My router and connection has been 100% since May. Only reboot was a fw update. And I've not had to call support yet. I gladly pay the premium price for a brilliant service.

Except I only had the service installed on Friday, not 10 days ago. Such poor service. So @SkyUK cancelled and over to @VodafoneUK instead now.

I’ve had Steve from your directors office tell me I’ll never get more than 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange, but Openreach say it’s distance from cabinet and not exchange. I don’t think Vodafone want to investigate it really.

I need to rearrange a broadband move but online say it can only be done on the phone and phone system says too busy to take call. As it stands we’re going to be cut off on Monday-HELP!

But your system doesn’t recognise my ref number and now I’m stuck in a queue just trying to speak to anyone. 10 mins so far. Poor.
