    Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores canโ€™t cancel the contracts itโ€™s all in the call centre ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

    @WalnutRede @HighSpeedPanda @VodafoneUK Same here. Been with them for yonks but latterly just full of empty promises. Upgrade to an alternate Network.

    @VodafoneUK 1 of 2 - Hi, I was wondering if someone could possibly help? I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

    @VodafoneUK are youse having problems with signal because mine keeps going off an keeps saying no network having to sit with me hands in the air just to get 1 bar back an itโ€™s staying on 3G itโ€™s a joke ๐Ÿ˜ก itโ€™s gone off twice while typing this and I type quick ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @VodafoneUK My monthly airtime bill has increased from ยฃ35.15 to ยฃ40.51. This is extortionate. How can you justify a 14 plus % increase? I have been a #Vodaphone customer for over 15 years. There is no loyalty scheme for long term customers. ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @virginmedia all about the money not about the service. In Kirkby Merseyside we have had a lot of outages since March and you are ignoring my requests for help by email, chat, FB, Twitter and donโ€™t answer the phones. @VodafoneUK uk answered my web chat straight away

    @bt_uk wouldn't give me their special offer open to new broadband customers. Loyalty counts for nothing. So am off to @VodafoneUK to take them up on their discounted offer. When will these companies ever learn to treat all customers the same?

    @VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee I've tried to use this locally a few times over the years, but every @CostaCoffee I've tried it in hsve said "we font fo it in this branch" so I've given up trying to redeem this very me reward or Friday treat, due to the embarrassment of bring turned down.

    @VodafoneUK customer service are a joke, I've had broadband installed with a deal for existing mobile phone customers promising a free 4k firestick and echo dot, don't bother, it seems to be a scam, well over 4hrs on the phone to them in over a month and still nothing #Disgrace

    @VodafoneUK 11th Jan I was told my request did not fit criteria! I canโ€™t see what it doesnโ€™t fit. It is 12 months since I upgraded my phone but I have paid for it on my contract. Applied to unlock my daughters phone on Saturday told there was a problem! Wondering if Iโ€™ll get declined again๐Ÿ˜”

    Bought a device from @VodafoneUK and was told to go pick up in shop. Shop says it can see device ordered, but no instruction to release. Called Customer Serv and told I will receive a text to collect. I was told this device is in stock in shop. Why lie to make a sale?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport u so need to get proper signal on ln12 2 area. Mablethorpe gets proper 5g and 4g and all we get is basic 4g which is rubbish. When will we get proper upgrades signal? @VodafoneUK never cares so hoping u can push your parent company

    @VodafoneUK your 4G and 5G both Sucks. My contract end in March 2027 im not renewing with you guys any more. Paying ยฃ42 a month for nothing.
