    @VodafoneUK been waiting since the 10th November for my NUC code - what a joke! When I’ve called up to speak with customer service they’ve advised they can’t help... Shouldn’t take this long!!

    @Ofcom my broadband provider is @VodafoneUK and I'm promised 60mb/s. For over a year now the fastest it's been is 15mb/s. They say its because of a @OpenreachHelp fault. I have a year left on my contract. Can I cancel without paying a fee?

    @VodafoneUK Had your fibre package installed Tuesday. Internet fine. Landline not worked since have spent four hours on phone trying a remote fix. Installation was botched need engineers back to property. Can you help?

    @virginmedia ‘Sadly’?! Is that it? So let me get this straight... I’ve had a very poor service due over a month, I now have no service at all, you won’t tell me when or even if you can fix it, I now have to pay @VodafoneUK to provide it, you’re putting up my monthly payment... 1/2

    @officialgiggs @SkyHelpTeam I wouldn't even go near @VodafoneUK they're awful and horrible. Charged me for their mistakes and then sent a ******* baliff to my door claiming I owe them money when I don't owe them ****.

    Pay how much a month on @VodafoneUK expecting the 4G to be good yet it’s so slow all the time. I have 80GB out of 100GB left too! So it’s not even like I’m low on data. 😴😴
