    @VodafoneUK Thanks Robyn. There is a forum on their website which suggests a few other customers have had the same issue and that it's a porting fault. But when a technician called me today he was really offhand and said that I'd just Googled and hadn't got proper info!

    @VodafoneUK hi vodafone can you help I upgraded to included entertainment package, had a message saying it’s ended when I was trying to set it up, and I’d get another message to set up but nothing? Website just says error all the time ? Don’t understand why? Help please

    @VodafoneUK customer service are a joke, I've had broadband installed with a deal for existing mobile phone customers promising a free 4k firestick and echo dot, don't bother, it seems to be a scam, well over 4hrs on the phone to them in over a month and still nothing #Disgrace

    @VodafoneUK Terrible customer service. Trying to cancel an account and you make it absolutely impossible. Waited in the queue, got to number 1 then booted out!! Just let people leave without putting in blockers

    @VodafoneUK I'm not sure... as far as I can tell it's a @virginmedia issue. But you may be able to help. No one on Vodafone can call our virgin landline. It just beeps or says the number and code combination isn't recognised.

    @DjLeeButler @VodafoneUK Lee you don't know the half of it Upgraded 12 days ago. Two iPhone 12s later which have been "misplaced" I'm still paying full wack for this new contract. I've been passed from pillar to post and given a specialist customer assistant. Just give me a phone ffs...

    @VodafoneUK I have an apple watch but I've no idea what is assigned to what, but may be that is what it is, so you could be right. The problem though is I'm trying to change passcodes etc, and everyone wants to send a pin number by text which isn't helping!
