I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

Told I was given a £20 account credit as a “gesture of goodwill” for appalling service. Sent me a bill for next month. Not on it. Plus disconnection date is 25th Oct so they’re going to have to refund it anyway!

Maybe if I can forward it someone may see what’s wrong. I’ve never had problems before. I don’t sell my old phones I hand them on in the family. It’s making me feel stressed.

It is 12 months since I upgraded my phone but I have paid for it on my contract. Applied to unlock my daughters phone on Saturday told there was a problem! Wondering if I’ll get declined again😔

Got much better broadband instantly OK they stuffed up when they didn't let me know contracts had ended & were still charging me for a phone I now owned. However now have a 20% discount now due to that.
