Interesting that @VodafoneUK say OpenReach confirms a higher minimum speed than @SkyUK are advising I will get as a minimum. On top of that, @VodafoneUK’s own guarantee is higher again too. Maybe I should’ve gone with @VodafoneUK instead. Might cancel @SkyUK not even a week in.

The @VodafoneUK Broadband App has a support and diags section. Except it requires an internet connection to access it. Which doesn’t help when you require support for why your router can’t get online. Not sure @VodafoneUK thought that one through.

@VodafoneUK again I have wasted 2 hours of my life trying to get a resolution to my service issue, to be blackmailed into staying with you! This has taken 2 mths to sort out, back & forth to your shops, Apple store etc!! Still no WiFi access, , unable to call or receive calls

@VodafoneUK I am literally counting the days until my contract runs out with you #iPhone8 stops working (in Feb) during an #iOS update- @AppleSupport couldn’t fix it & Apple technician diagnosed it as a software fault and said will be covered by 24mth #Vodafone warranty.....

So @SkyUK finally just replied to me on Messenger. Then said that as I’ve been with them for over 10 days I’ll need an engineer. Except I only had the service installed on Friday, not 10 days ago. Such poor service. So @SkyUK cancelled and over to @VodafoneUK instead now.

@VodafoneUK Slow broadband for a week on and off down to dialup speed last night, 2 hrs on phone and internet only to not be connected, go round in circles or be disconnected. Seems a common problem you are covering up judging by amount of those affected. Hope your compensation scheme works.

Typical @VodafoneUK customer service, asking me to upgrade to fibre optic with guaranteed speeds of 100 mbps. I mention I was already on fibre but don't receive the 100 mbps promised on the last 2 occasions during upgrades... Response being "Ah you see its fibre that you need"

@VodafoneUK So my dad took out a sim only contract with Vodafone. Ever since then he can't recieve calls from anybody not on Vodafone. We've spent over 4 weeks trying to get it resolved and still no fix, yet he's being charged! He's elderly and this needs to be sorted ASAP!

Hey @VodafoneUK the area I live in has now got poor phone service (the 4 streets surrounding where I live in OX4) all my neighbours and friends have the same problem where we can hear our conversations but those on the other end of the phone can't hear us.
