    Cut off a second time trying to speak to a resolution manager. I really need to find a new broadband supplier. @VodafoneUK just can't seem to provide any support for want seems to be a good technical service.. god forbid you need to resolve any account issues. 2h on the phone.

    @VodafoneUK Horrible customer experience. Firstly the communication is so poor that i had to spend 30 pounds to realize your big bundle value pack is not working. Againt yet today recharged and still the balance shows 0 without the pack activation. Horrible!

    @VodafoneUK recently I've been having problems with the signal quality, when I call people I get halfway through the phone call and it goes all jittery. It's definitely not the phone cos it's new so I'm wondering if there are any signal issues currently in Glasgow.
