Disgusting service from @VodafoneUK on trying to get a date for broadband told one date with an order number from @WeAreOpenreach. Confirmation for 3 weeks later - not good enough when @VodafoneUK cancelled the original order. Would be good to speak to someone.

Hi @VodafoneUK can you please try help me fix the 4300 error on my app. Tried everything now from using 4G and wifi, delete and reinstall, customer service even reset my account to no prevail. Can’t see any data usage, plan info etc on the app and online. Been over a week now!

Update @VodafoneUK best solution to help while they continue to not provide our broadband is to buy a Vodafone dongle at £30 a month and a £10 one off fee to allow us to use the internet, you know rather than fixing the actual broadband we pay monthly for already. Idiots
