@VodafoneUK Cut the call as I have work. It's madness that you can't go in-store to just cancel a contract. Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

@VodafoneUK I am literally counting the days until my contract runs out with you #iPhone8 stops working (in Feb) during an #iOS update- @AppleSupport couldn’t fix it & Apple technician diagnosed it as a software fault and said will be covered by 24mth #Vodafone warranty.....

@VodafoneUK You are a joke! Went into a store for an upgrade that your staff couldn’t do! Ended up disconnecting my number for no reason ! Now have a phone with the wrong number. It took you two mins to F*** up, phone call after phone with no resolution. Lost work, furious 😡

@VodafoneUK really disappointed, in you been a loyal customer for years. Trying to upgrade, tried online as advised, there was an error asked to call customer care (no care), been on the phone for over an hour and given up! Now off to another provider.
