    @SuzanneEvans1 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK are the worst company I have ever dealt with, it will do whatever it can to make money and will likely use this as a convenient reason. I recommend you switch ASAP

    2/2 also @VodafoneUK I heard the bell ringing in the call centre every time someone gets a customer to sign up for a new contract! There’d be no bells ringing every time someone’s phone arrives as promised!

If you know bit about GDPR the. You should know that how to keep the customer data. Clearly you can not have it laying around the desk #unattended

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Thee worst customer service I’ve ever encountered from a provider - constantly on hold, with no resolutions to proposed deals, which have changed in a matter of hours. Terrible service 😡👎🏼

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Can I raise an official complain about this Wilmslow store. I went for swim swap and they gave me some card too. But later when they found out about this issue , they have cancelled the sim swap and left wrong notes on account. I didn't not expected this customer service

    @VodafoneUK why can you give away loads of freebies but can’t offer a loyal customer with 3 contracts a discount when upgrading. Really disappointed, no upgrade today for me 😢😢

    Not the 1st time @VodafoneUK have taken money out of my account. Phoning to rectify these mistakes are unbelievably frustrating & mostly a waste of time.I was told my account was credited & wouldn’t happen again,#wrong 😡 The customer service is a joke. #Vodafone @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK no internet since Saturday. I’ve rang four times each time I’m told it will be on in two hours yesterday told it would be looked at by “your back room” so 40 hours later still not on. No wonder people are finding new providers terrible service

    @theproperKP @EE @VodafoneUK Vodafone is a 36 month contract. ( Total cost £2101 ) , EE 100Gb is £1927 TC. If paying that Vodafone one over the standard 24m its £87/month. But the Device is £1249. EE can be had for £16 , Voda £10. NEVER BUY ON CONTRACT.

    @VodafoneUK After being given false information about my contract and my phone not working abroad, I was passed through 4 different people telling me different things, only to be told that essentially I have to pay to end my contract early or not have my phone work abroad until September.

    Ten years as a customer and @VodafoneUK won't update an expiring contract without charging me. But that's fine my daughter works for @EE guess who I'm moving to ? One things for sure the customer service can only improve. See ya Vodaphone 👋
