@VodafoneUK help please: stuck in a loop being sent from phone to online chat and back again. I need to rearrange a broadband move but online say it can only be done on the phone and phone system says too busy to take call. As it stands we’re going to be cut off on Monday-HELP!

@VodafoneUK Yes, the buy back price is awful! Don’t bother. Their trade in tool just doesn’t work! Apple Store have checked my phone and will give me their full price as trade in. Over £400 compared to Vodafone who offered £106!
