Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores can’t cancel the contracts it’s all in the call centre 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

@VodafoneUK @O_OHannahF I was told it would be fixed by 18.25 then had to contact again at 21.45 and was told it was fixed but they were testing so it would be fine after midnight. It’s still not working and told again ‘there is an outage’ I work from home so will have lost at least 2 days work.

The worst customer service in Egypt. There is no control over Vodafone's customer service staff. You refrain from submitting a complaint to the client, you end the call during our conversation without any respect for us. #vodafone @VodafoneEgypt @VodafoneUK
