    @virginmedia all about the money not about the service. In Kirkby Merseyside we have had a lot of outages since March and you are ignoring my requests for help by email, chat, FB, Twitter and donโ€™t answer the phones. @VodafoneUK uk answered my web chat straight away

    I appreciate there is a global pandemic and itโ€˜s unfortunate timing that my broadband was due to connect yesterday BUT @VodafoneUK โ€˜s solution to not having engineers that can fix the broadband (understandable) is to courier me a new phone that I can use as a mobile hotspot.

    @VodafoneUK My wife took delivery of a phone today, no charger was included so it is not fit for use. She has been on the phone to try and resolve this for over 2 and a quarter hours with no resolution. How can Vodafone justify this.

    Been on the phone for 28 mins so far trying to cancel my @VodafoneUK broadband. First person says Iโ€™ll have to pay ยฃ149 to leave despite them not meeting OFCOM regulations, then they back down and say theyโ€™ll waive the fee, then transfer me to 2nd Line regarding my speeds!

    @VodafoneUK hi vodafone can you help I upgraded to included entertainment package, had a message saying itโ€™s ended when I was trying to set it up, and Iโ€™d get another message to set up but nothing? Website just says error all the time ? Donโ€™t understand why? Help please

    @VodafoneUK Terrible customer service. Trying to cancel an account and you make it absolutely impossible. Waited in the queue, got to number 1 then booted out!! Just let people leave without putting in blockers

    @VodafoneUK Cut the call as I have work. It's madness that you can't go in-store to just cancel a contract. Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

    @VodafoneUK Just spent 25 minutes on the phone regarding my current arrangement, for the 3rd time. On both previous calls promises to respond and own the problem. No response to either. Appalling customer service. Asked to be put through to Max Taylor. Now want another 10 days!

    @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? Itโ€™s not about โ€œcoverageโ€ but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. Youโ€™re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!

    @VodafoneUK have you got anyone in the UK I can speak to? Actually call, speak, voice? I cannot undertand the heavy accents of your retentions teams and it clearly is bad for your business. A human would be nice.

    @VodafoneUK is 10 days reasonable to fix a faulty phone you sold me for ยฃ1200 and your app said itโ€™s a faulty battery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to have a faulty phone repaired or replaced within a "reasonable time"
