    Cannot wait for my relationship with @VodafoneUK to come to an end. Told I was given a £20 account credit as a “gesture of goodwill” for appalling service. Sent me a bill for next month. Not on it. Plus disconnection date is 25th Oct so they’re going to have to refund it anyway!

    Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores can’t cancel the contracts it’s all in the call centre 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

    @bt_uk wouldn't give me their special offer open to new broadband customers. Loyalty counts for nothing. So am off to @VodafoneUK to take them up on their discounted offer. When will these companies ever learn to treat all customers the same?

    @VodafoneUK hi vodafone can you help I upgraded to included entertainment package, had a message saying it’s ended when I was trying to set it up, and I’d get another message to set up but nothing? Website just says error all the time ? Don’t understand why? Help please

    @VodafoneUK … endless issues in confirming my upgrade since I chose to stay with you as a provider when my contract expired last month! Simply not good enough ,and now can’t leave as contract rolled over!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Robyn. There is a forum on their website which suggests a few other customers have had the same issue and that it's a porting fault. But when a technician called me today he was really offhand and said that I'd just Googled and hadn't got proper info!

    I am absolutely fuming waking up an Unsolicited cold call from @EE trying to sell me stuff. I blocked so many numbers and seriously that’s the last straw @EE CANCEL MY CONTRACT!! NOW!! It’s clearly #harassment - @VodafoneUK WOULD NOT TREAT a valued customer this way 😡@ee

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Just to let you know I will not be using Vodafone again on principle due to Vodafone giving free SIMs to illegal migrants. Having been working for several decades with British homeless families & single adults who have had no such support I don’t support your action!
