    Been on the phone for 28 mins so far trying to cancel my @VodafoneUK broadband. First person says I’ll have to pay £149 to leave despite them not meeting OFCOM regulations, then they back down and say they’ll waive the fee, then transfer me to 2nd Line regarding my speeds!

This the second time mine has gone down and was 3 days previously. Do it via DM and you get a bot that cannot answer direct messages. #shoddy

    @VodafoneUK this is ridiculous! How can I ever enter into a contract with you if it’s this difficult to cancel the plan? And the only way to cancel my plan is by calling Vodafone but no one answers the call? Would happily go into the store and cancel but that is not an option.
