Over 24hrs after broadband fitted, it still isn’t connected. Over 1hr 45mins on hold and no answer from customer services. Not a great start for a new customer!

It is 12 months since I upgraded my phone but I have paid for it on my contract. Applied to unlock my daughters phone on Saturday told there was a problem! Wondering if I’ll get declined again😔

Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.
