    @VodafoneUK customer service are a joke, I've had broadband installed with a deal for existing mobile phone customers promising a free 4k firestick and echo dot, don't bother, it seems to be a scam, well over 4hrs on the phone to them in over a month and still nothing #Disgrace

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK or you could just start sending the PAC codes via text when I request (I just checked, since August I've sent EIGHT text messages and never once received a PAC code from you). I know you want to retain customers, but this isn't the way.

    @VodafoneUK When you upgrade your phone to a new one it said on it website two weeks to wait for new one to arrive. I’m still waiting and it’s been over 21 days. Very poor company.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve never ever had a problem before, until a couple of days ago. Earlier the whole wifi went off, on every device including the PC. And it continues into the middle of the morning. But yeah it’s only become an issue the last few days and nothing else has changed

    @VodafoneUK The do sell on your data that explains all the nuisance calls and that 7726 number they ask us to send numbers to us never monitored or investigated. Total bull - @vodafone I think are not complying to GDPR regulations and they won’t register my complaint about that
