    @NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK I can assure you, a five-year old issue on an improved credit report will not prevent access to service contracts. It impacts people who routinely, currently, regularly take out contracts for TV, mobiles, broadband etc and default on them.

    @aj_180 @VodafoneUK Even though terms state free disconnect if they can't supply new house. Apparently another trip to a store who didn't know what to do and eventually refunded. Oh and prime contact... Total shit. Never been able to speak to "mine"

    @VodafoneUK the most expensive and worst network in UK and maybe Europe. 5G in my city centre Edinburgh and now Manchester the worst. My partner has Vodafone too and itโ€™s the same issue. Horrible!

    @VodafoneUK Hi, Iโ€™ve recently just bought a contract phone with you and Iโ€™ve switched over from pay as you go to keep the same number. Iโ€™ve filled out the form, woke up this morning an both phones are saying no service, does that mean there still switching the numbers over?

    I live in the uk. I pay 30 pounds a month for my phone bill on Vodafone. I'm 23 yo but Vodafone blocks access to website over 18 every month. Now they cant answer because ******* hell to **** with my day was ok to take my money was ok #vodafoneuk

    @aj_180 @VodafoneUK I bought a draytek vdsl router in the end. Expensive, but solved my connection issues out. Their router is a pos. Wan side disconnections was apparently my WiFi in the house according to their technical support, even though they screen shared and saw the logs showing wan drops

    After 2 days of getting messages from @VodafoneUK promising to sort my account out and take the charge off and get back to me, itโ€™s still on and heard nothing since yesterday afternoon. Poor Customer service

    @LindsayH2607 @VodafoneUK They're awful! Fraud dept was ringing me yesterday.. They didn't. Now told I'll get a letter by Friday next week after they "investigate". Not sure how they investigate without speaking to me. Not sure why they lied about ringing me. Ultra shoddy ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Vodafone is ran by a absolute **** show, call centres abroad , mainly egypt i think, who lie and pass through people to the sales team and it ends up in a constant loop of sales people being lied too getting pissed off and more than likely sending u back to egypt
