  @VodafoneUK called 1.5hrs ago and was told a call back would be 25 mins, it never happened. Called again and told call would take 12-24mins to be answered. Now been on hold 30mins. #poorservice

  @Sam_McK_88 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Typical is having signal (2+ bars) but very low data throughput, at times not even being able to connect to speedtest site. Is patchy though. but can mean most of walk from home is poor data (hence frustration). East of brighton (ie kemptown) can be awesomely fast.

  @Keb19Rre @VodafoneUK @mouthwaite If I had the chance again I would not have switched to Vodafone. One of the worst customer service teams I have ever dealt with. A handful of agents that care about the customer, the rest not worth the time. A company of sharks.
