    @VodafoneUK been on hold for over 35 minutes to cancel my contract. Wonder why? Never had a problem any other time I’ve contacted them. Was going to get the broadband with you… after this, sorry you lost a customer.

    @VodafoneUK @RumensShirley He just wants to speak to a person (not a robot) so he can switch to a sim only deal, instead of being overcharged now his contract has come to an end. Particularly poor that he's having this much trouble when you charge a fee to switch even 2 days before your contract ends.

    Trying to cancel my @VodafoneUK contract. Call centre sounds like it's using cans & strings. I say I'm cancelling because I've switched to fibre (300Mbps down & up), best they can physically do is 14Mbps copper... Agent: Have you tried talking to us about other plans? Me: 🤦😠

    @VodafoneUK Glad to say the last contact I'll have with your incompetent and chronically poor service is phoning today to cancel the rest of my contract. It's easier and more convenient to build your own ******* phone than get it through your absolute shitshow of a website.

    @VodafoneUK Hi! I'm just going to cancel my DD for a new contract within the 14 day trial period. I'd have done this over the phone with you but I've spent an hour over three different occasions today and there's no staff at all to assist.
