  • Beth71906798 Beth (@Beth71906798) reported

@VodafoneUK if I go to a branch tomorrow will you actually let me come inside and sit down to get a problem I’ve had for months hopefully sorted out?

  • harlequin_1963 Gary Mackenzie (@harlequin_1963) reported

@VodafoneUK Nothing you or anyone can do about landline, it's an eo line. Your Vodafone signal as I said is on your own checker only capable of 2g outdoors. This is similar to EE who can only manage 3g intermittently. It's why these systems are only useful when at least one signals good.

  • LeadHeads121 Ross Robinson (@LeadHeads121) reported

@VodafoneUK has a contract with you, which came to an end. Now I am trying to get my huawei phone unlocked and keep on being sent back and forwards from Vodafone and huawei. Can anyone help me get this issue resolved

  • mummyfordof10 lisaford10 (@mummyfordof10) reported

@VodafoneUK The fibre city man has already been out, and spliced the wire. He said it would be no problem. So do you not supply fibre broadband to a flat? I even spoke to someone on 2 different occasions, explained I'd need 2 lines. Both times was told it was no problem

  • Wolfwiser Bob (@Wolfwiser) reported

@VodafoneUK please tell me how I can speak to anybody or fix not being able to activate my Spotify subscription upon contract renewal. The most frustrating ’service’

  • mummyfordof10 lisaford10 (@mummyfordof10) reported

Can anyone recommend a decent broadband. Has to be fibre broadband. Not @VodafoneUK as been mucked around by them already. Not @virginmedia as I'm with them, and connection is awful, and I pay loads when new customers get it a lot cheaper 🤬

  • jaygovindm jai (@jaygovindm) reported

@VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea Needs to Improve Network Coverage, Not Offerings Vodafone Idea’s Network Might Be the Reason Why It Is Far Behind Airtel and Jio

  • PsyduckWild Wild Psyduck (@PsyduckWild) reported

@VodafoneUK @AleksE125 Wow. Im sending this to your directors. Utterly disgusting. You scam 99% of people then gift a few others and brag about how its only for people who are not currently getting ripped off, or scammed, or havin their device stolen by you repair team , or experiencing poo service gg

  • PaulDJSwann Paul Swann (@PaulDJSwann) reported from Worcestershire, England

@VodafoneUK And, of course, the direct message only reaches a bot which doesn't understand the problem!

  • Paul__Walsh Paul Walsh (@Paul__Walsh) reported

@VodafoneUK What are you talking about? This does not affect Android devices. It affects all of your customers. Asking Google is as useful as asking a dog. And the UK is one of the worst countries for SMS based fraud and malware. What are you doing to mitigate the risk of this problem.
