But your system doesn’t recognise my ref number and now I’m stuck in a queue just trying to speak to anyone. 10 mins so far. Poor.

First person says I’ll have to pay £149 to leave despite them not meeting OFCOM regulations, then they back down and say they’ll waive the fee, then transfer me to 2nd Line regarding my speeds!

I’ve had Steve from your directors office tell me I’ll never get more than 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange, but Openreach say it’s distance from cabinet and not exchange. I don’t think Vodafone want to investigate it really.
