@VodafoneUK I am literally counting the days until my contract runs out with you #iPhone8 stops working (in Feb) during an #iOS update- @AppleSupport couldn’t fix it & Apple technician diagnosed it as a software fault and said will be covered by 24mth #Vodafone warranty.....

So it appears if you forget to upgrade your phone on time the monthly payment goes up exponentially with @VodafoneUK.Time to leave after 20 years!Poor customer service plus their system always ‘crashes’ if by any chance one does get connected.

Just cancelled the 3rd contract with @VodafoneUK only another 4 to go. After over a decade of multiple contracts being paid and upgraded, Vodafone have showed zero customer loyalty, treating their customers like bad debtors. Avoid at all costs #NoLoyalty #badservice #vodafone

@EE @BeanoOfficial @VodafoneUK really not fair that NG11 9HA can't get full fibre 900mb from you but we can from EE BT Talktalk so strange as they use the same network you do and your meant to be able to provide full fttp over openreachs lines :/ means we miss out on your great deal rich is cheaper
