Vodafone Issues Reports Near Wallasey, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Wallasey and nearby locations:

  • antwigan Ant (@antwigan) reported from Ormskirk, England

@VodafoneUK It’s working. Unfortunately no good upgrade deals. Does the NHS advantage still offer 15% reduction AS well as the 10% loyalty scheme. This would make it competitive against other providers then. (And only then). Thanks again from a loyal customer.

  • wesfromspeke Wes Chimuzu Jr (@wesfromspeke) reported from Garston, England

Poor customer service and lack of engagement with my problem that they’ve caused by not merging my bills, wrong timescales, lies after lies and incompetence, causing great distress and anxiety - @VodafoneUK @N5JFY @BoxmeerJean

  • wesfromspeke Wes Chimuzu Jr (@wesfromspeke) reported from Garston, England

@VodafoneUK are inconsistent with their advice😡 I have been waiting for my account to be sorted and been told many lies- their staff don’t seem to be connected and engaged with customer issues - my journey has been a nightmare - very disappointed maybe the Ombudsman Services can

  • CharlieIDIC IDIC (@CharlieIDIC) reported from Kirkby, England

Whatever you do think twice before joining @virginmedia it might look fast on paper but the 100mbs service is running slow in Kirkby when it runs at all. Customer service just blames Covid @VodafoneUK gave me prices really quickly by a lovely lady working from home

  • matthew3reed Matthew Reed (@matthew3reed) reported from Liverpool, England

@VodafoneUK 1 of 2 - Hi, I was wondering if someone could possibly help? I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

  • Redgirl2019 Jojo (@Redgirl2019) reported from Wallasey, England

  • AlexGulrajani Alex Gulrajani (@AlexGulrajani) reported from Liverpool, England

Cannot wait for my relationship with @VodafoneUK to come to an end. Told I was given a £20 account credit as a “gesture of goodwill” for appalling service. Sent me a bill for next month. Not on it. Plus disconnection date is 25th Oct so they’re going to have to refund it anyway!

  • Joshparkersuxx Josh Parker (@Joshparkersuxx) reported from Birkenhead, England

Gotta give it to @VodafoneUK, the only company I know who can tell you there is no problem in your area, when neither mine nor my partners phones have any signal, and my partners broadband are down, and all there advises are either busy, or telling me there’s no issue, nice one

@VodafoneUK @O2 Hi James, I stupidly recycled my iPhone X with O2 and wow it was the worst thing I ever did tbh. Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍

  • CharlieIDIC IDIC (@CharlieIDIC) reported from Kirkby, England

@virginmedia all about the money not about the service. In Kirkby Merseyside we have had a lot of outages since March and you are ignoring my requests for help by email, chat, FB, Twitter and don’t answer the phones. @VodafoneUK uk answered my web chat straight away

  • EriktheLost Erik the Lost © 🇺🇳 🇪🇺 (@EriktheLost) reported

@VodafoneUK To be frank, this DM service is as useless as your Tobi system. I am not satified, have been with you for years and things are awful now. I am seriously thinking of going elsewhere...

  • Swiftlozza Lauren Knight (@Swiftlozza) reported

@VodafoneUK do you really think it is acceptable to have engineer booked in for a brand new customer, for then to not turn up and not even inform the customer. Leaving them without any internet at all. Then for it to take a very long to time actually even speak to someone.

  • RedRoseRomeo Chris (@RedRoseRomeo) reported

Thank you @VodafoneUK for ramping up prices by nearly 10%! “this increase is CPI rate of 5.4% to support the rise in our running costs and keep up with increased demand, plus an additional 3.9% to continue essential investment” Time to return to basics #inflation #Vodafone

  • Monkeysocks07 Leah Palmer (@Monkeysocks07) reported

@VodafoneUK It doesn't appear my handset trade in discount has been applied to this months bill. Please can someone help?

  • palace361 Palace361 (@palace361) reported

@VodafoneUK What sort of general reply is that? Do you think in the current circumstances it’s acceptable to change a loyal customer £30 more a month. £70 a month is unrealistic. Please provide your formal complaints procedure.

  • Fletch61142421 Fletch (@Fletch61142421) reported

@VodafoneUK unfortunately had to get my PAC code, 21 years of being a customer but off to pastures new @VodafoneGroup loyalty used to work both ways #endofanera

  • CasKirensys Karl akers (@CasKirensys) reported

@sam09p @VodafoneUK Yeah I've just looked at available contracts, and I can now get a better deal at every network - And Vodafone have proved to be less than reliable over the last few months.

  • palace361 Palace361 (@palace361) reported

@VodafoneUK As an existing customer who is due an upgrade, I’m disgusted that all I’ve been offered is a contract that will cost me £30 more a month (with less data) with no room for negotiation. As o2 have been nothing but helpful, I think I’ll be jumping ship!

  • Natbicker Nat (@Natbicker) reported

@VodafoneUK your broadband app is shocking. login then password then text a code also. explain why a text code is required? also why doesnt it work off facial recognition? your providing broadband and mobile phone services hardly MI6
