Confirmation for 3 weeks later - not good enough when @VodafoneUK cancelled the original order. Would be good to speak to someone.

Passed from department to department and the new go live date is now 8th jan , but changed 3 hours later!

Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍
