    @virginmedia all about the money not about the service. In Kirkby Merseyside we have had a lot of outages since March and you are ignoring my requests for help by email, chat, FB, Twitter and don’t answer the phones. @VodafoneUK uk answered my web chat straight away

    @VodafoneUK Cut the call as I have work. It's madness that you can't go in-store to just cancel a contract. Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

    @VodafoneUK I will share the news that Vodafone Uk has appalling customer service. Over 24hrs after broadband fitted, it still isn’t connected. Over 1hr 45mins on hold and no answer from customer services. Not a great start for a new customer!

    @MarleyThirteen Try @VodafoneUK Marley Use the same BT bit into your house but have their own faster lines and infrastructure outside and to the Internet Rarely any issues and hasn't gone down during periods that both BT and Virgin have Plus the support team are top!!
