According to @VodafoneUK @XiaomiSupport Mi 11 phones seem to have an issue with the Charger, the gentleman on the phone today from Vodafone said he's had many people complaining about the charger over heating, it seems am not the only one who's contacted Xiaomi and been ignored.

  • mcknut John McKerrell (@mcknut) reported from Liverpool, England

@SayBeano @virginmedia Just cancel and switch. Been very happy with @VodafoneUK gigafast for a few months

  • Miss_Defying Rebecca Harrisson (@Miss_Defying) reported from Ormskirk, England

@VodafoneUK Will be switching to you if people continue to speak to me like he did!! He said it might be your issue but I can't see how that would be the case and I can call anyone else without a problem.

  • BarryWalters7 Barry Walters (@BarryWalters7) reported from Seaforth, England

@VodafoneUK My wife took delivery of a phone today, no charger was included so it is not fit for use. She has been on the phone to try and resolve this for over 2 and a quarter hours with no resolution. How can Vodafone justify this.

  • Lloyd3Julie Julie Lloyd (@Lloyd3Julie) reported from Wallasey, England

@VodafoneUK why is it so hard to get an unlock code from you? You tell me my information is incorrect. All I want to do is unlock my old phone to give to a family member. They are a key worker! Any help please.

  • MatthewG_685 Matthew Gardiner (@MatthewG_685) reported from Hoylake, England

  • Sm4rty09 Tony Smart (@Sm4rty09) reported from Liverpool, England

@VodafoneUK Terrible customer service. Trying to cancel an account and you make it absolutely impossible. Waited in the queue, got to number 1 then booted out!! Just let people leave without putting in blockers

  • Lloyd3Julie Julie Lloyd (@Lloyd3Julie) reported from Wallasey, England

@VodafoneUK No. It just said criteria not met! I still have email but it’s says do not reply. Maybe if I can forward it someone may see what’s wrong. I’ve never had problems before. I don’t sell my old phones I hand them on in the family. It’s making me feel stressed.

  • JamesRoberts330 James Roberts (@JamesRoberts330) reported from Liverpool, England

Anyone else on #Vodafone #VodafoneUK finding their internet very slow lately? 📱

  • Lloyd3Julie Julie Lloyd (@Lloyd3Julie) reported from Wallasey, England

@VodafoneUK 11th Jan I was told my request did not fit criteria! I can’t see what it doesn’t fit. It is 12 months since I upgraded my phone but I have paid for it on my contract. Applied to unlock my daughters phone on Saturday told there was a problem! Wondering if I’ll get declined again😔

  • Redgirl2019 Jojo (@Redgirl2019) reported from Wallasey, England

Usually I would give @VodafoneUK 10/10 for their customer service until today. Some really rude & unhelpful person has made my blood boil fuming isn’t the word

  • DomYates1976 Dom Yates (@DomYates1976) reported from Eccleston, England

@VodafoneUK can you confirm the benefit of #vodafonesecurenet please. Never really understood why you charge premium service for something which should be standard practice

  • JayWHEWELL Jay Whewell (@JayWHEWELL) reported from Liverpool, England

@VodafoneUK @DjLeeButler Suppose if I had 40k followers I'd get my issue sorted as well...

  • Miss_Defying Rebecca Harrisson (@Miss_Defying) reported from Ormskirk, England

@VodafoneUK Thanks Robyn. There is a forum on their website which suggests a few other customers have had the same issue and that it's a porting fault. But when a technician called me today he was really offhand and said that I'd just Googled and hadn't got proper info!

  • Miss_Defying Rebecca Harrisson (@Miss_Defying) reported from Ormskirk, England

@VodafoneUK I'm not sure... as far as I can tell it's a @virginmedia issue. But you may be able to help. No one on Vodafone can call our virgin landline. It just beeps or says the number and code combination isn't recognised.

  • cartela74 Clearweed Ranter (@cartela74) reported from Wallasey, England

@VodafoneUK Trying to speak to someone about an address you have put on my credit file that has nothing to do with me. Twice I've been left on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. Can someone get in touch who can help with this please, before I involve the financial ombudsman

  • JamesRoberts330 James Roberts (@JamesRoberts330) reported from Liverpool, England

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Fox18Liam ScotTrader (@Fox18Liam) reported

@VodafoneUK couldn’t be any less transparent. Selling to you a monthly price for broadband and phone to start in April. But then increasing those charges due to annual charges increases. 🐍 of the 🐍 an actual disgrace in customer service and sales. Outright lying #vodafoneboykot

  • MendingTheGap Chris Jeffery (@MendingTheGap) reported

@VodafoneUK Vodafone Customer Service tell anyone looking to claim Voxi Network to contact DWP and ask them how to be included in this

  • IamPlunet plunet (@IamPlunet) reported

@VodafoneUK No need, cos it's all working now so someone has obviously put 50p in the meter and given the website a kick. I know clearing cache and cookies can often help but when a customer says they have tried multiple devices it might be your systems that have fallen over...

  • MrD_Computing Ian Dickinson (@MrD_Computing) reported

@VodafoneUK That's great, but will you please put a system in place that allows customers to actually talk to someone to sort out issues and answer questions. Support is dreadful, can't speak to anyone, been trying for hours.

  • DaveAnnun Dave M (@DaveAnnun) reported

@KellyQuilt @VodafoneUK I went to Smarty, using the 3 networks for their 4 and5G service, which seem cheaper than the competition and decent so far...

  • joannescotland Joanne Scotland (@joannescotland) reported

@KellyQuilt @VodafoneUK It irks me no end that companies are allowed to essentially put whatever ****** clauses they like into contracts. The only choice consumers have nowadays is to pick one unethical, profiteering, loop-hole abusing company over another. We never benefit.

  • Quilterdown Countess Quilterdown. I marched. (@Quilterdown) reported

@KellyQuilt @VodafoneUK Tesco mobile - no price increase for duration of contract. I left Vodafone for them and have never had a problem. My experience with Vodafone ( for almost 20 years( was rubbish.

  • AlbertGiubilini Alberto Giubilini (@AlbertGiubilini) reported

@VodafoneUK thanks, I am going to do that, though I hope you understand that asking someone with broadband problems to go to a chat online to solve the problem is not ideal. Because the problem is precisely that one can't go online with the wifi (need to use the phone for chatting).

  • nats148 Natalie Francis🖤🤍 (@nats148) reported

@connorbrogan16 @VodafoneUK They're all as bad as each other when it comes to upgrades/better deals 😣

  • AlbertGiubilini Alberto Giubilini (@AlbertGiubilini) reported

@VodafoneUK broadband has been either down or very slow for the past 2 days. If I try to contact customer service I am told to go online, which you might realise is ridiculous, or wait an indefinite amount of time on the phone. How can one get the service they pay for from you?
