Hi @VodafoneUK can you please try help me fix the 4300 error on my app. Tried everything now from using 4G and wifi, delete and reinstall, customer service even reset my account to no prevail. Can’t see any data usage, plan info etc on the app and online. Been over a week now!

@VodafoneUK customer service are a joke, I've had broadband installed with a deal for existing mobile phone customers promising a free 4k firestick and echo dot, don't bother, it seems to be a scam, well over 4hrs on the phone to them in over a month and still nothing #Disgrace

@VodafoneUK I will be formally complaining no matter what. The way we have been treated is just not acceptable. I would give you the account detail but would take you a few hours to read all the correspondence by phone calls , text and in person at the shop. Will all be shown in complaint
