Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍

I’ve had Steve from your directors office tell me I’ll never get more than 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange, but Openreach say it’s distance from cabinet and not exchange. I don’t think Vodafone want to investigate it really.
