    @muzicbrew @VodafoneUK Past 2/3 weeks now, every evening drops top 2/3 mpbs. They don’t even bother replying to me anymore. There app saying I’m getting speeds of 50 odd. Which I never have. It’s fraud!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been using Voda for around 20 years via a work phone. I have no reason to make any false allegations about the poor service. But it is shockingly poor. You need people out using phones on your network and reporting factual information. I’m now at East Croydon - no signal!

    @VodafoneUK intermittent fault since 5th September. Fault first reported on 7th 'fixed' on 14th but apparently that's 'less than 2 days!' Return from week away. Still not fixed. Report again on 23rd and again today. Another evening with no connection. Any chance of a fix?

    The funny thing is that @CityFibre engineers only work Mon-Fri and their SLA appears to be 72h. So, because @VodafoneUK botched their handling of the issue since Tuesday, this won't be looked at until next Mon-Wed. #feeltheconnection
