    Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

    @VodafoneUK I just refused the iPhone 12 Pro I ordered on a call to Vodafone a few weeks before Christmas as was told by a guy on the phone as I wanted a different phone and they couldn’t cancel it and so does that mean my bill will currently stay the same as it is at the moment?

    @VodafoneUK absolute disgrace! 6 days broadband issues , ticket cant be raised because of message you can’t remove saying it’s a local problem and people on four consecutive days have told me they are raising a manual ticket which the engineers say they have never received.
