    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK just got off the phone from your so called customer services, I’ve been screamed at by two of your Scottish call handlers, absolutely unacceptable. Probably the worst behaviour from call handlers that I have ever heard of!

    @VodafoneUK Hi Abul No need for DM Vodafone sold me 76mbs product although max was 68mps & min 46 Ultimate Guarantee of 55 & finally min speed of 40 It was over 60 to start with but now its down to 39 & you state you can't get it any better so since 05/19 you have reduced my speed by 33%

    Hi @VodafoneUK I've recently had broadband installed with yourselves and was due to go live on the 18 May. However it has still not been activated. I am currently working from home and rely on having an active broadband connection. How do I go about getting a complaint raised?

    @VodafoneUK I would advise anyone that wishes to avoid stress and poor customer support to NOT MOVE TO #vodaphoneUK. I payed for two phones and two contracts last week since then no phones or sims have arrived and my number has been cut off.

    Disgusting service from @VodafoneUK on trying to get a date for broadband told one date with an order number from @WeAreOpenreach. Confirmation for 3 weeks later - not good enough when @VodafoneUK cancelled the original order. Would be good to speak to someone.

    @VodafoneUK pretty poor that everyone knows you’re home broadband service is down… even picked up by Daily Mail but zero official communications by yourselves in the month you’ve put bills up >10%. Definitely second guessing renewing all phone/internet contracts.

    @VodafoneUK You are a joke! Went into a store for an upgrade that your staff couldn’t do! Ended up disconnecting my number for no reason ! Now have a phone with the wrong number. It took you two mins to F*** up, phone call after phone with no resolution. Lost work, furious 😡

    @VodafoneUK the sim swap has been done over the phone but she is not tech savvy and I deal with all her issues but am not allowed to sort things for her. I appreciate there's privacy laws etc but there should be a system in place for this kind of situation

    @DanielPriestley I don’t think this is really about protecting kids, it’s more about collecting information on everyone. I have two young kids and use @VodafoneUK . I used to block specific websites easily through the router, but Vodafone removed that option and replaced it with their so-called “Secure Net” app. Now you can only block by category, not by individual websites. It turns out this is perfectly legal. The UK government doesn’t require providers to offer specific site blocking. They only want category blocking, which gives parents far less real control. It’s the same problem as YouTube: no matter how many categories you block, creators always find ways around it. I highly recommend moving to @Starlink like I did

    @VodafoneUK I guess you don’t care about your customers Service but why am I struggling in South Yorkshire to make phone calls that don’t break up while on the call to somebody? This is the third time in asking now? I can’t really phone support when the call keeps breaking up 🤪

    At 12:45pm today, my @VodafoneUK Internet connection stopped working. I still had an IP address with 50mbps down and 12 up, but no data could make it through. (Curiously, the VoIP phone still worked.) It was like that until around 11pm, when service was restored. A check on the Vodafone Network Status Checker said there were no problems reported. (Couldn’t do it before because of the lack of Internet connectivity.) Anyone else have problems today?

    That was the weirdest afternoon ever - Sky broadband went down around 2pm and has just come back. However, we all then also lost the mobile data signal too - how is that even possible when they are not connected?! @VodafoneUK I had no way of finding out what was happening

    @VodafoneUK my mums terminally ill and our recently activated home phone line doesn’t work meaning loved ones and doctors, carers and support teams can’t phone her and your tech support team are saying it is going to take 3-5 days to fix - needs fixing in next hour.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport u so need to get proper signal on ln12 2 area. Mablethorpe gets proper 5g and 4g and all we get is basic 4g which is rubbish. When will we get proper upgrades signal? @VodafoneUK never cares so hoping u can push your parent company

    did the math wrong. day 8 of no wifi, 3 engineers who never turned up and now being told it’s something completely different that won’t be resolved until mid next week earliest. definitely gonna cancel my account @VodafoneUK @vodafone @VodafoneGroup
