I’m sure you can check cctv, I appreciate the assistant was serving another customer, but for him to not even acknowledge me or ask for the member of staff to come out and serve me is appalling. I left the store in the end 😡

I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? Paul Ryan (@pjryan51) reportedGiven up on Vodafone after 15 years. All network providers in UK are a bit of a disaster at the moment but @VodafoneUK seems to have all bit given up. No coverage, can never speak to anyone , price increases. I honestly think in UK we'll soon end up paying £100 a month for a faceless AI "assistant" to offer corporate apologies for no service while still holding you to a contract and charging for non payment back up by a court system that allows them to enforce fast track judgments !
