@ThisIsNoahEvans @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I had issues for around 20 minutes, seems to be back up a running now though

Shaun Jenks 📸 📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England
@BenObi2000 @VodafoneUK @EE I also believe I may be wrong but the EE does not support UMTS on the esim but Vodafone does. Shouldn’t be an issue really as 4G LTE is pretty much everywhere now.

🏴LEWISBAILEYJONES🏴 (@LewisBailey93) reported from Wrexham, Wales
@VodafoneUK been waiting since the 10th November for my NUC code - what a joke! When I’ve called up to speak with customer service they’ve advised they can’t help... Shouldn’t take this long!!

@iJames_ @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I have my suspicion that it isn’t permanent though. I just think it’s because the carrier settings aren’t compatible, therefore iPhone reverts to default for the type of data network connection. So 4G here is LTE in the states.

@iJames_ @DylanMcD8 @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK It doesn’t really bother me, on the Xs you can’t see the carrier unless you pull down control centre because the notch takes up too much space 😂
-
Shaun Jenks 📸📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England
@DylanMcD8 @iJames_ @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK @VOXI_UK is owned by @VodafoneUK it’s a sub brand and operates on the Vodafone network as an MVNO, so I’m basically still with Vodafone. It even still says Vodafone as my carrier. So I assume it’s just an admin switch there end.

So 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G

Shaun Jenks 🇬🇧📱⌚️💻📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England
@DylanMcD8 @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I’m just glad I have an 11Pro and not a Xr 😂. Vodafone and O2 have a cell sharing agreement meaning your phone will switch between the 2 networks in poor signal areas (cheaper way of increasing coverage) they also share many cell towers with both having antenna on a tower.

@iJames_ @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK You’ll get the “stock” answer of - “beta software is not supported software and you install at your own risk knowing that there may be compatibility issues” 😂😂

@VodafoneUK problems with broadband, had the same account for 2.5years. After 1.5hrs crawling around moving wires from modem all your man can suggest is paying a few pounds more each month for ‘guaranteed wifi and booster points’ yet for 2.5 years the broadband has been fine.

@VodafoneUK any issues with the app? Over. A week now and still won't let me connect to new Pro router. Just sticks at analysing connectivity, continue. Ground hog day

@VodafoneUK I've been bounced between your BOT's and 'advisers' for two weeks now. You seem to strive on chaos, miscommunication and poor service - I'd rather speak to OFCOM!

Non-existent service from @VodafoneUK. Initial installation canceled. Waited in all day yesterday for engineer, 'Assured' it would be this morning. Now have to wait 3-4 days for new date. It's as if you don't want a new customer #wasteoftime

Hi @VodafoneUK - I moved to you and opted to keep my old number. PAC code provided but I keep getting alerts from Settings on my iPhone that the number I want to keep is going to expire unless I re-insert my SIM. Support tells me to ignore it, but it’s annoying having to

@VodafoneUK is a awful network with terrible customer service, the internet in my area has been down since thursday, every time I have rung they say we guarantee by tomorrow, not one email or anything to apologise or explain, still no internet or straight answers @VodafoneGroup
