Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

There is a forum on their website which suggests a few other customers have had the same issue and that it's a porting fault. But when a technician called me today he was really offhand and said that I'd just Googled and hadn't got proper info!

I ported from Three this Monday and it was successful however I cannot access the app at all, only the website works. Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.
