Not impressed with @VodafoneUK customer support. Been trying to speak to someone online since before 1pm yesterday and only once someone has asked for more info but not came back when I’ve given it. Meanwhile they’re replying to others who messaged them 10 mins earlier.

@VodafoneUK No it doesn’t work because you want to send a text to a SIM card that is not working ‘for security’. It’s a brand new PAYG SIM card so what security is there to pass!? This is for Ukrainian refugees. Your offer to them is completely empty. Extremely disappointing.
