So whilst other companies are doing all they can to help out whilst myself & millions of others are furloughed & taking paycuts, @VodafoneUK instead text to say that my plan will be increased by 2.5% from April. Thanks alot you snakes 🙂👍🏼

@Plusnet I tried all you ask me to try... you are the worse network ever. You expensive you slow and you basic. On this lockdown you were terrible... but still can merge with @VodafoneUK that charge 7 pounds for a call they didn’t pick up ...

chris (@brfcchris1995) reported from Middleton, England

@VodafoneUK Thanks Zee. It wasnt a bad attempt, didnt fail the spelling tests and the url looking real is quite worrying. Thanks for clarifying.

  • matshaker
Mat Anderson (@matshaker) reported from Oldham, England

@TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. When my mum had told her the date of her own birth the lady on the phone told my mum her date of birth was wrong 🤔

  • louaze
🐝Louise🐝 (@louaze) reported from Sale, England

  • ste_lamb
Steven Lamb (@ste_lamb) reported from Salford, England

@VodafoneUK just checking as a hypothetical here, if I'm not being provided with full service then I could leave with no early termination fee right?

Duran Begley (@1985rio) reported from Stockport, England

  • jim_millen

@RoscoMac @korintus @VodafoneUK Same issue here 😡 Did you by any chance recently sign up to the COVID track & trace app? Some speculation online it’s a data leak from there...

  • shinyperson
Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England

@NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK I can assure you, a five-year old issue on an improved credit report will not prevent access to service contracts. It impacts people who routinely, currently, regularly take out contracts for TV, mobiles, broadband etc and default on them.

  • UnifiedVale
Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK Furthermore I moved house they couldn't supply new address. They told me that I'd have to go to a store to cancel a service I took out online... Went to store, got told this is a phone shop not bb... Phoned eventually got cancelled. Still tried to charge me disconnect fee

Dave Bisgrove (@DaveBisgrove) reported from Manchester, England

@VodafoneUK Hi guys. Can you give me a contact number for a senior manager who is actually going to sort out my issue and not just lie to me!

  • samhargreaves94
samhargreaves94 (@samhargreaves94) reported from Stockport, England

@VodafoneUK mobile data network has been (still is!) poor of late. Not good enough for the money I’m paying. Highly unlikely I’ll renew when my contract is up.

@VodafoneUK why are my customers receiving a voice message that I deleted last year telling people I’m on holiday until 8th September? I have had support remove voice message service and re add it, I’ve deleted all messages, including the option to record my own message.

  • sdjohnstone
    stewart johnstone (@sdjohnstone) reported

@VodafoneUK so these are the stats on rail connectivity , no surprise EE was the only network that met Ofcom’s benchmark of 42 per cent of measured rail segments. Three recorded 21 per cent, O2 reached 20 per cent, while Vodafone achieved 17 per cent.

@DanielPriestley I don’t think this is really about protecting kids, it’s more about collecting information on everyone. I have two young kids and use @VodafoneUK . I used to block specific websites easily through the router, but Vodafone removed that option and replaced it with their so-called “Secure Net” app. Now you can only block by category, not by individual websites. It turns out this is perfectly legal. The UK government doesn’t require providers to offer specific site blocking. They only want category blocking, which gives parents far less real control. It’s the same problem as YouTube: no matter how many categories you block, creators always find ways around it. I highly recommend moving to @Starlink like I did
