I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

Told I was given a £20 account credit as a “gesture of goodwill” for appalling service. Sent me a bill for next month. Not on it. Plus disconnection date is 25th Oct so they’re going to have to refund it anyway!

Confirmation for 3 weeks later - not good enough when @VodafoneUK cancelled the original order. Would be good to speak to someone.
