@VodafoneUK Hi Abul No need for DM Vodafone sold me 76mbs product although max was 68mps & min 46 Ultimate Guarantee of 55 & finally min speed of 40 It was over 60 to start with but now its down to 39 & you state you can't get it any better so since 05/19 you have reduced my speed by 33%

@VodafoneUK been waiting since the 10th November for my NUC code - what a joke! When I’ve called up to speak with customer service they’ve advised they can’t help... Shouldn’t take this long!!

@VodafoneUK Work with them?! They tell me it’ll be on after midnight/within 48 hours/by a specific date and it never is. Despicable way to treat a long standing customer. Would never recommend Vodafone to anyone in a million years.

@VodafoneUK I’m now day 10 in the USA and have been unable to use data/calls/texts. I’ve been online with your team nearly every day and still no solution. Hardly safe for me having no way to contact anyone should I be on my own at any point. Just not good enough.

@VodafoneUK I’ve been reaching out for a month and it’s been a big fat waste of time. I have no broadband. I will be moving to a new provider because, for some reason, you cannot resolve this issue. Extremely poor customer service.

Hi @VodafoneUK for the past 2 weeks the 5G phone network is pulling down about 4Mb. I can’t even watch YouTube without buffering! You asked me to DM you with my details and no one has come back. WiFi connectivity works fine Does Vodafone have a geographical outage? #vodafonedown

@VodafoneUK day 32 of no service. Vodafone are sorry (again). DD still taken. Many false promises of activation dates. Have been dealing with “Directors Complaints Team”. The highest office in Broadband land and still nothing. Broadband providers who can’t provide broadband!

@VodafoneUK I have been a “legacy” account customer ie a long term customer your Csrvs staff are unable to speak to me or help me as they can’t locate my account I wanted to upgrade my business acct sadly after wasted hours going round in circles I’ve got no choice but to leave you ! 😶
