    Not impressed with @VodafoneUK customer support. Been trying to speak to someone online since before 1pm yesterday and only once someone has asked for more info but not came back when I’ve given it. Meanwhile they’re replying to others who messaged them 10 mins earlier.

    Fuming with @VodafoneUK paid to upgrade a few weeks early as my sons current phone is broke. Money taken from bank, email says phone will be with you 2-3 days on 30th march. No phone, contact support who blame covid 19 for delay 😡😠🤬 that's what you get for loyalty

    @VodafoneUK I am appalled at the service I have been given. I swapped my tariff on Thursday and the phone when off yesterday at 3pm. I have been left with no one being able to contact me. This phone is used for business. I need a resolve.

    Whatever you do think twice before joining @virginmedia it might look fast on paper but the 100mbs service is running slow in Kirkby when it runs at all. Customer service just blames Covid @VodafoneUK gave me prices really quickly by a lovely lady working from home

    They can’t get me a free mifi because it would take 4 weeks to get one in the post. But they can send a mobile phone next day and Of COURSE I’d have to pay for both the handset and contract. @VodafoneUK what even is this service.

    @VodafoneUK It’s working. Unfortunately no good upgrade deals. Does the NHS advantage still offer 15% reduction AS well as the 10% loyalty scheme. This would make it competitive against other providers then. (And only then). Thanks again from a loyal customer.

    @virginmedia all about the money not about the service. In Kirkby Merseyside we have had a lot of outages since March and you are ignoring my requests for help by email, chat, FB, Twitter and don’t answer the phones. @VodafoneUK uk answered my web chat straight away

    @VodafoneUK I’d nominate my 13 yr old daughter she started high school in 2019 got bullied so bad had to remove her in the Nov so she only had 2 mths there then couldn’t find a new school then covid come so only got back in Sept 2020, she received the worst messages possible #Vodafonetreats

    Yesterday I was thinking of going sim only so done a little looking on @VodafoneUK and £33 for 24 monrhs sim only so I can still have Spotify. May be worth getting to cut me bill down by £25. All the years I've been with Vodafone I've been paying nearly £60 a month with 2 phones

    @VodafoneUK @kerrianne_c deserves a new phone because its my fault hers got smashed! 😣 2 weeks ago she looked after my dog, she put her phone on the arm of her sofa and my dog jumped up and knocked it off!! Totally smashed the screen on the tiled floor! 😭😣 Felt awful!
