    @VodafoneUK I think you’re missing the point here. I know these responses are automated I’m more frustrated at the fact that it’s been over a week & I was told it’s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer you’d think I’d be told correct information when I upgraded

    @EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

    @VodafoneUK new plan from 5/9 with Entertainment, existing ent plan was switched off pretty much straight away, but couldn’t access the new 1, spent an hour on online chat on 5/9 and was given a credit and told to wait 72 hour, I have but still can’t access it, can you help?

    @Catherine_md_ @VodafoneUK They told me this if it helps? Please make sure to be using Google Chrome. If you are already using Google Chrome, please try clearing the browser cache, as this can sometimes cause issues with playing back the media.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had major problems with them when my mother was alive, kept disconnecting her emergency mobile but refused to reimburse credit on it. Also when trying to resolve asked me for so much ID I was worried about identity theft, even after Ombudsman ruled in our favour. Nightmare co

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK You could make a full time career of corporate PR advocacy. Tbh the internet has exacerbated the decline of customer service with automated nonsense and complicated hidden t&c’s. Older people are particularly disadvantaged. Let’s hope for a positive outcome.

    @LufcJust @VodafoneUK They wouldn't give me a time and just said that their engineers were working on it, I expect outages sometimes but not for this long. Plus the communication is terrible.
