@VodafoneUK I have taken out a new SIM only contract through Carphone Warehouse with Vodaphone but you are charging me for my old contract and sim!!! All I need you to do is to transfer my number over to the new contract but I have to fill in forms. Utter nonsense terrible customer service

@Rotmm @UKDazarusV2 @VodafoneUK If you ask a lot of the time the new company will buy out your contract but I had a terrible experience with Vodafone internet. BT bought my contract out. Sounds like we’ve swapped roles haha. I was with them for the first year of doing internet so it was probs just that.
