    Oh dear @VodafoneUK, you get my bill wrong, admit it's wrong but then don't correct it. Your complaints team then fail to ring me to discuss my complaint as promised and now you threaten to cut me off for non-payment of the bill which you've accepted is incorrect.

    @nunosilvaramos @MishaalRahman @VodafoneUK It's clearly all a marketing thing, their cheapest 5G included unlimited data SIM only deal is £23/mo (not a bad price actually, as I pay £20/mo with @ThreeUK for 4G), but that's capped at 2Mbps. But then they can claim they have the cheapest unlimited 5G plan at £23 of course!

    Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores can’t cancel the contracts it’s all in the call centre 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

    @VodafoneUK Ita not that I need help, I’m not 90! It is the iOS differences. As per previous tweet, I got the phone today, if they do not resolve iOS issues within 14 days from today, am I still able to return the device and revert to previous plan

    @VodafoneUK There has been no Vodafone phone service at Praa Sands TR20 for 25 out of the past 47 days, no 2G, 3G or 4G. It's a disgrace. I'm paying you for a service and you are not providing it. You need to be fixing this now!

    Having a contract with @VodafoneUK is enough to kill yourself. Now they’re cutting me off and sending to collections. When they even took part responsibility to why I’ve had so much issue over the last however months. I can’t take it anymore. My anxiety is through the roof!!!!!

    @VodafoneUK 2/2 Can I add that I’ve been on Vodafone customer service a lot this past week while renewing 3 family plans and sorting out a router issue. Without exception, your customer service people have been excellent. I compliment those in India on the 👍quality of their spoken English🙏🏼
