    @VodafoneUK Itโ€™s working. Unfortunately no good upgrade deals. Does the NHS advantage still offer 15% reduction AS well as the 10% loyalty scheme. This would make it competitive against other providers then. (And only then). Thanks again from a loyal customer.

    @VodafoneUK customer service are a joke, I've had broadband installed with a deal for existing mobile phone customers promising a free 4k firestick and echo dot, don't bother, it seems to be a scam, well over 4hrs on the phone to them in over a month and still nothing #Disgrace

    @VodafoneUK absolutely appalling... contract with unlimited data and you turn the data off ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™ˆ couldnโ€™t make it up how disgraceful the service is... 2 x 40 minute plus phone calls to be told to go into store tomorrow! Do you think your customer have no lives ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @VodafoneUK I need help accessing an active Lifetime Warranty repair for my 14 Pro. Store confirmed the warranty is active but your repair system would not allow the claim to be submitted. Apple has confirmed the display fault is not customer damage. Please can someone DM me?
