    @Ofcom my broadband provider is @VodafoneUK and I'm promised 60mb/s. For over a year now the fastest it's been is 15mb/s. They say its because of a @OpenreachHelp fault. I have a year left on my contract. Can I cancel without paying a fee?

    @VodafoneUK Hi Abul No need for DM Vodafone sold me 76mbs product although max was 68mps & min 46 Ultimate Guarantee of 55 & finally min speed of 40 It was over 60 to start with but now its down to 39 & you state you can't get it any better so since 05/19 you have reduced my speed by 33%

    @VodafoneUK WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SORT MY COMPLAINT. 6 mths now. I still don't have Home Broadband. I work from home. I'm relying on a MyFi which is inadequate. I feel the Advocacy Team/Customer relations Team are purposefully ignoring my case now @AhmedShelbaya @OmbudServices

    @VodafoneUK been waiting since the 10th November for my NUC code - what a joke! When I’ve called up to speak with customer service they’ve advised they can’t help... Shouldn’t take this long!!

    Wow, I’m not one to complain but @VodafoneUK have absolutely appalling customer service and blame so much on ‘tech glitches’. Why offer click and collect in store the same day when you then get told it’ll be 1-2 days to arrive in store…yet it still hasn’t left the warehouse??

    @VodafoneUK I have been trying to get through to you. On line chat told me there were no agents to chat to and to phone. I did I was then told to try online chat and hung up on. This is about ongoing compensation claim that you have told I’m getting! Help

    @VodafoneUK you may wish to send your staff on some customer service training given the nameless man I spoke to in the Basingstoke store at midday today was so rude and didn't want to help. No name badge on display but the only man serving and was wearing a red face mask.

    @VodafoneUK just moved to you for broadband, but unimpressed, cant login to activate account always getting an error message, sent emails with conflicting or irrelevant information, I signed for broadband, NOT mobile, VOXI and useless support so far. No info on router delivery
