    @lloydy2410 @VodafoneUK My Son is in Belgium + due to appalling mistakes in roaming charges have wrongly charged £1500 for data, but have cut off his phone so he can’t contact us. I am also a Vodaphone customer was about to renew contract. Appalling customer service @VodafoneUK - sort it out!!!! 😡😡😡

    After giving @VodafoneUK one last chance after they breached GDPR we went into the shop to open another deal and the women in @intuTrafford was ridiculously rude!!!!! So glad we are getting rid of Vodafone after 8 years!!!!

    Interesting that @VodafoneUK say OpenReach confirms a higher minimum speed than @SkyUK are advising I will get as a minimum. On top of that, @VodafoneUK’s own guarantee is higher again too. Maybe I should’ve gone with @VodafoneUK instead. Might cancel @SkyUK not even a week in.

    I am so disappointed in the customer service I have just received from @VodafoneUK therefore I have ended my contact after 16 loyal years I expected a better service and deal. I wouldn’t recommend Vodafone UK.

    So @SkyUK finally just replied to me on Messenger. Then said that as I’ve been with them for over 10 days I’ll need an engineer. Except I only had the service installed on Friday, not 10 days ago. Such poor service. So @SkyUK cancelled and over to @VodafoneUK instead now.

    Probably fair to say @VodafoneUK are by far the slowest to respond to anything on Twitter of the broadband suppliers I’ve dealt with. Really poor customer service which kinda matches what I’ve heard about their service before joining.

    The @VodafoneUK Broadband App has a support and diags section. Except it requires an internet connection to access it. Which doesn’t help when you require support for why your router can’t get online. Not sure @VodafoneUK thought that one through.

    @RichPierce0079 @virginmedia @SkyUK @VodafoneUK All different issues really. Virgin is its own thing. Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

    @VodafoneUK I’m having huge trouble with my NAT type had your broadband for 2 years and I just renewed my contract I normally have NAT type 2 now every device that’s needs it it’s failing I can’t game or play online I’ve tried DMZ and port forwarding and resetting still no luck.

    @VodafoneUK Is there network problems with your broadband tonight? I have no NAT type can’t game can’t play online can’t stream/watch twitch on my PS5 or Xbox Series X, My NAT type has always been Type 2 without a NAT I can’t connect and play etc.

    @VodafoneUK Do not enter into a contract with Vodafone! They have THE worst customer service and basically tried to scam me into a device I didn’t want. I was told someone would contract me about my complaint I’m still waiting a week later. No wonder you’re losing all your customers

    Hey @VodafoneUK if you search Twitter and sort by latest there's lots of issues with your home broadband service connecting to European servers. It seems to be an Amazon Web Service server issue. But you may want to follow it up if it's still bad in the morning.
