Hi @VodafoneUK is it correct that if my Home Broadband service is cancelled within the first 14 days that it gets disconnected 5 days after the cancellation request was raised, I called 191 to cancel yesterday (5 Nov) and they told me it disconnects on 10 November! Thanks. James

@VodafoneUK customer service are a joke, I've had broadband installed with a deal for existing mobile phone customers promising a free 4k firestick and echo dot, don't bother, it seems to be a scam, well over 4hrs on the phone to them in over a month and still nothing #Disgrace

@VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee I've tried to use this locally a few times over the years, but every @CostaCoffee I've tried it in hsve said "we font fo it in this branch" so I've given up trying to redeem this very me reward or Friday treat, due to the embarrassment of bring turned down.

@ADragonDemands I had no idea. 🫥 Apparently, HOTD was available in Greece due to a contract with @VodafoneUK, but each episode was available in the platform only a few hours after the release - and in a very poor quality. I tried the subscription but decided to quit it, eventually.
