The Mad Hatter (@R_to_the_D) reported from Hindley, England@VodafoneUK whilst I like your network your 3G is very poor. Before rolling out #5G can you at least make sure you have 4G everywhere beforehand. A lot of my trail journey into Manchester still relies on 3G
-
Steven Woodside (@woody0702) reported from Bolton, England@VodafoneUK really disappointed to be leaving after 16 years. Customer service not interested in keeping my custom. Wanting to increase my bill by 12% to stay. Shocking at this time. Sad to be leaving but hey I’m sure my custom will be welcome elsewhere 👋 👋👋

Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, EnglandBeen on the phone for 28 mins so far trying to cancel my @VodafoneUK broadband. Thanks. James

Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England@VodafoneUK This is a long running issue I’m afraid. I’ve had Steve from your directors office tell me I’ll never get more than 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange, but Openreach say it’s distance from cabinet and not exchange. I don’t think Vodafone want to investigate it really.
-

Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England@VodafoneUK Had a call from your broadband team earlier but I wasn’t at home so they gave me a ref number and a phone number to call you back. But your system doesn’t recognise my ref number and now I’m stuck in a queue just trying to speak to anyone. 10 mins so far. Poor.
-
Simon Edge (@JardiniereChef) reported from Urmston, EnglandDisgusting @VodafoneUK just deactivated my secure net which I never asked for. Sneak charge is a nice way to put it. Blatant theft would be more accurate.

-
Thorner (@lukethorne1990) reported@VodafoneUK 4g not working again in BS21 I am so glad my contract is up tomorrow so I can move to EE what an awful service you have @VodafoneUK, pure rubbish
-
Arun Hebbar (@ArunHebbar7) reported@rksrajiv @VodafoneUK @AdityaBirlaGrp There is absolutely no issue at all. However, I am expecting some kind of clarification because nowhere in the world does a policy exist where a company is required to pay Rs.2/- to settle a Rs.1/- obligation. What I mean is that when Vodafone Idea paid the moratorium cost to DOT through equity conversion, it did not actually pay any of the Spectrum or AGR liabilities that were reflected under finance costs. Therefore, there is no reason why the company cannot discharge those obligations & why Speculation? I don't understand.
-
Chris Barnsey (@BarnseyChr77489) reported@VodafoneUK iPhone up Vodafone and spoke to someone from Vodafone and I asked him about my Amazon gift card and she told me that they would not issue it until six months in because they want to make sure that people pay and don’t just back out after getting their Amazon gift card so
-

You cut my wife's SIM off after some mixup with an esim transfer on Thursday It's now Sunday and we're still being constantly told it'll be another 24 to 48 hours. Complaint already been made but still no progress and no proactive updates. Joke.
