I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

Not impressed with @VodafoneUK customer support. Been trying to speak to someone online since before 1pm yesterday and only once someone has asked for more info but not came back when I’ve given it. Meanwhile they’re replying to others who messaged them 10 mins earlier.

@TalkTalk not sure how you've won all your customer service awards. I've called 3 times and 3 bad experiences. It's an extremely complex process full of friction. Won't be returning as a customer. Kudos to @VodafoneUK who I was with before - customer service was always amazing.

@PatriciaMattins I got an upgrade from a 6 classic to an iPhone 13... bit of a leap for me but I'm never one to do things in a rush! @VodafoneUK If I can actually set it up and bluetooth one to the other, than basically a child of 3 can! The hardest thing was getting the tape off the box!
