. @VodafoneUK are reaching new levels of incompetence. After a complaint regarding slow speeds, the first person at the directors office tells me it’s tough and I’ll never get the speed I was promised. Not happy with this, I follow it up and another person from the office ...

@bt_uk Hi, it’s not about their service ... it’s about yours technically as you’re provided the underlying system that @VodafoneUK use. So even if I changed to you, I’d still be using the same line which they say can’t support over 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange ...

@VodafoneUK This is a long running issue I’m afraid. I’ve had Steve from your directors office tell me I’ll never get more than 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange, but Openreach say it’s distance from cabinet and not exchange. I don’t think Vodafone want to investigate it really.

Been on the phone for 28 mins so far trying to cancel my @VodafoneUK broadband. First person says I’ll have to pay £149 to leave despite them not meeting OFCOM regulations, then they back down and say they’ll waive the fee, then transfer me to 2nd Line regarding my speeds!

Hi @VodafoneUK can you please check the signal and coverage in the #Gateacre area of #Liverpool (postcode to mention L25 5JY), there’s literally no 4G signal in the area and very slow 3G or No Service on iPhone X. Thanks #Vodafone #VodafoneUK 📱

@VodafoneUK Cut the call as I have work. It's madness that you can't go in-store to just cancel a contract. Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

@lyns84 @VodafoneUK I certainly wouldn’t be rude to any customer, especially 1 with 2 contracts for over 10 years both at premium rate... when it’s obviously @VodafoneUK again

So now @VodafoneUK say they’ve lifted this cap and I should start to see my speeds go up over the next 24-48 hours. I can’t help but feel like nothing is going to change and my speed won’t go up at all. I’ve got zero confidence in @VodafoneUK when their own directors office ...

Disgusting @VodafoneUK just deactivated my secure net which I never asked for. Sneak charge is a nice way to put it. Blatant theft would be more accurate.

We’ve been with #vodafone for 15 days. Wow. Who’d have thought porting a number to @VodafoneUK would have been so shambolic. Nothing has worked correctly from day one. First a split port issue and now zero data. Time to end this as a very bad experience indeed! Never again.

@VodafoneUK I contacted your customer service team and was lied to...told I had an outstanding account that needed paying before I could top up my phone. No details given. Visited my local store to be told I didn't have an outstanding account...made a complaint through the store.

@virginmedia Yep @VodafoneUK for same speed but full fiber and Inc home phone for under half your price. You even got slightly desperate and said £43pm for 6months Let me just say I've been with you 15 odd years and that's how you treat us

@VodafoneUK - Abysmal Customer Service. After multiple issues with contract over the last 12 months and spending 5 hours over the last week on calls, instore and chat over the last 5 days to sort out esim Watch issues. Customer Relations team then just lie. Stay clear

@VodafoneUK Hi, my signal had been really bad lately around Dronfield S18. I have done the service checker and that is all good. Bit annoying pay nearly £50 a month when I can barely use my phone sometimes.

@VodafoneUK We lost power all day yesterday due to storm Otto and with it our mobile signal. I fail to understand why you can't design signal towers with sufficient power back up to last at least a couple of days if not a week. Time this problem was sorted. It's 2023.

@VodafoneUK If I order Full Fibre broadband today, but can't have it installed until April 3rd, will I skip this years CPI+3.9% increase, or is my first bill going to include the increase meaning I'll never actually pay the price I sign up for?

@VodafoneUK But surely even if 5G is patchy I should be getting a good signal off 4g? I don’t need to check signal strength checker as I’m in the area and know it’s crap. Whole of Newcastle / Tyneside has been terrible for months
