    @VodafoneUK been waiting since the 10th November for my NUC code - what a joke! When I’ve called up to speak with customer service they’ve advised they can’t help... Shouldn’t take this long!!

    @VodafoneUK Hi Abul No need for DM Vodafone sold me 76mbs product although max was 68mps & min 46 Ultimate Guarantee of 55 & finally min speed of 40 It was over 60 to start with but now its down to 39 & you state you can't get it any better so since 05/19 you have reduced my speed by 33%

    @VodafoneUK I’m having one problem after another trying to upgrade my phone and getting nowhere. Upgraded online last week, received confirmation of order then nothing. Spoke to customer services yesterday, referred to fraud team etc. Did not think it was fraudulent but no order?

    Dear Vodafone, I have been facing issues with your SiM lately. Firstly, Call-drops become very frequent, which is of course undesirable and irritating. Secondly, many unwanted pop-up messages are being displayed time and again. Fix it. @Vodacom @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK I know how to work it been using it past 11 months, just last night, it connects to devices but is very slow (I'm talking Wap speeds). At any point would Vodafone restrict hotspotting?
