    I appreciate there is a global pandemic and itโ€˜s unfortunate timing that my broadband was due to connect yesterday BUT @VodafoneUK โ€˜s solution to not having engineers that can fix the broadband (understandable) is to courier me a new phone that I can use as a mobile hotspot.

    @VodafoneUK Ita not that I need help, Iโ€™m not 90! It is the iOS differences. As per previous tweet, I got the phone today, if they do not resolve iOS issues within 14 days from today, am I still able to return the device and revert to previous plan

    @VodafoneUK I am appalled at the service I have been given. I swapped my tariff on Thursday and the phone when off yesterday at 3pm. I have been left with no one being able to contact me. This phone is used for business. I need a resolve.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Worst company ever. I'm still getting debt collectors from a bill that was supposed to have been written off 30 years ago when ยฃ400 of overseas calls in 2 days on an account only used for inward calls for 3 years didn't raise red flags.
