@VodafoneUK what a total disgrace. IWatch contract ended on 18Dec and still your staff can’t figure out how to switch it to sim only. I’ve called three times so far for this issue. Spent over 4 hours on the phone. Will have to call again yet. Terrible service!

Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve spent three hours trying to resolve a simple request which has now turned into poor customer service resulting in me being quite frustrated. I wouldn’t normally contact a company in such a public manner about this, but nothing else seems to be working. Help.

@bluesey01 @VodafoneUK Complain. An official complaint, especially mentioning a regulator tends to stop companies doing a standard, half arsed reply and it also means there are regulatory time scales. It also puts the ball in their court, they have to do something.

Special mention to Chris on Twitter team & Sandro in Customer Relations. Got nowhere in 2 weeks battling with various people @VodafoneUK. Today they actually took ownership of the issues. Hopefully once deadlock team have looked at can draw this woeful experience to an end.
