@VodafoneUK You are a joke! Went into a store for an upgrade that your staff couldn’t do! Ended up disconnecting my number for no reason ! Now have a phone with the wrong number. It took you two mins to F*** up, phone call after phone with no resolution. Lost work, furious 😡

@VodafoneUK very bad business customer service will lie to me just to try to make me keep my vast number of lines I have with you have had to buy a virgin mobile phone just to get my calls as been unable to get calls for number weeks despite number of calls and visits to them

@VodafoneUK hey, cancelled my home broadband on Nov 3 and mobile account on Nov. 18 with you, but I haven't received a final bill and can't access my online account as I've left the UK (and no longer have my UK mobile). Direct debit for Dec 1 still shows old bill amount, help!

@DrBaileyAdie @VodafoneUK I switched to a new provider due to vodafone charging me for a service they never provided. Two years I put up with it until contract ended, ten days after my contract ended, I switched to a new provider but vodafone still charges a full month's contract.

@VodafoneUK They don’t. But if I’m a Voda customer that got a deal through 3rds with Voda, in order to switch my current (out of contract - also Voda) number, 30 day to payg and then switching back from payg to contract. I need to pay for the time on both so could end paying double - right?

@VodafoneUK charge, even the young lady herself was embarrassed about the charge. I have been a @VodafoneUK customer for 10+ years never changed providers, not my fault they had no phones in store. Happy to sell it to me, surely I shouldn’t have to pay the £6.99.
