    Hi @VodafoneUK can you please try help me fix the 4300 error on my app. Tried everything now from using 4G and wifi, delete and reinstall, customer service even reset my account to no prevail. Can’t see any data usage, plan info etc on the app and online. Been over a week now!

    I am absolutely fuming waking up an Unsolicited cold call from @EE trying to sell me stuff. I blocked so many numbers and seriously that’s the last straw @EE CANCEL MY CONTRACT!! NOW!! It’s clearly #harassment - @VodafoneUK WOULD NOT TREAT a valued customer this way 😑@ee

    Fuming with @VodafoneUK paid to upgrade a few weeks early as my sons current phone is broke. Money taken from bank, email says phone will be with you 2-3 days on 30th march. No phone, contact support who blame covid 19 for delay 😑😠🀬 that's what you get for loyalty

    @VodafoneUK I'm not sure... as far as I can tell it's a @virginmedia issue. But you may be able to help. No one on Vodafone can call our virgin landline. It just beeps or says the number and code combination isn't recognised.

    @VodafoneUK 1 of 2 - Hi, I was wondering if someone could possibly help? I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

    According to @VodafoneUK @XiaomiSupport Mi 11 phones seem to have an issue with the Charger, the gentleman on the phone today from Vodafone said he's had many people complaining about the charger over heating, it seems am not the only one who's contacted Xiaomi and been ignored.

    I'd like to know whose fault it is, either @VodafoneUK or @Apple but there's (still!) no 5G coverage along the whole east end of the A71/Livingston, and I have to MANUALLY change the phone to use 4G. Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my husband died I tried to speak to Three to cancel his mobile plan. They insisted they would only speak to the account holder. I told them I hoped they had a very good psychic medium on hand. I was also told by his car insurance co that they didn't consider me next of kin?!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Hope you dont have mobile with them- when my late husband died we tried to cancel hus mobile account and get back the Β£50 credit i had put on account so he could ring people from hospice - they insisted on talking to account holder even after we sent screem shot death certificate
