The only thing I got was a text saying my Spotify subscription was being cancelled. Nothing else. Since requesting a PAC code 4 calls. Too late.

Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, when finally got through to someone after 1/2 hr wait, got cut off. They didn’t ring back. No online advisors available. It’s a shambles.

Told to use online chat, no advisors available. What’s going on? Terrible service from a communication company.

They have a duty of care to ensure that the customer understands the implications of the possibility of inadequate systems.
