    @VodafoneUK called 1.5hrs ago and was told a call back would be 25 mins, it never happened. Called again and told call would take 12-24mins to be answered. Now been on hold 30mins. #poorservice

    Oh dear @VodafoneUK, you get my bill wrong, admit it's wrong but then don't correct it. Your complaints team then fail to ring me to discuss my complaint as promised and now you threaten to cut me off for non-payment of the bill which you've accepted is incorrect.

    Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores can’t cancel the contracts it’s all in the call centre 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

    @nunosilvaramos @MishaalRahman @VodafoneUK It's clearly all a marketing thing, their cheapest 5G included unlimited data SIM only deal is £23/mo (not a bad price actually, as I pay £20/mo with @ThreeUK for 4G), but that's capped at 2Mbps. But then they can claim they have the cheapest unlimited 5G plan at £23 of course!

    @VodafoneUK Thankfully a friend who works at Vodafone was able to help me even though its not his job to do so. If you want to REALLY help me and everyone else with this nonsense, please remove the machine from your customer service number and put some humans in place.

    @VodafoneUK I simply want to delete two unused secondary numbers from my account. Your app won’t work & 191 just refers me online no matter how I try to talk to someone. I spent 45 mins online answering a chat, only for them to say your systems are down and deletions can’t be done!! 🤬

    @Ofcom Thanks but @VodafoneUK do absolutely nothing other than whoever picks up the phone or my message and follows the process so I go through the same 10 day process, 5th time and counting currently. “What’s your name?” “What number is this?” It’s absolutely appalling service
