@VodafoneUK I am literally counting the days until my contract runs out with you #iPhone8 stops working (in Feb) during an #iOS update- @AppleSupport couldn’t fix it & Apple technician diagnosed it as a software fault and said will be covered by 24mth #Vodafone warranty.....

Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores can’t cancel the contracts it’s all in the call centre 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Be very careful using the SOS Emergency function with @VodafoneUK. After the terrible news of #SarahEverad I set mine up, tested it and got charged £8! To make it worse @VodafoneUK won't refund me. Clearly personal safety is not important to them 🙁
