I already get well below the promised minimum speed; how bad does it have to get before you can persuade Openreach their local network layout is comically poor needs changing? 1 mile of copper when only 0.2 from the cabinet!

The broadband works ok, but Vodafone has failed to connect our landline properly. Phoned numerous times and told ‘it’s a porting issue’.

Shocking service yet again.
