    @VodafoneUK I am literally counting the days until my contract runs out with you #iPhone8 stops working (in Feb) during an #iOS update- @AppleSupport couldn’t fix it & Apple technician diagnosed it as a software fault and said will be covered by 24mth #Vodafone warranty.....

    Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores can’t cancel the contracts it’s all in the call centre 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

    @VodafoneUK are youse having problems with signal because mine keeps going off an keeps saying no network having to sit with me hands in the air just to get 1 bar back an it’s staying on 3G it’s a joke 😡 it’s gone off twice while typing this and I type quick 😡

    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    @VodafoneUK again I have wasted 2 hours of my life trying to get a resolution to my service issue, to be blackmailed into staying with you! This has taken 2 mths to sort out, back & forth to your shops, Apple store etc!! Still no WiFi access, , unable to call or receive calls

    Oh dear @VodafoneUK, you get my bill wrong, admit it's wrong but then don't correct it. Your complaints team then fail to ring me to discuss my complaint as promised and now you threaten to cut me off for non-payment of the bill which you've accepted is incorrect.

    Bit shit when you ring @VodafoneUK for an upgrade and you get transferred to onecom who try and shaft you with awful deals.

    @GeorgeOnToast @VodafoneUK I haven’t had any problems with Sky, but I was paying £17 a month. I’m now out of contract and when I went on their live chat to ask about any deals they wanted £27! So I asked them to cancel it.

    @VodafoneUK hey, I can't seem to find an Answer to this anywhere. But if im on an unlimited data contract. Does that include unlimited hotspot/tethering? I'm not planning on rinsing it but my broadband has gone down and can't be fixed to Monday so was planning on using that. TY

    Hello @VodafoneUK, my mbl data hasn’t been working for 48 hour. Spoke to one of your team at length yday, went through troubleshooting, turned out problem was your end. Told me it would be resolved. It hasn’t been 😤 Tried your online chat but ‘TOBi’ doesn’t understand the issue

    @VodafoneUK I’ve just lost my Vodafone mobile data signal and have no phone signal. Can you look into this please ? Done the usual turn off and on and removed sim
