Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

First person says I’ll have to pay £149 to leave despite them not meeting OFCOM regulations, then they back down and say they’ll waive the fee, then transfer me to 2nd Line regarding my speeds!
