@VodafoneUK I must say for a premium brand according to (Peter) your customer service is beyond awefull. Gave 30 days notice to cancel on 21/05/20 have proof just to be told have to ring again to cancel🤔 Premium brand my axxx! #poorservice

Folks, be very careful about buying and then cancelling an order for a contract with @MPD_Online on @VodafoneUK I placed an order on the 18th May, cancelled on the 19th May and I'm still dealing with an issue with Vodafone who took a DD from my account on the 4th June. Painful

@VodafoneUK awful company. Charges you £1 for switching your phone on, even tho a tiny amount of data was used by the data switch, which was accidentally left on. It says 50mb used even tho only a few kb was used!
