    @VodafoneUK Hi. Can I raise an official complain about this Wilmslow store. I went for swim swap and they gave me some card too. But later when they found out about this issue , they have cancelled the sim swap and left wrong notes on account. I didn't not expected this customer service

    @VodafoneUK Morning Vodafone. I had Superfast 2 broadband installed 3 weeks ago. The line speed has been gradually increasing as DLM does it’s job however the actual throughput speed remains at 56Mbps down. Looks like a stuck IP profile? Please help.

    Cannot cope with how utterly useless @VodafoneUK are! 9 phone calls later, 9 different variations of asking to talk to a real human being and I cannot get anywhere! The phone tells me to talk to your Robot agent online and the robot agent cannot help! I’ve wasted my entire lunch

    @VodafoneUK I paid my final bill in full in Feb. You updated my credit files on the 24th Feb but you have not closed them off as Settled. Instead they still say they are active which is not the case. Please advise as I'm getting tired being passed around by your customer service.
