@VodafoneUK Cut the call as I have work. It's madness that you can't go in-store to just cancel a contract. Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

@ReganHare95 @VodafoneUK Tried that I'm afraid. Thing is, I have exactly the same issue on 2 Series that are wired and no issue on the one that isn't. I've just pulled the wire from one that had the issue and it works perfectly logging in wirelessly.

@VodafoneUK Help please. Vodafone installed their router yesterday and have no internet since. 'in 10mins' then 'within an hour', them 'by midnight'. No internet this morning. 30mkns to speak to adviser, lut on hold then cut off. 3HRS on the help chat and then cut off. Sort it!

@VodafoneUK I have taken out a new SIM only contract through Carphone Warehouse with Vodaphone but you are charging me for my old contract and sim!!! All I need you to do is to transfer my number over to the new contract but I have to fill in forms. Utter nonsense terrible customer service
