    This was NOT made clear to me when I signed up and it was certainly not made clear to me that my current provider would it me off instantly leaving a massive (nearly 2weeks potentially) gap in service) not pleased @VodafoneUK, not pleased at all

    @nunosilvaramos @MishaalRahman @VodafoneUK It's clearly all a marketing thing, their cheapest 5G included unlimited data SIM only deal is £23/mo (not a bad price actually, as I pay £20/mo with @ThreeUK for 4G), but that's capped at 2Mbps. But then they can claim they have the cheapest unlimited 5G plan at £23 of course!

    @VodafoneUK called 1.5hrs ago and was told a call back would be 25 mins, it never happened. Called again and told call would take 12-24mins to be answered. Now been on hold 30mins. #poorservice

    Beware @VodafoneUK are still taking money out of my account 7months after me cancelling my account. I try to contact them, which is difficult when they have deleted my details, yet they still charge me £200 every month. I try to cancel DD, they want to take court action

    @VodafoneUK I really didn't wanted to name the store but wanted to just feedback so that you can put some emphasis on this matter. However , after waiting for simswap to complete, only just realised from speaking to your customer service team your store have just make me suffer more.

    Terrible customer service from @VodafoneUK this morning - 1st day for me out of contract and was a simple Enquiry but the advisor could not care less- sounds like I’m taking my business elsewhere then !

    @VodafoneUK can’t believe the bad service we have had. Sent a new mobile back as there was a software issue, got told it was a scratch on the screen so no warranty. There was no scratch when we sent it back. Tried to call so many times and I’ve had enough. Unbelievable

    @Ianmartin_gc8 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK I wouldn’t change to Vodafone. Their customer service is awful! I gave up in the end as I kept going over the same issue with about 10 different people. It was the most frustrating experience! And then they sent me a satisfaction survey. Even giving them 0 no one followed up!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK - for nearly a year now in the tW3 area have had extremely slow 4g speeds, every week I get the usual message we are having issues. I now seek compensation for my 2 lines for 8 months and not when the issue is resolved!
