@VodafoneUK Cut the call as I have work. It's madness that you can't go in-store to just cancel a contract. Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

@VodafoneUK I will share the news that Vodafone Uk has appalling customer service. Over 24hrs after broadband fitted, it still isn’t connected. Over 1hr 45mins on hold and no answer from customer services. Not a great start for a new customer!

Hey @VodafoneUK u might get complaints, but just want to congratulate u on ur Broadband, we are 1 year into a 2 year contract & had no issues, you promised 35GB & delivered 65GB, been a mobile customer 15 years only signal in the Peak District, just thought I would let you know
