    @VodafoneUK customer service are a joke, I've had broadband installed with a deal for existing mobile phone customers promising a free 4k firestick and echo dot, don't bother, it seems to be a scam, well over 4hrs on the phone to them in over a month and still nothing #Disgrace

    @VodafoneUK St. Helens store, to be honest its not the first time. Iโ€™m sure you can check cctv, I appreciate the assistant was serving another customer, but for him to not even acknowledge me or ask for the member of staff to come out and serve me is appalling. I left the store in the end ๐Ÿ˜ก

    Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores canโ€™t cancel the contracts itโ€™s all in the call centre ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

    When will @VodafoneUK provide a reasonable 4G signal that is stable? Why do we have to put up with speed test that gives a download sped in Kbs and upload of zero? This is happening every single day. This message might not list at time of writing but get put in drafts.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my father in law died, I phoned VMedia to ask if the account could be transferred in his wifeโ€™s name. They said we couldnโ€™t. Said we had to cancel the contract, pay a hefty cancellation charge (something like 10 months of the contract owing) and open a new acc in her name

    Had a suspected spam call tried to report it to @VodafoneUK but didn't seem interested, not sure if the number I goggled (191) was spam as well so if you're a Vodafone customer just be on your guard

    @VodafoneUK your broadband is appalling. We pay for 150mb/s fibre. I've barely been able to write a word document today for work. Now we have TV saying theres a problem with our network. We will soon be leaving before the end of our contract.
