    Anyone @VodafoneUK ? Could someone at least acknowledge and let me know what time the broadband “team” starts? Numerous phone calls and tweets but nothing from @VodafoneUK so far. Broadband still not connected. Not a good start for a new customer is it?

    Not impressed with @VodafoneUK customer support. Been trying to speak to someone online since before 1pm yesterday and only once someone has asked for more info but not came back when I’ve given it. Meanwhile they’re replying to others who messaged them 10 mins earlier.

    @VodafoneUK I am appalled at the service I have been given. I swapped my tariff on Thursday and the phone when off yesterday at 3pm. I have been left with no one being able to contact me. This phone is used for business. I need a resolve.

    They can’t get me a free mifi because it would take 4 weeks to get one in the post. But they can send a mobile phone next day and Of COURSE I’d have to pay for both the handset and contract. @VodafoneUK what even is this service.

    @VodafoneUK understands what good customer service means. They charged me the cost of double my bill twice, both this month and a month before. There were other issues also. However, now Vodafone are refunding me the difference paid and waiving the cost of my next bill. Thanks

    @CiCi_Coleman @VodafoneUK Is that a 4g router or phone connection. I’d not bother with the 4g router I had one on a different network and it never worked well, switch to fibre if possible. If you are going to switch I always look at cashback sites like Quidco too as of ten get done god cashback

    @jaywhite_1 @VodafoneUK None, best ring them mate. The Vodafone help staff on here are woefully inept and lazy. Told them I can’t receive calls and she replied, soon as I load your details, we’ll give you a call back. At that point I gave up.

    @NabeelAhmed760 @VodafoneUK I have heard so many bad experiences from Voda or X-Voda customers, its time Vodafone should invest some money into their infrastructure and provide the best service which they claim they do or otherwise their all customers will switch to a different network.

    @VodafoneUK Don't go near Vodafone's broadband offering, it is even worse than there customer service. Had less than 1m speed for over a month, contacted them 5 times. You get a response after about 5 days and then you have to start over again when you reply, truly terrible!!!
