    Disappointed in the service from @VodafoneUK - due to upgrade my sim only plan, can get better deals elsewhere but I’d rather stick with them, yet no interest in trying to keep me after YEARS of custom & told me how to get PAC code instead...

    @VodafoneUK I must say for a premium brand according to (Peter) your customer service is beyond awefull. Gave 30 days notice to cancel on 21/05/20 have proof just to be told have to ring again to cancel🤔 Premium brand my axxx! #poorservice

    @VodafoneUK Are you having Home Broadband issues? Download speeds are not great at the moment. Struggling to watch vids on YouTube. Usually they buffer and play faultlessly but today they keep stopping due to buffering. Have rebooted the Router and my laptop but still problems.
