Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

I already get well below the promised minimum speed; how bad does it have to get before you can persuade Openreach their local network layout is comically poor needs changing? 1 mile of copper when only 0.2 from the cabinet!

I got it sorted eventually after raising the issue with one of the agency that’s do the crimes it scores. Was a ballache at the time tho.
