    @VodafoneUK Cut the call as I have work. It's madness that you can't go in-store to just cancel a contract. Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

    Hi @VodafoneUK can you please check the signal and coverage in the #Gateacre area of #Liverpool (postcode to mention L25 5JY), there’s literally no 4G signal in the area and very slow 3G or No Service on iPhone X. Thanks #Vodafone #VodafoneUK 📱

    @VodafoneUK I will share the news that Vodafone Uk has appalling customer service. Over 24hrs after broadband fitted, it still isn’t connected. Over 1hr 45mins on hold and no answer from customer services. Not a great start for a new customer!

    @VodafoneUK @VOXI_UK @Apple the 4GSignal is so bad there should b a lawsuit. Odd to see that iPhone12Pro can’t stay on 3G that has a 5bar Signal & No Switch in setting AT ALL for just 3G. The 4g must be interfered or a mast or bandwidth has changed since March!

    If your job depends on it avoid @VodafoneUK as they will incorrectly perform a sim swap and leave you without service and the inability to reconnect you for up to (and even over) 24hrs. This is something @Ofcom need to investigate!
