    They can’t get me a free mifi because it would take 4 weeks to get one in the post. But they can send a mobile phone next day and Of COURSE I’d have to pay for both the handset and contract. @VodafoneUK what even is this service.

    I appreciate there is a global pandemic and it‘s unfortunate timing that my broadband was due to connect yesterday BUT @VodafoneUK ‘s solution to not having engineers that can fix the broadband (understandable) is to courier me a new phone that I can use as a mobile hotspot.

    Been on the phone for 28 mins so far trying to cancel my @VodafoneUK broadband. First person says I’ll have to pay £149 to leave despite them not meeting OFCOM regulations, then they back down and say they’ll waive the fee, then transfer me to 2nd Line regarding my speeds!

    @VodafoneUK Cut the call as I have work. It's madness that you can't go in-store to just cancel a contract. Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

    @VodafoneUK This is a long running issue I’m afraid. I’ve had Steve from your directors office tell me I’ll never get more than 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange, but Openreach say it’s distance from cabinet and not exchange. I don’t think Vodafone want to investigate it really.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely appalling... contract with unlimited data and you turn the data off 🙈🙈🙈 couldn’t make it up how disgraceful the service is... 2 x 40 minute plus phone calls to be told to go into store tomorrow! Do you think your customer have no lives 😡

    @VodafoneUK in the past couple of weeks every time I leave the house and go from WiFi to 4G I need to switch to airline mode on and off to enable a connection. Then when I open a new app I need to do the same again to connect. Any reason this is happening and how to fix?

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I'm really not going to do that because all I've had in the past is being handed around and giving the same details over and over to the new person in whatever conveyor belts you have at Vodafone. However it just went down AGAIN and is half the rated speed. Total fail.

    Ppl if ur thinking of switching broadband stay away from @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup wow never experience such unprofessional customer service meant 2 go live on 1st June no updates after engineer been 1st or 2nd time, I've had 2 ring them more than 6 times, hours and hours wasted
