    @VodafoneUK 1 of 2 - Hi, I was wondering if someone could possibly help? I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

    Cannot wait for my relationship with @VodafoneUK to come to an end. Told I was given a £20 account credit as a “gesture of goodwill” for appalling service. Sent me a bill for next month. Not on it. Plus disconnection date is 25th Oct so they’re going to have to refund it anyway!

    @VodafoneUK @O2 Hi James, I stupidly recycled my iPhone X with O2 and wow it was the worst thing I ever did tbh. Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍

    @VodafoneUK Hi Abul No need for DM Vodafone sold me 76mbs product although max was 68mps & min 46 Ultimate Guarantee of 55 & finally min speed of 40 It was over 60 to start with but now its down to 39 & you state you can't get it any better so since 05/19 you have reduced my speed by 33%

    Disgusting service from @VodafoneUK on trying to get a date for broadband told one date with an order number from @WeAreOpenreach. Confirmation for 3 weeks later - not good enough when @VodafoneUK cancelled the original order. Would be good to speak to someone.

    @VodafoneUK I would not wish this company on my worst enemy, 1.9mb download speeds on 4G, have to use my home wifi to use internet. And then you have the cheek to keep putting prices up for a shite service, roll on may next year when my contract ends.

    Vodafone UK @VodafoneUK Ive just spent another hour of my time trying to sort the same issue out! I have been offered a deal and Vodafone now wont honour it. AVOID VODAHONE AT ALL COSTS! They do not honour or care about contracts!
