Over 24hrs after broadband fitted, it still isn’t connected. Over 1hr 45mins on hold and no answer from customer services. Not a great start for a new customer!

You've managed to be more of a sh*tshow at providing anything other than 1mbps mobile Internet for weeks. At least I used to get 5G a few times a week before.
