It is 12 months since I upgraded my phone but I have paid for it on my contract. Applied to unlock my daughters phone on Saturday told there was a problem! Wondering if I’ll get declined again😔

Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

Maybe if I can forward it someone may see what’s wrong. I’ve never had problems before. I don’t sell my old phones I hand them on in the family. It’s making me feel stressed.
