Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, EnglandThe @VodafoneUK Broadband App has a support and diags section. Except it requires an internet connection to access it. Which doesn’t help when you require support for why your router can’t get online. Not sure @VodafoneUK thought that one through.

Justin Arnold (@justin_arnold) reported from Congleton, England@VodafoneUK customer service and overall experience dealing with Vodafone Uk is shockingly bad, a call system that is not fit for purpose and anyone with a ounce of customer service experience would see that. 2 hours 3 calls and still no voicemail. Chatbot broken 21st century??

Helen #FBPE #peoplesvote (@hellsbellsEU) reported from Stockport, England@SuzanneEvans1 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK are the worst company I have ever dealt with, it will do whatever it can to make money and will likely use this as a convenient reason. I recommend you switch ASAP
-
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, EnglandSo @SkyUK finally just replied to me on Messenger. Then said that as I’ve been with them for over 10 days I’ll need an engineer. Except I only had the service installed on Friday, not 10 days ago. Such poor service. So @SkyUK cancelled and over to @VodafoneUK instead now.

Ben Evans (@BenEvo7) reported from Northwich, England@VodafoneUK by far the worst company for customer service. 4 days of calling in to try solve my issue, every agent giving a different message and still I cannot log into my account despite false promises. Easier to get blood from a stone than fix an issue with this company 🤬
-
Thegourmetgays™ (@thegourmetgays) reported from Urmston, England@MDOG_Manchester @O2 @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK @bt_uk @EE @giffgaff @Plusnet @SkyUK @Tesco I’m with @EE and never had an issue

Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England@VodafoneUK I’ve logged an official complaint now. I’ve wasted so much time on here, your chat and (when i get through) to your phone team only to not actually get anywhere and get the speed I’ve been promised. Hopefully an official complaint will get someone to actually bother.
-
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, EnglandProbably fair to say @VodafoneUK are by far the slowest to respond to anything on Twitter of the broadband suppliers I’ve dealt with. Really poor customer service which kinda matches what I’ve heard about their service before joining.

Ironwarrior73 (@Ironwarrior73) reported@VodafoneUK I’m absolutely disgusted and appalled that you’re giving free SIM cards to illegal foreigners while you’re charging me a British coin! You are a disgrace! I won’t be renewing my contract once it’s finished and I e been a customer for 20 years!
-
ToonCoin🇬🇧 (@ToonCoyne) reported@VodafoneUK my payment rate goes up so you can give people sim cards and free airime that may be here to kill me? I've been a customer since a phone had external aerials. Guess what tell that clown in charge to **** off. As soon as I have time, Bye everyone I know will be told
-
Chekeeuk (@chekeeuk) reported@FreedomMatty @Iromg @VodafoneUK I've already cancelled mine. Bloody check of them. If they can afford to give free give aways, why not concentrate on the customer base that they have here (what with the cost of living) rather than people who rock up uninvited!

Danny B (@DannyBee595) reportedI've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.
