@VodafoneUK customer service are a joke, I've had broadband installed with a deal for existing mobile phone customers promising a free 4k firestick and echo dot, don't bother, it seems to be a scam, well over 4hrs on the phone to them in over a month and still nothing #Disgrace

@VodafoneUK I would advise anyone that wishes to avoid stress and poor customer support to NOT MOVE TO #vodaphoneUK. I payed for two phones and two contracts last week since then no phones or sims have arrived and my number has been cut off.

@salamisa @VodafoneUK For reasons unknown to me, Vodafone seem to dominate the B2B contracts scene. But yeah I can't say I have anything good to say about them. In fact I literally never heard anyone say anything positive about their experience with Vf. Lest we forget - massive tax avoidance too.

Sad to say be leaving @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK as the network coverage has been appauling. Tried numerous times to correct it at least 7 times mysekf and my dad has been trying to sort it seemed to be fine all afternoon now packed up. Claims good signal in my area but its not
