But your system doesn’t recognise my ref number and now I’m stuck in a queue just trying to speak to anyone. 10 mins so far. Poor.

I already get well below the promised minimum speed; how bad does it have to get before you can persuade Openreach their local network layout is comically poor needs changing? 1 mile of copper when only 0.2 from the cabinet!

Which doesn’t help when you require support for why your router can’t get online. Not sure @VodafoneUK thought that one through.

They told me that I'd have to go to a store to cancel a service I took out online... Went to store, got told this is a phone shop not bb... Phoned eventually got cancelled. Except I only had the service installed on Friday, not 10 days ago. Such poor service. So @SkyUK cancelled and over to @VodafoneUK instead now.

Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

However, I am expecting some kind of clarification because nowhere in the world does a policy exist where a company is required to pay Rs.2/- to settle a Rs.1/- obligation. What I mean is that when Vodafone Idea paid the moratorium cost to DOT through equity conversion, it did not actually pay any of the Spectrum or AGR liabilities that were reflected under finance costs. Therefore, there is no reason why the company cannot discharge those obligations & why Speculation? I don't understand.
