    @AdamofAlbion @VodafoneUK No Adam i didn't!.. I've tried the bot talk thing, which is next to useless, unless you have a question it can lead you to.. For such a big company its fair to say they are very much lacking in the customer service department... 🙄

    Hi @VodafoneUK can you please try help me fix the 4300 error on my app. Tried everything now from using 4G and wifi, delete and reinstall, customer service even reset my account to no prevail. Can’t see any data usage, plan info etc on the app and online. Been over a week now!

    @andrewwood05 @VodafoneUK We’re all seemingly good now thanks Andrew COVID went through the family these last 3 weeks which was scary our Sarah being the worst hit needing paramedic help but she’s on the mend now take care stay safe

    @VodafoneUK customer service are a joke, I've had broadband installed with a deal for existing mobile phone customers promising a free 4k firestick and echo dot, don't bother, it seems to be a scam, well over 4hrs on the phone to them in over a month and still nothing #Disgrace

    @VodafoneUK I'm not sure... as far as I can tell it's a @virginmedia issue. But you may be able to help. No one on Vodafone can call our virgin landline. It just beeps or says the number and code combination isn't recognised.

    @VodafoneUK Terrible customer service. Trying to cancel an account and you make it absolutely impossible. Waited in the queue, got to number 1 then booted out!! Just let people leave without putting in blockers

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Robyn. There is a forum on their website which suggests a few other customers have had the same issue and that it's a porting fault. But when a technician called me today he was really offhand and said that I'd just Googled and hadn't got proper info!

    @VodafoneUK TERRIBLE service, trying to move to a new SIM WITHIN Vodafone as moving from a corporate to a consumer contract: “no service” on my phone now for 4 days and counting. Chat service incapable of resolving, besides being assured it would be in minutes. WHAT IS GOING ON?

    @virginmedia 18 months of disastrous service. The current “open” referenced complaint concerns billing errors despite being assured it had been resolved. For added spice this tweet comes to you courtesy of @VodafoneUK 4G because I have, yet again, no broadband!

    @VodafoneUK @_dam19 They don’t work though. I’m still being charged for two years for two curve trackers I don’t have, they went missing because their location was wrong in the app and Vodafone refuses to cancel the contract.
