Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores can’t cancel the contracts it’s all in the call centre 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

@VodafoneUK I am literally counting the days until my contract runs out with you #iPhone8 stops working (in Feb) during an #iOS update- @AppleSupport couldn’t fix it & Apple technician diagnosed it as a software fault and said will be covered by 24mth #Vodafone warranty.....

@VodafoneUK Vodafone broadband is great and never had a problem. I think the CPI +3.9% is related to the mobile service which I also have - they should build inflation costs into the price so you know what you'll be paying, no excuse to add 3.9% to the CPI.

@lochvue @VodafoneUK I became a @VodafoneUK customer on the promise of fibre to my house. Three years later I got it and two months into the contact I have the same price hike as you but at least I have a working service. The offered to sell me an upgrade as a way of avoiding the 13.9% rise.
