    @VodafoneUK whilst I like your network your 3G is very poor. Before rolling out #5G can you at least make sure you have 4G everywhere beforehand. A lot of my trail journey into Manchester still relies on 3G

    @VodafoneUK I’ve logged an official complaint now. I’ve wasted so much time on here, your chat and (when i get through) to your phone team only to not actually get anywhere and get the speed I’ve been promised. Hopefully an official complaint will get someone to actually bother.

    @VodafoneUK very bad business customer service will lie to me just to try to make me keep my vast number of lines I have with you have had to buy a virgin mobile phone just to get my calls as been unable to get calls for number weeks despite number of calls and visits to them

    @lloydy2410 @VodafoneUK My Son is in Belgium + due to appalling mistakes in roaming charges have wrongly charged £1500 for data, but have cut off his phone so he can’t contact us. I am also a Vodaphone customer was about to renew contract. Appalling customer service @VodafoneUK - sort it out!!!! 😡😡😡

    Probably fair to say @VodafoneUK are by far the slowest to respond to anything on Twitter of the broadband suppliers I’ve dealt with. Really poor customer service which kinda matches what I’ve heard about their service before joining.

    @VodafoneUK Had a call from your broadband team earlier but I wasn’t at home so they gave me a ref number and a phone number to call you back. But your system doesn’t recognise my ref number and now I’m stuck in a queue just trying to speak to anyone. 10 mins so far. Poor.

    The @VodafoneUK Broadband App has a support and diags section. Except it requires an internet connection to access it. Which doesn’t help when you require support for why your router can’t get online. Not sure @VodafoneUK thought that one through.

    @RichPierce0079 @virginmedia @SkyUK @VodafoneUK All different issues really. Virgin is its own thing. Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Robyn this I have done and awaiting a response. I find it absolutely disappointing that this sort of service of stealing 51gig of data from a customer’s account quite disgusting. This would not happen in the U.K. and I don’t expect a sub service in Ghana from @VodafoneGroup.

    @VodafoneUK I was due to have my broadband move home yesterday, it’s still not working yet you’ve sent me a million emails to say it is. Annndd the app now isnt working. Internet is crucial for WFH, please let me know how to get this resolved
