    @VodafoneUK , hi this is second month and i suffer from same problem, i renew my big value bundle and i receive confirmation message but the bundle not active last month i spend more than 1 hour in your store to solve this problem

    @VodafoneUK what a total disgrace. IWatch contract ended on 18Dec and still your staff can’t figure out how to switch it to sim only. I’ve called three times so far for this issue. Spent over 4 hours on the phone. Will have to call again yet. Terrible service!

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I’ve recently just bought a contract phone with you and I’ve switched over from pay as you go to keep the same number. I’ve filled out the form, woke up this morning an both phones are saying no service, does that mean there still switching the numbers over?

    Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve spent three hours trying to resolve a simple request which has now turned into poor customer service resulting in me being quite frustrated. I wouldn’t normally contact a company in such a public manner about this, but nothing else seems to be working. Help.

    @VodafoneUK My broadband sync speed with you as halved. I already get well below the promised minimum speed; how bad does it have to get before you can persuade Openreach their local network layout is comically poor needs changing? 1 mile of copper when only 0.2 from the cabinet!

    @VodafoneUK Why is it impossible to opt out of bvb40? Tried in the app, on a browser and 2345 still can't opt out. Now I am charged £1 a day because I only have a choice top up £40 or stay at £1 a day. Or maybe better idea change network so I can have a cheaper bundle that I can afford 😡

    Seems like @VodafoneUK have downgraded or oversubscribed their networks in London. Mobile data essentially doesn’t work here now. Time to change network

    Hate to be a bore @VodafoneUK but your service has degraded even further this week. Close to Piccadilly Circus and we have 2 bars on my iPad at 4G and my iPhone is 3 bars on 3G. There is something clearly wrong with your network. Central London has been like this for a month.

    So, husband joins @VodafoneUK on my recommendation. As a new customer gets a top of range phone for £21 a month. I ring up to see if I can get same phone (been a customer since I was about 16) - told absolute minimum I can have it is £40/month. So much for being a loyal customer!

    @VodafoneUK I've been a loyal customer for 20+ years Upgraded numerous times. Now apparently I've failed a credit check to upgrade. Does my loyalty and fact I've always paid my bills mean nothing? NHS worker who needs a reliable phone but may have to go elsewhere!!
