    @VodafoneUK the most expensive and worst network in UK and maybe Europe. 5G in my city centre Edinburgh and now Manchester the worst. My partner has Vodafone too and itโ€™s the same issue. Horrible!

    @VodafoneUK are there any known issues with the network over the last few days? My phone keeps losing signal and 4G/5G fully and the only way it comes back is if I go on and off airplane mode? Happening a few times a day since last week.

    @VodafoneUK My broadband sync speed with you as halved. I already get well below the promised minimum speed; how bad does it have to get before you can persuade Openreach their local network layout is comically poor needs changing? 1 mile of copper when only 0.2 from the cabinet!

    @VodafoneUK I think youโ€™re missing the point here. I know these responses are automated Iโ€™m more frustrated at the fact that itโ€™s been over a week & I was told itโ€™s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer youโ€™d think Iโ€™d be told correct information when I upgraded

    Anyone @VodafoneUK ? Could someone at least acknowledge and let me know what time the broadband โ€œteamโ€ starts? Numerous phone calls and tweets but nothing from @VodafoneUK so far. Broadband still not connected. Not a good start for a new customer is it?

    @VodafoneUK really disappointed to be leaving after 16 years. Customer service not interested in keeping my custom. Wanting to increase my bill by 12% to stay. Shocking at this time. Sad to be leaving but hey Iโ€™m sure my custom will be welcome elsewhere ๐Ÿ‘‹ ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿ‘‹

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays โ€œInvalid SIM card network lock.โ€ I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat arenโ€™t working for me. @VodafoneUK

    Message for @vodafoneUK There's a total network failure in DL2 3AA for over 48 hours now. Multiple routers and phones entirely down, no data and poor phone reception. Business and home offline on a Sunday. The network checker doesn't recognise the failure.

    @IsntWorkingPod @VodafoneUK Burnout isn't corporate malaise, it's judgment quietly failing before anyone names it. That's the pattern I build around: AI doesn't replace a founder's judgment, it just speeds up how fast bad judgment becomes visible. A year is plenty of runway for that to catch up to you.

    @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK So 3 customer popped into Vodafone as your store closure notes you can find 3 at Vodafone. Unable to upgrade, cancel or discuss accounts. Confirmed with several stores. This is definitely a breach not everyone wants to speak to cust service on the phone...
