@Ofcom my broadband provider is @VodafoneUK and I'm promised 60mb/s. For over a year now the fastest it's been is 15mb/s. They say its because of a @OpenreachHelp fault. I have a year left on my contract. Can I cancel without paying a fee?

@VodafoneUK Had your fibre package installed Tuesday. Internet fine. Landline not worked since have spent four hours on phone trying a remote fix. Installation was botched need engineers back to property. Can you help?

@VodafoneUK Hi Abul No need for DM Vodafone sold me 76mbs product although max was 68mps & min 46 Ultimate Guarantee of 55 & finally min speed of 40 It was over 60 to start with but now its down to 39 & you state you can't get it any better so since 05/19 you have reduced my speed by 33%

@VodafoneUK Broadband down in PO369HU. can you advise if this is an issue your end as can't get on The online tool or via the app as can't connect to your servers apparently . Can't even us the chat either or message on here as any thing broadband related wont go through.
