I’ve had Steve from your directors office tell me I’ll never get more than 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange, but Openreach say it’s distance from cabinet and not exchange. I don’t think Vodafone want to investigate it really.

So even if I changed to you, I’d still be using the same line which they say can’t support over 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange ...

Spoke to 6 people today and only the last person realised it hadn’t been processed correctly and now I’m not being offered the same deal.

First person says I’ll have to pay £149 to leave despite them not meeting OFCOM regulations, then they back down and say they’ll waive the fee, then transfer me to 2nd Line regarding my speeds!

Nan moved from Vodafone to O2 in October and her mobile number is now split across two SIMs. Can make calls from O2 but incoming calls go to vodafone. Hasn't been able to get it resolved by phone and is getting seriously stressed!
