    @VodafoneUK the sim swap has been done over the phone but she is not tech savvy and I deal with all her issues but am not allowed to sort things for her. I appreciate there's privacy laws etc but there should be a system in place for this kind of situation

    And considering they were told by several people it would work yesterday, and their whole flat is run via internet to make their lives easier with a newborn this really is not acceptable. Poor Carla can’t even watch tv during night feeds as she can only stream tv! 🙃 @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK My mobile battery life runs down quicker if I enable wifi so I don't use it much I would have to have phone on charge all the time to use it

    @VodafoneUK it appears that although the area I live in has a great signal, inside the house its poor and cuts out. A sure signal device is not suitable because the area I live in has a great signal. Don't know what to do as need a good signal always

    @VodafoneUK Yes it's all set up and was working properly unless when I moved it from my router to my virgin modem/router is stopped. I wasn't sure which to attach it to as I run my virgin broadband through my own network router

    @VodafoneUK I am disappointed as I always lose signal in my living room. One minute I have 3 bars then it drops to no signal. Had this problem for years and still nothing been done about it even though I contact tech support. Too many dropped calls through this

    Shocked with how bad my internet from @VodafoneUK is, can’t play @FortniteGame online without having to reset router every evening, keeps lagging out and party chat disconnecting. Was given a guarenteed speed that cannot be met or fixed and stuck in an 18 month contract.

    I’ve made a call to @VodafoneUK Customer Service on the 10th of April. Been assured that they will respond to my query within 2 working days. I’ve emailed them now twice since then with no answer as of yet! Very poor and disappointing service!!!

    @VodafoneUK Yes she has but it should not take almost an hour to get it. It was totally unacceptable. I am considering moving to another provider because of the lack of customer care shown to her.
