Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores can’t cancel the contracts it’s all in the call centre 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

@VodafoneUK the sim swap has been done over the phone but she is not tech savvy and I deal with all her issues but am not allowed to sort things for her. I appreciate there's privacy laws etc but there should be a system in place for this kind of situation

@VodafoneUK I am literally counting the days until my contract runs out with you #iPhone8 stops working (in Feb) during an #iOS update- @AppleSupport couldn’t fix it & Apple technician diagnosed it as a software fault and said will be covered by 24mth #Vodafone warranty.....

Oh dear @VodafoneUK, you get my bill wrong, admit it's wrong but then don't correct it. Your complaints team then fail to ring me to discuss my complaint as promised and now you threaten to cut me off for non-payment of the bill which you've accepted is incorrect.

@VodafoneUK I know it needs a PAC code. You are really not reading my tweets properly are you? basically my dad has a contract with vodafone but wants to cancel his current number and update the contract with another number...hence I have tried this with PAC and STAC. STILL IT DOES NOT WORK!

It's the rubbish processes for the 20% Not going to criticise the agent.. he did his best & was helpful with refresh links when the page went wobbly.. he was obviously overseas.. clear by his comment about Mail strikes

@MoneySavingExp why do you offer a £150 gift card for @VodafoneUK broadband if they are just gonna cancel the order, make you sign up again over the phone and not honour the gift card? Pretty sure this is practise breaks numerous guidelines! @Ofcom

@VodafoneUK ridiculous customer service. I am trying to update my dad's account to cancel his current number and update with a new number with the correct pac/stac code. I am not happy that after 1 hour of my valuable time was wasted to say the code is wrong which isn't the case
