    Fuming with @VodafoneUK paid to upgrade a few weeks early as my sons current phone is broke. Money taken from bank, email says phone will be with you 2-3 days on 30th march. No phone, contact support who blame covid 19 for delay 😡😠🤬 that's what you get for loyalty

    I appreciate there is a global pandemic and it‘s unfortunate timing that my broadband was due to connect yesterday BUT @VodafoneUK ‘s solution to not having engineers that can fix the broadband (understandable) is to courier me a new phone that I can use as a mobile hotspot.

    They can’t get me a free mifi because it would take 4 weeks to get one in the post. But they can send a mobile phone next day and Of COURSE I’d have to pay for both the handset and contract. @VodafoneUK what even is this service.

    @VodafoneUK It’s working. Unfortunately no good upgrade deals. Does the NHS advantage still offer 15% reduction AS well as the 10% loyalty scheme. This would make it competitive against other providers then. (And only then). Thanks again from a loyal customer.

I have waited hours, repeatedly explained my issue and still got no where! Been charged for a phone i cancelled a year ago & still waiting for a call back-over 3 days late!

    @GeoffBarton9 @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK The phone service is OK. What’s appalling is the treatment you get when you want to change ANYTHING. They can’t do what you want. They won’t do what you want. They aren’t around to do what you want (website down). Takes ages to get through. Then they screw up what they do!
