@VodafoneUK I am literally counting the days until my contract runs out with you #iPhone8 stops working (in Feb) during an #iOS update- @AppleSupport couldn’t fix it & Apple technician diagnosed it as a software fault and said will be covered by 24mth #Vodafone warranty.....

@nunosilvaramos @MishaalRahman @VodafoneUK It's clearly all a marketing thing, their cheapest 5G included unlimited data SIM only deal is £23/mo (not a bad price actually, as I pay £20/mo with @ThreeUK for 4G), but that's capped at 2Mbps. But then they can claim they have the cheapest unlimited 5G plan at £23 of course!

Do not ever use @VodafoneUK ! They’re holding us hostage in a contract where the internet is not working, we sent them everything back as advised, tracked, it got delivered! Just because you are lying about not finding the delivery does not give you the right to keep charging!

@bahallathegreat @VodafoneUK That's the problem, they all use Openreach which BT has monopolises. The alternatives are Virgin which aren't in my area. We've never had a decent transition to a new provider.
