@VodafoneUK called 1.5hrs ago and was told a call back would be 25 mins, it never happened. Called again and told call would take 12-24mins to be answered. Now been on hold 30mins. #poorservice

@nunosilvaramos @MishaalRahman @VodafoneUK It's clearly all a marketing thing, their cheapest 5G included unlimited data SIM only deal is £23/mo (not a bad price actually, as I pay £20/mo with @ThreeUK for 4G), but that's capped at 2Mbps. But then they can claim they have the cheapest unlimited 5G plan at £23 of course!

Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores can’t cancel the contracts it’s all in the call centre 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

@SkyHelpTeam I've done that through my app it said no known issues WiFi keeps dropping out and can't even get it on the second floor eventhough I have a booster there. Never had any issues like this with @VodafoneUK

Stay well clear of anything from @VodafoneUK, new iPhone confirmed faulty screen by Apple and in warranty but as it’s contracted to Vodafone they must authorise the replacement. Despite Apple confirmation Vodafone refuse to assist at all. ***Terrible Service***
