Maybe if I can forward it someone may see what’s wrong. I’ve never had problems before. I don’t sell my old phones I hand them on in the family. It’s making me feel stressed.

Can’t see any data usage, plan info etc on the app and online. Been over a week now!

Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

I appreciate there's privacy laws etc but there should be a system in place for this kind of situation
