I’m sure you can check cctv, I appreciate the assistant was serving another customer, but for him to not even acknowledge me or ask for the member of staff to come out and serve me is appalling. But when a technician called me today he was really offhand and said that I'd just Googled and hadn't got proper info!

Hopefully we'll complete soon.
