@VodafoneUK I will share the news that Vodafone Uk has appalling customer service. Over 24hrs after broadband fitted, it still isn’t connected. Over 1hr 45mins on hold and no answer from customer services. Not a great start for a new customer!

@VodafoneUK You are a joke! Went into a store for an upgrade that your staff couldn’t do! Ended up disconnecting my number for no reason ! Now have a phone with the wrong number. It took you two mins to F*** up, phone call after phone with no resolution. Lost work, furious 😡

@VodafoneUK Cut the call as I have work. It's madness that you can't go in-store to just cancel a contract. Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone contract was renewed, and during the renewal process, my landline number was changed. This happened when I first signed up in 2019, the same issue is happening again in 2021. I was in contract with Vodafone with the number. Vodafone support has been unhelpful 4 1month

@VodafoneUK here we are again! 10 weeks into a complaint, 3 further issues raised, partner promised a call back within 48 hours, woman then backtracked to say 72, should’ve been Saturday afternoon, still nothing.
