    @VodafoneUK been waiting since the 10th November for my NUC code - what a joke! When I’ve called up to speak with customer service they’ve advised they can’t help... Shouldn’t take this long!!

    @Ofcom my broadband provider is @VodafoneUK and I'm promised 60mb/s. For over a year now the fastest it's been is 15mb/s. They say its because of a @OpenreachHelp fault. I have a year left on my contract. Can I cancel without paying a fee?

    NEVER buying from @VodafoneUK 1) phone was never delivered and they are not sure when it will be delivered 👍🏻 2)Cannot cancel the phone and get a PAC code becuase the phone MAY BE DELIVERED 🥲 #vodafonesucks 3) refusing to transfer to the cancellation team #mobilecontract
