@VodafoneUK pretty poor that everyone knows you’re home broadband service is down… even picked up by Daily Mail but zero official communications by yourselves in the month you’ve put bills up >10%. Definitely second guessing renewing all phone/internet contracts.

Hi @VodafoneUK is it correct that if my Home Broadband service is cancelled within the first 14 days that it gets disconnected 5 days after the cancellation request was raised, I called 191 to cancel yesterday (5 Nov) and they told me it disconnects on 10 November! Thanks. James

@irving_graeme @VodafoneUK Aware of this Graeme it's a shambles. Not sure why Vodafone take orders they can't fulfil in the time they've stated and then fail to update customers when they haven't even dispatched the item in the 3-5 working days it was supposed to be delivered in.
