    @VodafoneUK Cut the call as I have work. It's madness that you can't go in-store to just cancel a contract. Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

    @VodafoneUK I am literally counting the days until my contract runs out with you #iPhone8 stops working (in Feb) during an #iOS update- @AppleSupport couldn’t fix it & Apple technician diagnosed it as a software fault and said will be covered by 24mth #Vodafone warranty.....

    @VodafoneUK Ah cool ok. Was hoping it was throttle on PAYG as the speed isn’t great. On that page under “my internet is slow” it says Remember, if you're on an Unlimited or Unlimited Lite plan, you have a maximum download speed: •Unlimited - 2Mbps •Unlimited Lite - 10Mbps ?

    @VodafoneUK I'm disappointed that I haven't received a reply from Vodafone . I sent a few DM's. Please can the Manager contact me. This is very frustrating. Vodafone take too long to reply. Sometimes loyalty does not count for anything. I been a loyal long standing customer

    @VodafoneUK that's another hour wasted 'chatting' to someone who clearly was unable to comprehend a very simple problem and again I'm left frustrated. At least you tried but time to let Jeroen Hoencamp know what I think of his company... Not existent customer service STILL
