    According to @VodafoneUK @XiaomiSupport Mi 11 phones seem to have an issue with the Charger, the gentleman on the phone today from Vodafone said he's had many people complaining about the charger over heating, it seems am not the only one who's contacted Xiaomi and been ignored.

    And considering they were told by several people it would work yesterday, and their whole flat is run via internet to make their lives easier with a newborn this really is not acceptable. Poor Carla can’t even watch tv during night feeds as she can only stream tv! 🙃 @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK 1 of 2 - Hi, I was wondering if someone could possibly help? I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

    I am absolutely fuming waking up an Unsolicited cold call from @EE trying to sell me stuff. I blocked so many numbers and seriously that’s the last straw @EE CANCEL MY CONTRACT!! NOW!! It’s clearly #harassment - @VodafoneUK WOULD NOT TREAT a valued customer this way 😡@ee

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had so much trouble with virgin when my mother died. I said I was ending the contract. 10 mins later they rang to offer her new channels free if she stayed. I replied “ she’s bloody dead and and God has sky in heaven.” They got the point! I’d even emailed.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

    @VodafoneUK I am facing a technical issue with home broadband for over 36 hours. Your support team on the phone has not been helpful. They say the issue is with 3rd line support, but are not giving me any updates, and missing the promised call back slots. Please can you escalate

    @VodafoneUK 4 failed contract orders in 4 days, endless broken callback promises, & zero help. As a vulnerable customer, being left with offline home security cameras for a week is a massive safety issue. I need an urgent response to raise an official complaint. DM me.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I used the Lifeledger website to do this and it was so simple to do. I picked up a leaflet on it from the Registras office when I went to register the death. It's a brilliant service to contact all the utilities, financial services and pension providers.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK We had so many problems with EE when my dad died in October 2025. Apparently death does not terminate his contract with them, we are having to carry on paying for his sports package until the end of the 2 year contract, as I own the house. Outrageous!
