    And considering they were told by several people it would work yesterday, and their whole flat is run via internet to make their lives easier with a newborn this really is not acceptable. Poor Carla canโ€™t even watch tv during night feeds as she can only stream tv! ๐Ÿ™ƒ @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK again I have wasted 2 hours of my life trying to get a resolution to my service issue, to be blackmailed into staying with you! This has taken 2 mths to sort out, back & forth to your shops, Apple store etc!! Still no WiFi access, , unable to call or receive calls

    @VodafoneUK 1 of 2 - Hi, I was wondering if someone could possibly help? I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK just got off the phone from your so called customer services, Iโ€™ve been screamed at by two of your Scottish call handlers, absolutely unacceptable. Probably the worst behaviour from call handlers that I have ever heard of!

    @VodafoneUK Cut the call as I have work. It's madness that you can't go in-store to just cancel a contract. Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

    I am absolutely fuming waking up an Unsolicited cold call from @EE trying to sell me stuff. I blocked so many numbers and seriously thatโ€™s the last straw @EE CANCEL MY CONTRACT!! NOW!! Itโ€™s clearly #harassment - @VodafoneUK WOULD NOT TREAT a valued customer this way ๐Ÿ˜ก@ee

    @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK So 3 customer popped into Vodafone as your store closure notes you can find 3 at Vodafone. Unable to upgrade, cancel or discuss accounts. Confirmed with several stores. This is definitely a breach not everyone wants to speak to cust service on the phone...

    @VodafoneUK One of the worst broadband experiences. Set up first plan, took them two more weeks to activate than promised. Insufficient for the house, upgraded the plan and routerโ€ฆone month and a half and the upgrade plan is not yet working. Choose another company.
