Hi @VodafoneUK can you please try help me fix the 4300 error on my app. Tried everything now from using 4G and wifi, delete and reinstall, customer service even reset my account to no prevail. Can’t see any data usage, plan info etc on the app and online. Been over a week now!

@VodafoneUK I would advise anyone that wishes to avoid stress and poor customer support to NOT MOVE TO #vodaphoneUK. I payed for two phones and two contracts last week since then no phones or sims have arrived and my number has been cut off.

Email from @VodafoneUK stating 14.4% increase in all my phone bills. 10.5% as CPI increase, which had better be because they're increasing staff wages by 10.5% (if not, @VodafoneUK staff, get your union to call a strike!), and 3.9% for investment in the network. Out of order!
