She went and made a CEO Complaint direct to their email address and had an apology and resolution rather quickly after. Sure if you google you can find an email address. Obviously the device plans are different but why a ยฃ10pm difference for the same airtime service? Make it make sense.

Xtine ๐ (@xtinexoop) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK 18 months to find a buyer for mums flat so we paying DOUBLE council tax (ยฃ400), standing charges for utilities and ยฃ270 a month service charge as her flat is sheltered complex - so ยฃ700ish a month for an empty flat with no services being used! Hopefully we'll complete soon.
