I’m sure you can check cctv, I appreciate the assistant was serving another customer, but for him to not even acknowledge me or ask for the member of staff to come out and serve me is appalling. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.
