    @VodafoneUK I would advise anyone that wishes to avoid stress and poor customer support to NOT MOVE TO #vodaphoneUK. I payed for two phones and two contracts last week since then no phones or sims have arrived and my number has been cut off.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Abul No need for DM Vodafone sold me 76mbs product although max was 68mps & min 46 Ultimate Guarantee of 55 & finally min speed of 40 It was over 60 to start with but now its down to 39 & you state you can't get it any better so since 05/19 you have reduced my speed by 33%

    @Ofcom my broadband provider is @VodafoneUK and I'm promised 60mb/s. For over a year now the fastest it's been is 15mb/s. They say its because of a @OpenreachHelp fault. I have a year left on my contract. Can I cancel without paying a fee?

    Disgusting service from @VodafoneUK on trying to get a date for broadband told one date with an order number from @WeAreOpenreach. Confirmation for 3 weeks later - not good enough when @VodafoneUK cancelled the original order. Would be good to speak to someone.

    @VodafoneUK shocking customer service- no broadband despite been given a go live date 3 weeks ago. @WeAreOpenreach - need to communicate with each other. Passed from department to department and the new go live date is now 8th jan , but changed 3 hours later!

    @LWhite75 @VodafoneUK If it's any consolation, my broadband (in North Wales) is down to 2 Mbps. Should be 36. First reported Weds 30th. It's just been escalated to level 3 (woohoo). Only trouble is I don't know how many levels there are. Unsurprisingly, it's fine during the day.

    Seriously @VodafoneUK has the most #appallingcustomerservice I have ever encountered! Phoned to query my bill, only option was chat. Connected to chat at 16:12 connection lost 16:36 reconnected to another agent @ 16:41 asked to raise complaint @ 16:47 took over 3hours to raise😡
