  @VodafoneUK the most expensive and worst network in UK and maybe Europe. 5G in my city centre Edinburgh and now Manchester the worst. My partner has Vodafone too and it’s the same issue. Horrible!

  @VodafoneUK an elderly friend recently got an iPhone on contract from you. She has since been diagnosed with macular degeneration. Contacted shop where she got the contract but they said there’s nothing they can do as it’s just over 30days. She cannot use phone. Could you help?

  @TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. The lady on the phone told my mum her date was wrong 🤔 Awful company

The DVLA were terrible for me, they said that they could only refund mum's car tax from the date they received the form, not when it was dated. I had done it to the end of month, as they don't do partials, and lost an extra month because it that.

  @VodafoneUK very disappointed with lack of care/service to mum . Power of attorney means nothing apparently.Her phone is broken.Had to cancel her contract as been on phone over 50 mins as mum doesn’t know her code.She has memory problems hence I’m power of attorney. #complaint

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Write them a letter, I had the same issue, Indian call centres telling me I have no option but to pay. They soon wiped the debt when I wrote a strong complaint letter

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK We found the credit agencies most help in how to speak to the culprits. E had issues with O2 and they were less useful than 20 mins on with Experian etc

  Agreed My 90 yr old could understand a word the "engineer" swid when booking to install her broadband as a new customer ! Shockingly bad service @VodafoneUK
