  @VodafoneUK Hi Abul No need for DM Vodafone sold me 76mbs product although max was 68mps & min 46 Ultimate Guarantee of 55 & finally min speed of 40 It was over 60 to start with but now its down to 39 & you state you can't get it any better so since 05/19 you have reduced my speed by 33%

  Vodafone cease order stuck in Openreach CSS (DI7007595). Plusnet confirmed it’s Vodafone’s, BT’s order failed (CON‑0004). I’ve been unable to switch for months and Vodafone won’t escalate to Openreach SMC. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom can you help?

  @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!
