It is 12 months since I upgraded my phone but I have paid for it on my contract. Applied to unlock my daughters phone on Saturday told there was a problem! Wondering if I’ll get declined again😔

Told I was given a £20 account credit as a “gesture of goodwill” for appalling service. Sent me a bill for next month. Not on it. Plus disconnection date is 25th Oct so they’re going to have to refund it anyway!

I’m sure you can check cctv, I appreciate the assistant was serving another customer, but for him to not even acknowledge me or ask for the member of staff to come out and serve me is appalling. Tried to login the app. The forgotten username button doesn’t work and when I press forgot password it tells me a password is needed. Scrapped that and logged in online and it’s saying my first bill is double what it should be!?!
