    @VodafoneUK shocking customer service- no broadband despite been given a go live date 3 weeks ago. @WeAreOpenreach - need to communicate with each other. Passed from department to department and the new go live date is now 8th jan , but changed 3 hours later!

    @VodafoneUK Hi Abul No need for DM Vodafone sold me 76mbs product although max was 68mps & min 46 Ultimate Guarantee of 55 & finally min speed of 40 It was over 60 to start with but now its down to 39 & you state you can't get it any better so since 05/19 you have reduced my speed by 33%

    Disgusting service from @VodafoneUK on trying to get a date for broadband told one date with an order number from @WeAreOpenreach. Confirmation for 3 weeks later - not good enough when @VodafoneUK cancelled the original order. Would be good to speak to someone.

    Hi @VodafoneUK can you please check the signal and coverage in the #Gateacre area of #Liverpool (postcode to mention L25 5JY), thereโ€™s literally no 4G signal in the area and very slow 3G or No Service on iPhone X. Thanks #Vodafone #VodafoneUK ๐Ÿ“ฑ

    @VodafoneUK @O2 Hi James, I stupidly recycled my iPhone X with O2 and wow it was the worst thing I ever did tbh. Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account ๐Ÿคฌ. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks ๐Ÿ‘

    @VodafoneUK absolutely shocking customer service have had an issue going on last 4 months Have spent at least 4 hours on phone this week alone and then to top it all call disconnected after 40 minutes now. Fuming I will be taking my buisness elsewhere

    @UrServiceBlows Definitely @VodafoneUK deserves worst customer service award. 7 months of blacklisted hell whilst paying full price. No amount of calls, chat, emails made a difference. Contract working again since yesterday after a week of publicly tweeting everything theyโ€™ve done!

    @VodafoneUK hi lots of issues atm with Vodafone itโ€™s been a week and still no box arriving to send my old iPhone back so Iโ€™m not charged an early upgrade fee and now my home broadbands been at a crawl for two days with no update either :(

    Not had my business landline since Friday @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz & you go deathly quiet as soon as I switch to private DM. Still no supervisor call as promised within 24 hours. On Monday at 8am. Shockingly bad service.
