Been on the phone for 28 mins so far trying to cancel my @VodafoneUK broadband. First person says I’ll have to pay £149 to leave despite them not meeting OFCOM regulations, then they back down and say they’ll waive the fee, then transfer me to 2nd Line regarding my speeds!

@VodafoneUK I’ve tried all day to get through to your call centre and am continually cut off. I want cancel my extra data. FCA’s Treating Customers Fairly outcome number 6 says firms cannot put unreasonable barriers in post-sale. Not answering the phone is unreasonable.

Having trouble getting through to @VodafoneUK. I’ve been to Vodafone store this afternoon who told me to contact 191. 191 directs me to chat. Chat says there are no support advisers and to call 191. I’m going round in circles and need to speak to a human who can help me!
