Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

Been trying to speak to someone online since before 1pm yesterday and only once someone has asked for more info but not came back when I’ve given it. Meanwhile they’re replying to others who messaged them 10 mins earlier.

Over 24hrs after broadband fitted, it still isn’t connected. Over 1hr 45mins on hold and no answer from customer services. Not a great start for a new customer!
