@VodafoneUK @O2 Hi James, I stupidly recycled my iPhone X with O2 and wow it was the worst thing I ever did tbh. Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍

Cannot wait for my relationship with @VodafoneUK to come to an end. Told I was given a £20 account credit as a “gesture of goodwill” for appalling service. Sent me a bill for next month. Not on it. Plus disconnection date is 25th Oct so they’re going to have to refund it anyway!

@VodafoneUK Did that, get an automated link to the website which I've already accessed to find an answer. Ask to speak to an advisor and get asked to provide my full name, number and details which I had just done in the original message. Why is it so hard to get any help from Vodafone!
