@VodafoneUK customer service are a joke, I've had broadband installed with a deal for existing mobile phone customers promising a free 4k firestick and echo dot, don't bother, it seems to be a scam, well over 4hrs on the phone to them in over a month and still nothing #Disgrace

@VodafoneUK Thanks Robyn. There is a forum on their website which suggests a few other customers have had the same issue and that it's a porting fault. But when a technician called me today he was really offhand and said that I'd just Googled and hadn't got proper info!

@VodafoneUK I'm not sure... as far as I can tell it's a @virginmedia issue. But you may be able to help. No one on Vodafone can call our virgin landline. It just beeps or says the number and code combination isn't recognised.

@VodafoneUK my home broadband was disconnected at 8am this morning, after 2 hours on the phone to customer services it turns out it was a mistake your end. I am now told it will not be reactivated until 23rd of September - that's 2 weeks! Working from home, this is unacceptable!

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone!! My mobile doesn't work, the part where the SIM goes is damaged so I can't use data, make calls or send messages. I also don't receive notifications. Is there anything I can do to fix it or do I need to wait until my contract is up in May?
