Been on the phone for 28 mins so far trying to cancel my @VodafoneUK broadband. First person says I’ll have to pay £149 to leave despite them not meeting OFCOM regulations, then they back down and say they’ll waive the fee, then transfer me to 2nd Line regarding my speeds!

@VodafoneUK hi, I'm starting to get scam texts come through. The known DHL ones, but now 'flowers direct'. I can't stop them, but as my provider can you do anything? Can you trace where they're coming from or what network? It won't be long before I click one that I'm expecting 😕
