Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

Seems a common problem you are covering up judging by amount of those affected. Hope your compensation scheme works.
