    @VodafoneUK Cut the call as I have work. It's madness that you can't go in-store to just cancel a contract. Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

    @VodafoneUK I will share the news that Vodafone Uk has appalling customer service. Over 24hrs after broadband fitted, it still isn’t connected. Over 1hr 45mins on hold and no answer from customer services. Not a great start for a new customer!

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I have called and they had to pass it to the technical team. Can’t use data at all without WiFi which is obv causing me massive issues and has been happening for a week now, and I changed spending limit but that didn’t go through even after 24hrs. Just a tad messy.

    @VodafoneUK I have been having issues with your billing team re direct debit for 3 months. You are unlawfully taking a payment from an account that is no longer mine. I have just been cut off after trying to resolve for the 3rd time on chat as you won’t connect me by phone.

    @VodafoneUK your customer relations complaints team call back team are an absolutely disgrace. Unable to help as per the 4th time calling you back and asking us to wait for a callback which they always ring when in work despite repeated requests to call back after 5PM
