    Oh dear @VodafoneUK, you get my bill wrong, admit it's wrong but then don't correct it. Your complaints team then fail to ring me to discuss my complaint as promised and now you threaten to cut me off for non-payment of the bill which you've accepted is incorrect.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK just got off the phone from your so called customer services, I’ve been screamed at by two of your Scottish call handlers, absolutely unacceptable. Probably the worst behaviour from call handlers that I have ever heard of!

    And considering they were told by several people it would work yesterday, and their whole flat is run via internet to make their lives easier with a newborn this really is not acceptable. Poor Carla can’t even watch tv during night feeds as she can only stream tv! 🙃 @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK the sim swap has been done over the phone but she is not tech savvy and I deal with all her issues but am not allowed to sort things for her. I appreciate there's privacy laws etc but there should be a system in place for this kind of situation

    Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores can’t cancel the contracts it’s all in the call centre 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

    @millihill @VodafoneUK Vodafone are the worst...avoid at all cost. I moved back to @EE last week good 4G AND 5G coverage had a slight issue with first bill and they resolved it there and then on the call. I have a complaint with Vodafone that has been ongoing for 3 weeks, it's a never ending headache

    @millihill @VodafoneUK I use Tesco because you can go into the Tesco shop near me and speak to a PERSON who helps you !!!!! They use the O2 network but that isn’t what I care about

    Bit of painful experience setting up new numbers with @VodafoneUK 3.5 hours at the shop and only got activation on third day. This despite having two existing contracts for nearly 15 years. Customer service seems non existent

    @VodafoneUK Hello just went live with the Vodafone Pro II Broadband but I can not get the Vodafone Broadband app to connect to the Vodafone ultra hub it just says something went wrong, but I need to connect in order to get the booster connected to the hub. Any help?
