    @VodafoneUK very bad business customer service will lie to me just to try to make me keep my vast number of lines I have with you have had to buy a virgin mobile phone just to get my calls as been unable to get calls for number weeks despite number of calls and visits to them

    @VodafoneUK again I have wasted 2 hours of my life trying to get a resolution to my service issue, to be blackmailed into staying with you! This has taken 2 mths to sort out, back & forth to your shops, Apple store etc!! Still no WiFi access, , unable to call or receive calls

    @VodafoneUK I am literally counting the days until my contract runs out with you #iPhone8 stops working (in Feb) during an #iOS update- @AppleSupport couldn’t fix it & Apple technician diagnosed it as a software fault and said will be covered by 24mth #Vodafone warranty.....

    @VodafoneUK You are a joke! Went into a store for an upgrade that your staff couldn’t do! Ended up disconnecting my number for no reason ! Now have a phone with the wrong number. It took you two mins to F*** up, phone call after phone with no resolution. Lost work, furious 😡

    @rachelurban27 @VodafoneUK Omg me too! Took a phone contract out last year, they invoiced it wrong so THEY advised stopping the direct debit. Took them 6 months to sort and intentionally cut me off 3 times because we paid the correct amount rather than the wrong amount. Awful.

    Had the most appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. 5 days without broadband. 5 hours on the phone to be told they cannot supply the service to us. Could have told us this 3 weeks ago.

    After nearly 5 hours of mucking about with the useless online and telephone customer service dept at @VodafoneUK I finally got sorted after having to visit their shop in #Enniskillen who fixed the mess within minutes ! Who says that online is best #deluded #majorcomplaint

    @the_pieface @O2 is rubbish in a busy area. Football match for example, can’t use anything on it. Very poor. My work phone is @VodafoneUK and never had an issue there!
