I’ve had Steve from your directors office tell me I’ll never get more than 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange, but Openreach say it’s distance from cabinet and not exchange. I don’t think Vodafone want to investigate it really.

I’ve wasted so much time on here, your chat and (when i get through) to your phone team only to not actually get anywhere and get the speed I’ve been promised. Hopefully an official complaint will get someone to actually bother.
