    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK just got off the phone from your so called customer services, Iโ€™ve been screamed at by two of your Scottish call handlers, absolutely unacceptable. Probably the worst behaviour from call handlers that I have ever heard of!

    @VodafoneUK I would advise anyone that wishes to avoid stress and poor customer support to NOT MOVE TO #vodaphoneUK. I payed for two phones and two contracts last week since then no phones or sims have arrived and my number has been cut off.

Everything dealt with, no dramas & gave us plenty room & time to get paperwork. Virginmedia were horrible. Forced my mum to take out another contract before theyโ€™d close my dads

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virginmedia did similar when my first wife passed away. They owed around ยฃ300. Chased up several times and never got it back. Yet they got debt collectors on me for ยฃ25 outstanding bill lol

Apparently they did this regularly. Cancelled at end of contract, never used any VM product since

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Disgusting company. Came on to my property without permission, ruined my garden (im not a customer) then took almost 6 months to resolve their damage! Im not on their mailing lists despite asking nunerous times to be removed, and the door knockers come monthly
