@VodafoneUK My broadband sync speed with you as halved. I already get well below the promised minimum speed; how bad does it have to get before you can persuade Openreach their local network layout is comically poor needs changing? 1 mile of copper when only 0.2 from the cabinet!

Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve spent three hours trying to resolve a simple request which has now turned into poor customer service resulting in me being quite frustrated. I wouldn’t normally contact a company in such a public manner about this, but nothing else seems to be working. Help.

@VodafoneUK what a total disgrace. IWatch contract ended on 18Dec and still your staff can’t figure out how to switch it to sim only. I’ve called three times so far for this issue. Spent over 4 hours on the phone. Will have to call again yet. Terrible service!

I really regret going with @VodafoneUK as my mobile provider. Hardly ever have reception or 4g, barely get 3g. The customer service is a complete waste of time. People don’t go with @VodafoneGroup save yourself the hassle.
