    Good evening @VodafoneUK. Still not received my call back from Broadband support which was arranged Friday night for Saturday night, then via twitter for Monday night. I'll be calling tomorrow to cancel my 13 day old contract.

    @VodafoneUK Ita not that I need help, I’m not 90! It is the iOS differences. As per previous tweet, I got the phone today, if they do not resolve iOS issues within 14 days from today, am I still able to return the device and revert to previous plan

    Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores can’t cancel the contracts it’s all in the call centre 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

    @ManUtd and @VodafoneUK to install 5G at Old Trafford - this is up to x100 fast then 4G - meanwhile inside Goodison the 4G service from Vodafone is almost non-existing 🙄

    @VodafoneUK And the age restriction has just been reapplies to my phone even though I didn’t request it. Please remove it ASAP as this shuts down my banking apps etc. Thanks.

    @VodafoneUK Wow, that's an unnecessarily complicated process. However, even after going through it you guys are massively overpriced compared to CPW for access to the same network, makes no sense at all. £30+ upfront and over 40 for 100gb data compared to £0 & £30pcm for 350Gb Be switching

    I'm starting to feel REALLY sorry for the 'phone operative I spoke to earlier @VodafoneUK who has had to deal with 4 departments so far and has 1 left to go which may give her the answers she/I need. If not escalate to a complaint time. For the 3rd/4th/not sure time.

    @VodafoneUK should have been installed with fibre over a month ago to my deaf mothers house, now been without broadband. Several complaints logged with no call backs and different stories each time! Disgusting service and left someone very vulnerable! Appalling service!

    @VodafoneUK daughter’s phone faulty a couple of weeks after purchase.Sent away twice to be repaired only for it to be sent back today for the second time still damaged! Paying a fortune still for this contract without a phone! Customer service absolutely horrendous #avoid
