Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England@RichPierce0079 @virginmedia @SkyUK @VodafoneUK All different issues really. Virgin is its own thing. Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, EnglandInteresting that @VodafoneUK say OpenReach confirms a higher minimum speed than @SkyUK are advising I will get as a minimum. On top of that, @VodafoneUK’s own guarantee is higher again too. Maybe I should’ve gone with @VodafoneUK instead. Might cancel @SkyUK not even a week in.
-

sarah smith-howard (@sarahsmithhowar) reported from St Helens, England@lyns84 @VodafoneUK I certainly wouldn’t be rude to any customer, especially 1 with 2 contracts for over 10 years both at premium rate... when it’s obviously @VodafoneUK again

Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England@VodafoneUK This is a long running issue I’m afraid. I’ve had Steve from your directors office tell me I’ll never get more than 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange, but Openreach say it’s distance from cabinet and not exchange. I don’t think Vodafone want to investigate it really.

Judgesmyth 🩵🇬🇧 (@Judgesmyth893) reportedI am a customer of yours, and have been for over 20 years. Is it true that you are involved with "Care For Calais," and dishing out Mobile Phones and SIM Cards to illegal immigrants?? My contract is up with yourselves shortly, and if this is true, IM GONE!!! @VodafoneUK
-
flatcapblade (@themblades1889) reported@VodafoneUK what’s point in having a sim with you if all I get is no ******* service
-
Wanda Wrongthinker (@Wanda_wsn) reported@DailyMail @VodafoneUK are involved. Change providers. Better service with @O2 anyway.
-
Mark W Tebbutt (@mwt2008) reportedVery impressed with the @VodafoneUK 5G speeds I’m getting around the Heath Charnock / Anglezarke area at the Yew Tree Inn. 635 Mbps down and 49.5 Mbps up. That’s the fastest download speed I’ve ever seen on Vodafone 5G using my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I’m line of sight of the mast but still. Red circle on the photo. That’s genuinely into fibre broadband territory!
-
Matty 🏴 🇬🇧 (@Matty75890250) reported@VodafoneUK care to comment. I’ll be another customer moving away from Vodafone.
-
Martin 'Dougal' Ogle 🇬🇧 🏴 (@MartinOgle1) reportedVodafone seem not too have learned from previous idiotic companies that tried other stunts. I'm sure when people starting cancelling their contracts and swapping providers @VodafoneUK may find themselves in serious financial trouble and regretting supporting illegal immigrants.
-
Lebowski (@Lebowski_84) reported@djp4cm4n @VodafoneUK Binned them. No more vodaphone.. tbh the migrants will bin them when they realise they can’t get a signal anywhere in the uk.
-
Jack Regan (@999Sweeney) reported@Alexarmstrong @VodafoneUK @vodafone your company policy of providing these to invaders of the UK in France is a terrible decision. A lot of these economic migrants will go on to commit awful crimes in the UK, we must not be doing anything that encourages or assists them.
-
Matt (@250kchip) reportedIf you're a @VodafoneUK customer you know what to do
-
Not my Prime Minister. Not my Government. (@ontvnow) reported@Alexarmstrong I’m fully legal. Where’s my free data @VodafoneUK ? Why would you support criminals in this way?
