First person says Iโll have to pay ยฃ149 to leave despite them not meeting OFCOM regulations, then they back down and say theyโll waive the fee, then transfer me to 2nd Line regarding my speeds!

Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.
