@VodafoneUK the sim swap has been done over the phone but she is not tech savvy and I deal with all her issues but am not allowed to sort things for her. I appreciate there's privacy laws etc but there should be a system in place for this kind of situation

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK just got off the phone from your so called customer services, I’ve been screamed at by two of your Scottish call handlers, absolutely unacceptable. Probably the worst behaviour from call handlers that I have ever heard of!

Oh dear @VodafoneUK, you get my bill wrong, admit it's wrong but then don't correct it. Your complaints team then fail to ring me to discuss my complaint as promised and now you threaten to cut me off for non-payment of the bill which you've accepted is incorrect.

Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores can’t cancel the contracts it’s all in the call centre 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

@VodafoneUK Hello - we phoned to cancel the day after due to be misled about the VOIP. We were told that the order has been cancelled. We are now receiving direct debit confirmation. We have plenty of evidence that the contract was cancelled. We are not doing anymore.
