    @VodafoneUK My broadband sync speed with you as halved. I already get well below the promised minimum speed; how bad does it have to get before you can persuade Openreach their local network layout is comically poor needs changing? 1 mile of copper when only 0.2 from the cabinet!

    According to @VodafoneUK @XiaomiSupport Mi 11 phones seem to have an issue with the Charger, the gentleman on the phone today from Vodafone said he's had many people complaining about the charger over heating, it seems am not the only one who's contacted Xiaomi and been ignored.

    @VodafoneUK I'm not sure... as far as I can tell it's a @virginmedia issue. But you may be able to help. No one on Vodafone can call our virgin landline. It just beeps or says the number and code combination isn't recognised.

    @VodafoneUK @dolb21 worst company and customer service ever.nightmare i had with after all you find out it was mistake from you! you had been charged me more than usual while i was waiting to sort it out you put my name as a bad creditor!while i never had history of late payment in my name!

    @VodafoneUK No. It just said criteria not met! I still have email but it’s says do not reply. Maybe if I can forward it someone may see what’s wrong. I’ve never had problems before. I don’t sell my old phones I hand them on in the family. It’s making me feel stressed.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Robyn. There is a forum on their website which suggests a few other customers have had the same issue and that it's a porting fault. But when a technician called me today he was really offhand and said that I'd just Googled and hadn't got proper info!

    @VodafoneUK 1 of 2 - Hi, I was wondering if someone could possibly help? I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

    @VodafoneUK My wife took delivery of a phone today, no charger was included so it is not fit for use. She has been on the phone to try and resolve this for over 2 and a quarter hours with no resolution. How can Vodafone justify this.

    Hi @VodafoneUK can you please try help me fix the 4300 error on my app. Tried everything now from using 4G and wifi, delete and reinstall, customer service even reset my account to no prevail. Can’t see any data usage, plan info etc on the app and online. Been over a week now!

    @VodafoneUK 11th Jan I was told my request did not fit criteria! I can’t see what it doesn’t fit. It is 12 months since I upgraded my phone but I have paid for it on my contract. Applied to unlock my daughters phone on Saturday told there was a problem! Wondering if I’ll get declined again😔

    @VodafoneUK 10+ months of no data, calls, texts and Vodafone still won't fix the issue. Good luck getting anything resolved with this company, promises do not mean anything to them. Kept on the line for hours at a time waiting for a response. AVOID!!!

    @VodafoneUK i have been waiting for a call from Vodafone deadlock team since last week, but no phone call, ongoing issue since august 2020, unbelievable poor customer service, and even now at the deadlock stage Vodafone seem to be unable to deliver the solution to my problem.

    @Gary_Lucy @VodafoneUK Get that temper head on when you acted on The Bill and threaten to leave, see if that does the trick. Shouldn’t have to, but maybe even try another network. VF I reckon are the best for UK coverage.
