@Ofcom my broadband provider is @VodafoneUK and I'm promised 60mb/s. For over a year now the fastest it's been is 15mb/s. They say its because of a @OpenreachHelp fault. I have a year left on my contract. Can I cancel without paying a fee?

@VodafoneUK been waiting since the 10th November for my NUC code - what a joke! When I’ve called up to speak with customer service they’ve advised they can’t help... Shouldn’t take this long!!

@VodafoneUK Hi Abul No need for DM Vodafone sold me 76mbs product although max was 68mps & min 46 Ultimate Guarantee of 55 & finally min speed of 40 It was over 60 to start with but now its down to 39 & you state you can't get it any better so since 05/19 you have reduced my speed by 33%

@VodafoneUK Someone has opened an account in my wife’s name using her email & home address. We are getting debt collection letters. However, nobody @ Vod –not even your fraud department –will speak to us because we (clearly!) don’t know the password to the account. Who can help?!

@VodafoneUK why is it so hard to speak to a human being to discuss a bill issue? Why am I being charged for something I cancelled within a set time period?? Tobi is useless and the app appears to be having functionality issues… how do I get an issue sorted??
