  • DagsJT
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

The @VodafoneUK Broadband App has a support and diags section. Except it requires an internet connection to access it. Which doesn’t help when you require support for why your router can’t get online. Not sure @VodafoneUK thought that one through.

  • Redveerenmus
Craig (@Redveerenmus) reported from Eccleston, England

@VodafoneUK Hello. It looks like there's a problem with our mobile network in WA10. Sorry for any disruption to your service - we know how frustrating this can be. Rest assured, we're working hard to get things back up and running as quickly as we can. This regular and annoying!

  • JardiniereChef
Simon Edge (@JardiniereChef) reported from Urmston, England

Disgusting @VodafoneUK just deactivated my secure net which I never asked for. Sneak charge is a nice way to put it. Blatant theft would be more accurate.

  • DagsJT
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@VodafoneUK Had a call from your broadband team earlier but I wasn’t at home so they gave me a ref number and a phone number to call you back. But your system doesn’t recognise my ref number and now I’m stuck in a queue just trying to speak to anyone. 10 mins so far. Poor.

  • itskeithriley
Keith R-W (@itskeithriley) reported from Chorley, England

@VodafoneUK please for goodness sake can someone help me. This is the third day that I’m not connected to my broadband and the third day I’ll be unpaid as a consequence.

  • nutty1976
Joanne Fairhurst (@nutty1976) reported from Wigan, England

@VodafoneUK just had the text to say my mast is off 5 days. I've zero mobile signal and considerating the amount of money I pay this isn't acceptable

  • KrishnaaSubram

@VodafoneUK Vodafone is down for weeks now! When is this going to be resolved?? 😡😡😡. #Vodafonedown #Vodafone

  • Miss_Defying
Rebecca Harrisson (@Miss_Defying) reported from Ormskirk, England

@VodafoneUK Thanks Robyn. There is a forum on their website which suggests a few other customers have had the same issue and that it's a porting fault. But when a technician called me today he was really offhand and said that I'd just Googled and hadn't got proper info!

  • sarahsmithhowar
sarah smith-howard (@sarahsmithhowar) reported from St Helens, England

@lyns84 @VodafoneUK I certainly wouldn’t be rude to any customer, especially 1 with 2 contracts for over 10 years both at premium rate... when it’s obviously @VodafoneUK again

  • SopranoCrew
Marko (@SopranoCrew) reported from Atherton, England

@VodafoneUK terrible customer service tell you to DM them then don't respond #poor

  • kfield82
Gamble free girl (@kfield82) reported from Billinge Chapel End, England

Fuming with @VodafoneUK paid to upgrade a few weeks early as my sons current phone is broke. Money taken from bank, email says phone will be with you 2-3 days on 30th march. No phone, contact support who blame covid 19 for delay 😡😠🤬 that's what you get for loyalty

  • DagsJT
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

. @VodafoneUK are reaching new levels of incompetence. After a complaint regarding slow speeds, the first person at the directors office tells me it’s tough and I’ll never get the speed I was promised. Not happy with this, I follow it up and another person from the office ...

  • Mikee_ManCity
Mikee (@Mikee_ManCity) reported from Abram, England

@VodafoneUK the problem is resolved for now and I'll be leaving Vodafone as soon as my contract is up. thanks for replying a day and a half later, kinda proved my point!

  • zara_c_
Zara Prudhoe (@zara_c_) reported from Roby, England

@VodafoneUK your customer service is shocking still waiting for a call back from customer relations following a data protection breech!! 😡😡

  • mancoutd99
anthony heaney (@mancoutd99) reported from St Helens, England

@markbartram1 @VodafoneUK Obviously I’ve not hence the tweet. Not only did you give my number and account information to someone else and provide me with no service for over 2 weeks you can’t even have the decency to get back in contact with me. Talk about data protection and privacy!

  • DagsJT
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@VodafoneUK This is a long running issue I’m afraid. I’ve had Steve from your directors office tell me I’ll never get more than 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange, but Openreach say it’s distance from cabinet and not exchange. I don’t think Vodafone want to investigate it really.

  • ianrhunt
Ian Hunt (@ianrhunt) reported from Sale, England

@VodafoneUK I’ve been doing a transfer of ownership of my number for nearly 2 months now and now I cannot receive calls. 2 hrs+ on the phone today trying to resolve it but still not sorted. #poorservice #complaint #pleasesortit

  • DomYates1976
Dom Yates (@DomYates1976) reported from Eccleston, England

@VodafoneUK can you confirm the benefit of #vodafonesecurenet please. Never really understood why you charge premium service for something which should be standard practice

  • DagsJT
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

So @SkyUK finally just replied to me on Messenger. Then said that as I’ve been with them for over 10 days I’ll need an engineer. Except I only had the service installed on Friday, not 10 days ago. Such poor service. So @SkyUK cancelled and over to @VodafoneUK instead now.

  • tams36
    ❤️Tam Æ ❤️ (@tams36) reported from Chorley, England

@Iromg @VodafoneUK Well done Mike. As well as cancelling support to my fave charity The Salvation army for the same reason I also no longer donate to the RNLI for obvious reasons. I live on the S. Coast but I discovered that all funds collected are returned to the centre for re-distribution.

  • talker50
    StraightTalker50 (@talker50) reported

@GBNEWS Well @VodafoneUK , has not a single person in your organisation taken any notice of how much the support for the RNLI has gone down because of helping the illegas, don't be surprised when you get the same response.

  • BobGrumpies

Dear @VodafoneUK why do you make it SO difficult to speak to a human in your cust service team? Your phone options are designed to send people online at all costs. I’m trying to pay off my device plan but it’s like you don’t want my money. And for that TOBY,worse than useless!

@EricFor1173540 @dave43law They don’t they provide them to charities who support people who have been assessed & accepted into the Asylum System (mostly families). NOT illegal immigrants. I’m sure @VodafoneUK legal team will be taking a very serious look at these accusations.
