Not impressed with @VodafoneUK customer support. Been trying to speak to someone online since before 1pm yesterday and only once someone has asked for more info but not came back when I’ve given it. Meanwhile they’re replying to others who messaged them 10 mins earlier.

A couple hours later he calls again and it’s ‘unknown’. Restarted my phone, toggled called ID in settings off and on but still the same. All callers unknown

@VodafoneUK shame on you! My son is trying to leave his ‘SIM only’ contract as he’s a student & not able to afford his tariff and in the middle of a cost of living crisis you want to charge him £246.10 to terminate early. Outrageous! Please explain how you can justify this cost?
