue Immediately

  • IrbyCrypto IrbyCrypto (@IrbyCrypto) reported

Trying to sort out my @VodafoneUK broadband issues but cannot register my new account with them. Doesn't recognise my order number. Come on, Vodafone, sort it out!

  • ryanbrittain1 Ryan Brittain (@ryanbrittain1) reported

@VodafoneUK 2 mobile phones - same model, one on an unlimited 5G contract one through a work contract. Work phone fine, personal one barely any signal from Manchester en route to Birmingham - odd that, common occurrence

  • zigii zigii (@zigii) reported

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK should not remove access to the network and the app when an account is in credit without giving prior notice you are going to do so . You have plenty of avenues of contact, phone notifications, text, WhatsApp, email etc. Forwarding to a section of t&cs afterwards 🤨

  • tracywaller72 Tracy waller (@tracywaller72) reported

@VodafoneUK @BSTHydePark Would love to see take that! As first time around I never got to go ! So I need to do this to make up for lack of partying in my youth! We should go @belugajewels

  • Hamzah_Bhuta Hamzah Bhuta (@Hamzah_Bhuta) reported

@VodafoneUK is it me or is it Vodafone 4g not working today properly...

  • wasduk1 WASDuk (Officially a parody, probably) (@wasduk1) reported

@VodafoneUK are the absolute worst Broadband provider I think I have ever had. Refuse to let me set up a Direct Debit. Their other payment system is constantly breaking, then they cut off service before the bill is even due. Oh and charge you extra for the privilege.

  • PaulECunningham Paul E Cunningham (@PaulECunningham) reported

@VodafoneUK so, having told me they will do nothing to help, your adviser tells me to message again if I need them. What would be the point?
