Cannot wait for my relationship with @VodafoneUK to come to an end. Told I was given a £20 account credit as a “gesture of goodwill” for appalling service. Sent me a bill for next month. Not on it. Plus disconnection date is 25th Oct so they’re going to have to refund it anyway!

Gotta give it to @VodafoneUK, the only company I know who can tell you there is no problem in your area, when neither mine nor my partners phones have any signal, and my partners broadband are down, and all there advises are either busy, or telling me there’s no issue, nice one

@virginmedia all about the money not about the service. In Kirkby Merseyside we have had a lot of outages since March and you are ignoring my requests for help by email, chat, FB, Twitter and don’t answer the phones. @VodafoneUK uk answered my web chat straight away

@VodafoneUK 1 of 2 - Hi, I was wondering if someone could possibly help? I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

@VodafoneUK My wife took delivery of a phone today, no charger was included so it is not fit for use. She has been on the phone to try and resolve this for over 2 and a quarter hours with no resolution. How can Vodafone justify this.

@VodafoneUK It’s working. Unfortunately no good upgrade deals. Does the NHS advantage still offer 15% reduction AS well as the 10% loyalty scheme. This would make it competitive against other providers then. (And only then). Thanks again from a loyal customer.

@VodafoneUK @O2 Hi James, I stupidly recycled my iPhone X with O2 and wow it was the worst thing I ever did tbh. Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍

@pauld_donnelly @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Vodafone and BT in the same bag.. when my sister in law died and my husband called BT to cancel the contract, guess what: they had to “talk to her”!! (They finally rectified their position after escalation and had to provide the death certificate).. shocking

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I’m sorry for your loss. Always pays to tweet the company and its ceo publicly. They loathe public exposure. I got immediate responses from a bank and a stairlift company when I did this after mum died. Customer service teams are there to deflect customers not to serve them.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Hi George. Really sorry to hear about your circumstances. I called O2 earlier today about changing my account terms and was really impressed with their helpfulness and speed of response. Admittedly I was not trying to cancel.

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot My word, your customer service is useless and inhumane, isn't it? Thank you for illustrating so clearly to *so many of us* why we wouldn't want to have a contract with you. Magnificent own goal, there.

@GeorgeMonbiot There is law regarding harrassment of debtors, in this case a person who was not in debt and was deceased but by proxy your father. I am a @VodafoneUK customer, but this has made me consider whether that continues. It is not ok for a corporate like #Vodafone to act this way.
