    @EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

    @AdamofAlbion @VodafoneUK No Adam i didn't!.. I've tried the bot talk thing, which is next to useless, unless you have a question it can lead you to.. For such a big company its fair to say they are very much lacking in the customer service department... 🙄

    @VodafoneUK new plan from 5/9 with Entertainment, existing ent plan was switched off pretty much straight away, but couldn’t access the new 1, spent an hour on online chat on 5/9 and was given a credit and told to wait 72 hour, I have but still can’t access it, can you help?

    @MarcusNawAh @VodafoneUK Exactly why I quit with them many years ago. Customer service was shocking. Went into a store to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel instore and had to be done via their online customer service team.

    @VodafoneUK the most expensive and worst network in UK and maybe Europe. 5G in my city centre Edinburgh and now Manchester the worst. My partner has Vodafone too and it’s the same issue. Horrible!

    @VodafoneUK I think you’re missing the point here. I know these responses are automated I’m more frustrated at the fact that it’s been over a week & I was told it’s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer you’d think I’d be told correct information when I upgraded

    @VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee I've tried to use this locally a few times over the years, but every @CostaCoffee I've tried it in hsve said "we font fo it in this branch" so I've given up trying to redeem this very me reward or Friday treat, due to the embarrassment of bring turned down.

    I have spent countless hours with @VodafoneUK customer support over the last 2 months who, despite being lovely people, are powerless to speed up @OpenreachHelp. We are constantly being passed between the two in a never ending cycle of delays and re-schedules. I am powerless.

    @VodafoneUK nope. After 1hr of call you disconnected me without resolving the issue or any explanation why. Promise of a call back arrived after two more follow up calls but I’m still waiting 30 mins after that. Awful service.

    @VodafoneUK You’re advisor can’t sort it because apparently I’m giving the wrong security details. My date of birth has not changed. My post code has not changed. My pin has not changed. I’m cancelling the broadband. Vodafone is a bag of **** service 👍🏻

    @VodafoneUK I have been given the wrong amount of compensation. My broadband service was due to go live on 25th November but didn’t work until 16th December. There were numerous phone calls backwards and forwards and your tech teams couldn’t solve it, until an engineer came out.

    @Top_CashBack By closer look, I am expecting my earnings now and not in another 3 months or 3 years, who knows. Why do you run promotions with @VodafoneUK if you can't keep up with the payouts for customers? I wish I had never chosen you now, the whole process is ridiculous.
