Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

It is 12 months since I upgraded my phone but I have paid for it on my contract. Applied to unlock my daughters phone on Saturday told there was a problem! Wondering if I’ll get declined again😔

Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍
