    Been on the phone for 28 mins so far trying to cancel my @VodafoneUK broadband. First person says I’ll have to pay £149 to leave despite them not meeting OFCOM regulations, then they back down and say they’ll waive the fee, then transfer me to 2nd Line regarding my speeds!

    Hi @VodafoneUK can you please check the signal and coverage in the #Gateacre area of #Liverpool (postcode to mention L25 5JY), there’s literally no 4G signal in the area and very slow 3G or No Service on iPhone X. Thanks #Vodafone #VodafoneUK 📱

    @VodafoneUK It’s working. Unfortunately no good upgrade deals. Does the NHS advantage still offer 15% reduction AS well as the 10% loyalty scheme. This would make it competitive against other providers then. (And only then). Thanks again from a loyal customer.

    Fuming with @VodafoneUK paid to upgrade a few weeks early as my sons current phone is broke. Money taken from bank, email says phone will be with you 2-3 days on 30th march. No phone, contact support who blame covid 19 for delay 😡😠🤬 that's what you get for loyalty

Wouldn’t the folks who wanted to get in touch with their family and friends needed this too? Or did not enough folks lose their lives to warrant help?

    @AlDangerfield @VodafoneUK I’ve literally just cancelled my contract with them for the poor service. Stupid. You can’t talk to anyone other than that stupid robot unless you’re complaining to quit.
