Iโm sure you can check cctv, I appreciate the assistant was serving another customer, but for him to not even acknowledge me or ask for the member of staff to come out and serve me is appalling. I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. Iโd get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.

The DVLA were terrible for me, they said that they could only refund mum's car tax from the date they received the form, not when it was dated. I had done it to the end of month, as they don't do partials, and lost an extra month because it that.

Ed (@1983_edward) reported@VodafoneUK your broadband is appalling. We pay for 150mb/s fibre. I've barely been able to write a word document today for work. Now we have TV saying theres a problem with our network. We will soon be leaving before the end of our contract.
