  • LewisBailey93 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿LEWISBAILEYJONES🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@LewisBailey93) reported from Wrexham, Wales

@VodafoneUK been waiting since the 10th November for my NUC code - what a joke! When I’ve called up to speak with customer service they’ve advised they can’t help... Shouldn’t take this long!!

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📸📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@iJames_ @DylanMcD8 @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK It doesn’t really bother me, on the Xs you can’t see the carrier unless you pull down control centre because the notch takes up too much space 😂

  • jakeshone Mark Shone (@jakeshone) reported from Oswestry, England

@VodafoneUK Broadband service has been terrible since I switched constant drop outs resulting in interrupted meetings l. Never had this with last provider

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📸📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

So 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻📸 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@iJames_ @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK You’ll get the “stock” answer of - “beta software is not supported software and you install at your own risk knowing that there may be compatibility issues” 😂😂

  • ali41091 Alice Humphreys (@ali41091) reported from Oswestry, England

Day 2 with new internet provider. Day 2 of no internet @VodafoneUK I’ve been on hold an hour and 20. Help meeee

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📸  📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@BenObi2000 @VodafoneUK @EE I also believe I may be wrong but the EE does not support UMTS on the esim but Vodafone does. Shouldn’t be an issue really as 4G LTE is pretty much everywhere now.

  • PokerPimp05 Ian Winter (@PokerPimp05) reported from Wrexham, Wales

@Ofcom my broadband provider is @VodafoneUK and I'm promised 60mb/s. For over a year now the fastest it's been is 15mb/s. They say its because of a @OpenreachHelp fault. I have a year left on my contract. Can I cancel without paying a fee?

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 🇬🇧📱⌚️💻📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@DylanMcD8 @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I’m just glad I have an 11Pro and not a Xr 😂. Vodafone and O2 have a cell sharing agreement meaning your phone will switch between the 2 networks in poor signal areas (cheaper way of increasing coverage) they also share many cell towers with both having antenna on a tower.

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻📸 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@iJames_ @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I have my suspicion that it isn’t permanent though. I just think it’s because the carrier settings aren’t compatible, therefore iPhone reverts to default for the type of data network connection. So 4G here is LTE in the states.

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 🇬🇧📱⌚️💻📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@ThisIsNoahEvans @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I had issues for around 20 minutes, seems to be back up a running now though

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📸📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@DylanMcD8 @iJames_ @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK @VOXI_UK is owned by @VodafoneUK it’s a sub brand and operates on the Vodafone network as an MVNO, so I’m basically still with Vodafone. It even still says Vodafone as my carrier. So I assume it’s just an admin switch there end.

  • CarlEdw85324960 Carl Edwards (@CarlEdw85324960) reported from Ifton Heath, England

@VodafoneUK is the network down had no signal 2nd day running now??

  • BeefyRoberts Beefy Roberts (@BeefyRoberts) reported from Hillingdon, England

So, @VodafoneUK, after 24 months of dreadful service and virtually non existent internet coverage, I can finally leave you and go to a decent provider, or, that's what I thought. Contract up, and finding a SIM only deal elsewhere is my plan

  • BobBoyle1 Sunnysider.... (@BobBoyle1) reported

@VodafoneUK What about an S7, which i've had sonce new, and been on your network for decades, any chance of a decent deal?

  • jpotticary John Potticary (@jpotticary) reported

@VodafoneUK Hey this is not at my home it’s out in particular over an area with Santander bikes which is why I’ve noticed as it is a nightmare to hire with no signal suddenly. This seems to have happened over the past week.

  • BeefyRoberts Beefy Roberts (@BeefyRoberts) reported from Hillingdon, England

    5. It gets to something @VodafoneUK when the mobile data doesnt even work inside my own house! Will you be able to give any proper answers why this has been a mobile disaster, and why, whenever I called customer service I got same answers, told to visit local shop for help?

  • BeefyRoberts Beefy Roberts (@BeefyRoberts) reported from Hillingdon, England

    4. I ask @VodafoneUK for the code please, answer? No, you need to submit a form, but, can you see my code I ask? It's a form you send I get told again. I fill it in, and get told this can take upto 10 days to be returned. Crap customer service.

  • lauraaak__x L A U R A 💕 (@lauraaak__x) reported

How nice of midnight to come and our WiFi completely turned off. Is @VodafoneUK down?

  • alexcfaris Alex Faris (@alexcfaris) reported

@VodafoneUK can you please advise when your top up service is active again (neither app nor phone number working - both technical difficulties). Thanks

  • linwin82 Lindsay Winter (@linwin82) reported

@VodafoneUK 8 days now you have left my elderly parents without a landline, their only contact with the outside world, during a pandemic! They can’t contact anyone in an emergency, you advised it would be fixed Sunday morning still not fixed. No information, no updates! Very poor

  • poonamlashwani poonam lashwani (@poonamlashwani) reported

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK vodafone Maharashtra india number not working..please help

  • alantowle Madball (@alantowle) reported

@DamiAgunbiade @OpenreachHelp Totally agree for @VodafoneUK to sort, but they lurch from one idea to another, with no clear plan to reach end goal. A joined up strategy, knowing the requirements for the service requested, with Openreach and ISP collaborating to plan rather than ISP pick what to order and when
