Zara Prudhoe (@zara_c_) reported from Roby, England
@VodafoneUK your customer service is shocking still waiting for a call back from customer relations following a data protection breech!! 😡😡
-
karla williams (@popkw) reported from Warrington, England
@VodafoneUK shocking service. I’ve spoken to six advisors and still not fixed the problem. I have been a Vodafone customer for many years with 4 phones well no longer, I am done.
-
Jericho Rayel Timbol (@jerichorayel) reported from Liverpool, England
@VodafoneUK Fix your app first
-
Ngaryan (@welfarelawyer) reported from Liverpool, England
@VodafoneUK Cut the call as I have work. It's madness that you can't go in-store to just cancel a contract. Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England
@VodafoneUK Had a call from your broadband team earlier but I wasn’t at home so they gave me a ref number and a phone number to call you back. But your system doesn’t recognise my ref number and now I’m stuck in a queue just trying to speak to anyone. 10 mins so far. Poor.
-
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England
@VodafoneUK This is a long running issue I’m afraid. I’ve had Steve from your directors office tell me I’ll never get more than 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange, but Openreach say it’s distance from cabinet and not exchange. I don’t think Vodafone want to investigate it really.
-
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England
Probably fair to say @VodafoneUK are by far the slowest to respond to anything on Twitter of the broadband suppliers I’ve dealt with. Really poor customer service which kinda matches what I’ve heard about their service before joining.

David Josef 🏳️🌈🇪🇺🇵🇸🌹 (@idavo66) reported from Salford, England
@VodafoneUK - I go live today with my Broadband & have just opened the box to get the router out. I do not know if this was part of the design brief & customer experience you planned, but my - the smell! It is like a new magazine, new car, new book. My first experience is wow!
-
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England
@bt_uk Hi, it’s not about their service ... it’s about yours technically as you’re provided the underlying system that @VodafoneUK use. So even if I changed to you, I’d still be using the same line which they say can’t support over 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange ...
-
Joanne (@jolloyd19) reported from Warrington, England
@lloydy2410 @VodafoneUK My Son is in Belgium + due to appalling mistakes in roaming charges have wrongly charged £1500 for data, but have cut off his phone so he can’t contact us. I am also a Vodaphone customer was about to renew contract. Appalling customer service @VodafoneUK - sort it out!!!! 😡😡😡
-
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England
@VodafoneUK I’ve logged an official complaint now. I’ve wasted so much time on here, your chat and (when i get through) to your phone team only to not actually get anywhere and get the speed I’ve been promised. Hopefully an official complaint will get someone to actually bother.
-
Emma Mellor (@Emma1187) reported from Salford, England
@VodafoneUK absolute joke! Persuaded me to upgrade yesterday rather than cancel and you fail to put it through correctly. Spoke to 6 people today and only the last person realised it hadn’t been processed correctly and now I’m not being offered the same deal.
-
Martin Blakeley (@martinblakeley) reported from Wigan, England
Broadband update: @VodafoneUK still haven’t rectified the issue as promised! Was told Monday, then Wednesday, then guaranteed today and guess what, still nothing. Wife been on hold for 40mins, live chat too busy -#Vodafonedown #Customerserviceweek #poorservice
-
Tom McDermott (@tmcd1989) reported from Roby, England
@VodafoneUK I cancelled my contract but my Spotify has continued. I can’t cancel via the link as my number is no longer on Vodafone. Can somebody cancel it please.
-
Ngaryan (@welfarelawyer) reported from Liverpool, England
Absolutely unacceptable I have been on live chat for the last 2 days and now and been cut off. Still no closer to getting disconnected @VodafoneUK sort your customer service out! 😡
-
The Mad Hatter (@R_to_the_D) reported from Hindley, England
@VodafoneUK whilst I like your network your 3G is very poor. Before rolling out #5G can you at least make sure you have 4G everywhere beforehand. A lot of my trail journey into Manchester still relies on 3G
-
Col.I.Am (@CP_Jock) reported from Urmston, England
Hey @VodafoneUK your twitter support has eclipsed your online and phone support. 👏 you are the worst support team ever.
-
gary crowe (@garycrowe03) reported from Liverpool, England
@VodafoneUK That is the level of service you give, you allow a 10 year old boy to be upset because your lack communication skills by given different information depending on who you speak to.
-
Simon Edge (@JardiniereChef) reported from Urmston, England
Disgusting @VodafoneUK just deactivated my secure net which I never asked for. Sneak charge is a nice way to put it. Blatant theft would be more accurate.
-
David-Leeroy Sellers (@LeroyDLS) reported from Liverpool, England
I am absolutely fuming waking up an Unsolicited cold call from @EE trying to sell me stuff. I blocked so many numbers and seriously that’s the last straw @EE CANCEL MY CONTRACT!! NOW!! It’s clearly #harassment - @VodafoneUK WOULD NOT TREAT a valued customer this way 😡@ee

Mr Vinny Rabadia (@Vinny_Rabadia) reported
@VodafoneUK Drop you a DM so you can reply in another 24 hours? I have spoken to number of people, I was also sent a new SIM card to which the service has not improved. I would love to cancel my contract. Only 3 months left to go. Ask your cancellation department to cancel it and issue PUK
-
Steven (@Steven94n) reported
@adillon58 @VodafoneUK Called 191 there going to credit my account the price, problem is Amazon dropped the price so the voucher was invalid
-
Sean Ross (@sean94ross) reported
@VodafoneUK Or you could just end the contract on the date it is due to end. The fact you charge customers for giving you too much notice is ridiculous. I would also get charged if I cancel too late. How can there only be 1 exact date someone can give notice to cancel without getting charged
-
Steve Alliston (@SteveAlliston) reported
@VodafoneUK still no broadband over 24 hours after you promised you had fixed it. I’ve spent 3 hours on your chat service with very polite people who don’t sort the problem
-
Katie Mcbeath (@KatieMcbeath4) reported
@VodafoneUK It's everywhere. That's the problem. Unless I'm connected to WiFi
-
mancsy (@RealMancsy) reported
@VodafoneUK I’ve been a business customer & personal. Being a business customer I get passed to them, when I miss their single callback I have to start the whole process again. I can’t always take calls due to my job. I’ve not been able to access my entertainment package in years!
-
Stephen Lovie (@StephenLovie) reported
@VodafoneUK Well it’s been poor for a while. The only decent service I’ve had is from the actual shop where you can speak with someone
-
Claire Still (@ClaireStill7) reported
@VodafoneUK As previously stated Danny, I’ve never had to do that before and I won’t be doing it now, I only have 6 weeks left of my contract and I will be going to Sky instead. As will my husband and 2 daughters when there contracts finish.
-
Andrew T (@adtwyman) reported
@WhichUK @VodafoneUK no signal and customer service is a joke
-
Chris Parker 💙 (@Chris_TheLizard) reported
@VodafoneUK If this is the case why did Elliot on the chat service say I couldn’t do it? I’ve had to give notice on an existing line and take out a new one to get the tariff I want.
