    Oh dear @VodafoneUK, you get my bill wrong, admit it's wrong but then don't correct it. Your complaints team then fail to ring me to discuss my complaint as promised and now you threaten to cut me off for non-payment of the bill which you've accepted is incorrect.

    @VodafoneUK I am literally counting the days until my contract runs out with you #iPhone8 stops working (in Feb) during an #iOS update- @AppleSupport couldn’t fix it & Apple technician diagnosed it as a software fault and said will be covered by 24mth #Vodafone warranty.....

    While I'm on the subject of #accessibility related customer service, nod to @VodafoneUK who have dedicated "Wifi Xperts" who can only be reached by phone (maybe they can't get their own connectivity to work either), take eons to answer and only suggest switch-off-and-on solutions

    @rbairwell @metpoliceuk I absolutely could not get anyone from @VodafoneUK to help me last night for love nor money. It's like they wanted my phone to have all sorts of charges on it. And non-emergency just wouldn't work online and I think did not care. Note: public phones really don't exist any more.

    @VodafoneUK I have been passed pillar to post, promised this promised that, given numerous erroneous explanations and bills, to no satisfaction other than to themselves. Hands down the worst company to deal with, EVER. I would strongly advise people to not fall into the trap

    . @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup can you tell me why you’ve been overcharging me for my broadband for 9 months, and when I try and speak to someone to resolve this issue, I am transferred 8 times to different departments and still don’t have a resolution after 8 hours of discussion

    @VodafoneUK Do not use vodaphone. Their customer services is so bad, I requested that they cancel my services and send me a final bill, did they do it? No. Cue months of unpaid bill marks on my credit file..I am still arguing with them YEARS later to get the marks removed. They don’t care
