Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores can’t cancel the contracts it’s all in the call centre 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

@VodafoneUK My broadband drops out multiple times a day to the point I can’t sit and watch a film. When I spoke to someone they said the increase in people working from home was putting a strain on the network. How many people are working from home at 23:30 as it’s just dropped?
